Yesterday marked exactly two years since I decided to change my lifestyle to better myself.

I’m still very much a work in progress but I’m definitely proud of where I am and all that I’ve accomplished so far!

staying accountable even when the scale keeps going in the wrong direction. though my scale does say 1.2lb of that is muscle increase which is nice. i like there’s a lot of water weight going on too since my sodium intake has been crazy high. it’s also that TOM.

〰️ def gonna work on eating less sodium this week. it’s been between 1-2k OVER the daily recommended amount almost every day lately 😬
