Y/N L/N BEING THE FUNNIEST DRIVER ON THE GRID

The video starts of with a press conference from the United States Grand Prix. Y/n was seated with Charles, Pierre, Daniel and Sebastian her being in the middle of all the men who she considered her brothers.

She was listening to all the questions the men were receiving from how they thought they were going to do, how’s the team doing, etc. But when a reported finally asked her a question, she completely blanked.

“Sorry, I was just thinking about my son. We were supposed to get breakfast together and he hasn’t texted me back. I haven’t seen Lando all day.” Y/‘ said making the drivers and reporters laugh.

“When did you adopt Lando? I wasn’t aware.” Daniel played along.

“2019. He was actually lost when I met him. It was during the Australian Grand Prix, his first f1 race. I found him and we did the Melbourne walk together and I’ve just kind of adopted ever since. So if any of you bully my son, I’m coming after you.” Y/n explained.

“He’s probably texting you right now saying ‘stop embarrassing me, mom!’” Sebastian went on.

“Wait, he’s over there!” Pierre spotted the Brit rushing towards their direction.

“He’s alive!” Charles cheered.

Finally, Lando arrived to their interview area with a box from a a bakery in his hand. “Sorry, I have to drop this off. We’ll get breakfast tomorrow. I got you pastries.” Lando gave Y/n the box and a hug then he was off since he was late for his interview.

“You’ve raised your son well.” The reporter joked.

“That was all me, I needed no help.”

The next clip was a fan video from 2021. Y/n had just finished her date with a guy and now she was signing autographs and taking photos with a group of girls. The girls had just finished their meals at a restaurant when they spotted the f1 driver leaving with a guy. The politely asked for a photo, which y/n was more than glad to take. Her date stepped aside to give them a moment.

“Sorry to interrupt your date.” A girl apologized for her and all her friends.

“Nothing to be sorry about, honey. I’m actually nervous because I don’t know how the date went. I’m horrible at first dates so this is kinda making me less stressed.” Y/n admitted. The girls laughed as y/n signed a girls phone case.

“Has he met Lando?” Another girl asked knowing how close y/n and lando are.

“Not yet. I’m afraid that Lando might scare him off. Everyone on the grid might, especially seb. He will definitely give him one of those ‘treat her right or I will run you over’ speeches.” Y/n signed another phone case.

“Does he knows you’re famous?”

“Oh god, no! I told him I was unemployed and that a sugar daddy was giving me money. I’m surprised he still agreed to come on this date with me.” Y/n chuckled.

Months later, the guy ended up being y/n’s boyfriend. He even attended the British Grand Prix where he finally met Lando, who was actually the one to tell him to treat y/n right or he would run him over.

The next clip started off with the intro to grill the grid. The challenge was to guess the driver’s numbers, something that y/n was semi confident about.

“So we start off with my man, Danny, number three.” She wrote down on her clipboard. “Four, my son, Lando. Also ever since I met Lando I’ve been seeing the number four quite often. It’s scary actually. Can’t decide if Lando put a curse on me or not.”

“Would he do that?”

“He shouldn’t,” y/n raised her voice slightly. “Anyways, next is … oh! Seb! I don’t know why I couldn’t think of him right away. Then we have latifi at number six then kimi at seven.” She continued writing down the names.

“Nine ….Mazepin.” She fought the urge to roll her eyes since her and the driver were never on good terms.

“Ten, my favorite frenchie well one of, we treat everyone nice here, gasly.” Y/n winked at the camera. “Eleven, the mexican minister of defense, Perez. And then we have me! Thirteen!”

“Do you think Lando got your number right?”

“I don’t doubt him ever.”

“Thirteen, my mother! Everyone better get that right.” Lando pointed at the camera menacingly.

“Fourteen, Alonzo. Sixteen, Leclerc Charles. Eighteen, stroll and twenty two!” Y/n sang the number in the tune of taylor swift’s song. “Yuki! Thirty one, Esteban, my other frenchie. Thirty three, max does he have a middle name verstappen.”

“Have you noticed that you haven’t gotten any wrong yet?”

“I’m just the best, that’s why.” Y/n laughed. “Forty four, the seven time world champion, sir lewis hamilton. Fourty seven, mick mick mick. I love to say his name.”

Y/n had completely forgotten she had to be writing the names down. She was having too much fun.

“Fifty five, carlos smooth operator sainz jr. sixty three, the man with two first names, russell george.” Y/n said as she looked down at the numbers on the paper.

“Do you know his middle name?”

Y/n gasped. “Is it another first name?”

“I believe it’s William.”

“Three names!? It sounds so british.” Y/n chuckled. “Um, seventy seven valtteri, right?” Y/n saw the interviewer nod. “I was getting worried my streak would be broken. And ninety nine, antonio!”

“You got all of them!” Everyone in the room cheered.

“Did anyone else get them all?” Y/n asked.

“Daniel did.”

“Of course. He’s good with numbers.”

The next clip was from the same grill the grid video but it was a blooper. Lando had arrived right as y/n finished filming and handed her a water bottle.

“Did you get my number?” Lando asked curiously.

“Yeah, ninety five, right? Cause you’re a McQueen fan.” Y/n teased as she grabbed the bottle from lando’s hand.

“Yeah, you remembered!” Lando played along “how did she really do?” He asked.

“She got them all right.”

“Really? I’ve got a smart mother!” Lando high fived the woman.

“It’s because I’ve got a photographic memory.” Y/n nodded with the most serious face on.

“Do you really?” Lando asked. He was surprised to hear that.

“No, I just love to lie.”

The next clip started with Daniel and Lando standing next to boards with their 2022 rankings. As predicted, Daniel and Lando’s part of the interview was mostly filled with them drawing over each other’s pictures.

Daniel them knocked over Lando’s rankings to the ground. “That’s how I feel.”

“That was the worst timing ever. Y/n is walking this way.” Lando told Daniel, who immediately picked up the board.

“Are those your rankings?” Y/n asked as she approached the duo. She then noticed that the setup and quickly apologized to the camera man. “Sorry, I’m just curious now.”

“Are you proud of me?” Lando asked, standing next to her and throwing his arm over her shoulder.

“When am I not? Wait, except that time you pushed me into my birthday cake.” Y/n pinched his side. “Can I see the pen?” She asked the guys, Lando gave her his.

“She’s adding to our masterpieces. This piece will be worth millions years from now.” Daniel said.

Y/n then scribbled little stars around Lando’s head and then signed it at the top. “Actually you both look great in your pictures. Did they use photoshop?”

“Excuse me, this is all natural.”

“Y/n! Hi, hello. What’s going on here?” Martin brundle asked the woman as she walked with her mom and pr manager, Lucy.

“Martin! It’s been a while, nothing much. How are you?” Y/n hugged the former racing driver. “This is my mom, she’s been wanting to meet you.”

“Mrs. l/n, hello. Welcome, how are you?” Martin greeted the older woman.

“Great. I’m here supporting my girl. It’s been a wonderful weekend.” Y/n’s mom smiled.

“Are you aware that you have a grandson that drives for McLaren?” Martin asked making all three ladies laugh.

“Yes, Lando is a very lovely young man.”

“How does it feel to have a daughter and grandson in f1?” Martin asked in a serious tone.

“Amazing. I’m super proud of both of them.”

“Thank you ladies for your time. Have a wonderful day.” Martin smiled at them, but before he could leave, y/n gave him a hug goodbye.

“Take care, Martin!” Y/n waved to the man and left with her mom and Lucy.

“She wins everything. Give her all the trophies. Everything is hers.” Martin said to the camera.

The final clip was consisted of y/n after a race getting interviewed.

“Do you often see your father?” Someone asked from the back.

“No, actually we’re just good friends.”

“What’s your opinion on the president of the United States?” Asked the same person.

What I'd Change about MHA

firstly, i'd put monoma in 1-a. i'd replace sato b/c i hate his character design and does he even do anything?

i'd make aizawa more of a stoic, scary looking guy but he just wants what's best for these kids. he doesn't lie to them or use ruses but he tends to push more and seems like a hardass to prepare them for the cutthroat life of heroics

i'd flesh out the characters more, their backstories, why they want to be heroes. i'd also build their relationships more. give them time to bond, spend time together outside of school without a disaster happening. filler type stuff

i like most of the plot up until the war arc, so i'd probably keep it, changing small things like stain. i think i'd make stain a former hero, like lady nagant, who saw corruption in his field and decided to handle it in the most extreme way. i would either get rid of stain attacking tensei or have it be a 'wrong place, wrong time' scenario where tensei found stain attempting to kill a different hero and wouldn't leave(similar to midoriya running in to save tenya)

ofa is one of the things about the og that annoys me. firstly, more than 9 users. probably 11-13. if it's supposed to be 2-3 hundred years since quirks, 9 doesn't make sense. especially since the first 3 were all around the same age and most of them died young. i'd also have more diverse users and quirks. i hate fa jin and gearshift, and danger sense and smokescreen don't make sense. blackwhip and float are great quirks. expand on the users' pasts as well. why were they chosen? what did they do with the quirk when they had it? also more izuku/vestige scenes. no random bakugou look alike user

i'd change a lot of the villain's stories. i'd change toga to actually be a victim of the system instead of just a blood-crazed lunatic. she was starved and didn't understand her cravings until she snapped and accidentally killed a classmate. from there, she's treated like a monster and pushed into the league who help her get the blood she needs which calms her down significantly. no wanting to become the people she loves and creepy harrasment of izuku and ochaco. just make her a scared teenage girl with no one else to go

as for shigaraki, when afo gets arrested show a slow change in his thought process, behavior, and lifestyle as he adjusts to life without the man who had been grooming and abusing him his entire life. make him realize afo isn't a helpful sensei but rather manipulating him. have him grow and reject afo and his ideas. have him start forming his own ideas of how he wants to change society

dabi is a tough one. i think i'd make him ostracized from his entire family. he had the quirk but not the body or mind for heroics. enji rejects him, rei can't stand his ambition, natsuo and fuyumi don't have anything in common and so he pushes them away, shoto is the masterpiece. this makes him more sullen and closed off. i'd have him run away instead of nearly dying and being save by afo. when he finds the league, he starts to open up more and develops more of a personality in this new family.

i wouldn't make kurogiri oboro. i think i'd scrap oboro as a whole. kurogiri is still a nomu but he has no ties to any heroes.

i'd have more people die in the war. more important heroes like all might, miruko, edgeshot, jeanist etc. bakugo stays dead, it's a tragedy that even someone as strong as him can't always win. maybe parents, friends, past classmates of the students because this is a war, collateral is going to happen. gran torino also should've died.

izuku: -make izuku's hair slowly turn white after he gets ofa so by the end it is completely white. this can be due to stress, having multiple quirks, getting a quirk when he didn't have one, etc. -all for one is his dad. this can explain why izuku can wield all of the past users' quirks, he's built to have multiple. now, this doesn't make afo a good person suddenly. he's still the man who groomed tenko and killed countless. maybe he just makes kids every now and then to get/make new quirks. it's just a game to him, he doesn't care about izuku or inko but it give izuku more personal stakes. -lean into izuku's analysis and intelligence more. -make monoma part of his friend group and have them bond over quirk analysis. -i think i'd make Mic his tutor. like how aizawa saw shinsou and decided to train him, mic sees izuku and his destructive quirk and decides to do something about it.

A Soul for a Soul: Chapter 2- A Promise to be Okay

You knew it was wrong to spy on all the adults but you needed to know what their plan was to get everyone back. You had placed a bug and tracking device on your mama when you had hugged her earlier. If your mom ever found out you knew that you would be grounded for life. 

Time Travel. Your mom and the avengers were planning on traveling through time to get some stones that were supposed to defeat that scary big purple guy. You paced back and forth as you continued to listen to the adults talk. 

Although you had shared everything with your moms, you had made a recent discovery that you had powers. You were somehow able to become invisible including your clothes, you had also discovered that you had some form of power that made it possible for you to blast objects away from you. You were planning on telling your moms, but then the blip happened, and you didn’t want to stress out your mama Nat. She had enough to deal with. 

“Y/n? I’m sorry about earlier. Can I come in?” Natasha knocked on the door as she heard you pacing in Wanda’s room. She knew that you were taking everything hard. 

You removed your earbud from your ears and hid all your tech from out of sight. “You can come in.” You said as you did your best to look normal and not like you were just eavesdropping on your mom. 

Natasha eyed you suspiciously as she walked in, “hey baby, we’ve come up with a plan to get everyone back. I don’t know when I’ll be back, but everything is going to be okay.” Nat knew that she shouldn’t make promises that she wasn’t sure she could keep. 

You stood up and began to pace as you looked at your mom with disbelief, “you don’t know that! You don’t know if things are going to be okay.” You yelled as you tried to calm down. You couldn’t reveal to her that you knew what their crazy plan was. 

“Y/n.” Natasha felt her walls begin to crumble. Wanda had always been better at calming you down or knowing the right things to say. “No, you’re right. I’m sorry. Detka, I don’t know if things are going to get better. But I have to try. I have to try for you, for Wanda and for everyone else.” She hated crying but she was scared shitless and she felt like she was already losing you. 

You felt like shit for making your mom cry, “I’m sorry mama… I’m just scared. I know you probably are too. I just wish you could see that I’m not a child. I want to help. I can help.” You said as you walked over to your mom who was trying to wipe away her tears. 

“No, y/n. You’re not just any child, you’re mine and mommy’s. You are worth fighting for. I made a promise to you and Wanda, and everyone in that courtroom that I was going to do everything it took to keep you safe. One day you will understand my love for you.” Natasha said as she pulled you into her arms and held you as you broke down. 

You tried to fight in your mom’s arms. Everything felt like it was closing in on itself. You felt like you were saying a goodbye that was meant to last forever. Was your uncle Tony right? Was this really a suicide mission? Eventually your walls crumbled and you broke completely and sobbed uncontrollably. 

“Y/n, I love you. Please stay here. Pepper and Morgan are going to come pick you up and you’re going to go and spend the night with them. When we get back we will be one step closer to getting mommy back. Please promise me that you will stay out of trouble.” Natasha said as she wiped your tears away as you started to calm down. 

You bit your lip as you let out a defeated sigh, “I promise, just as long as you promise me that you come back all in one piece.” 

Natasha took in a shaky breath, “baby, I can’t promise you that…” 

“Mama, promise me that you will be okay. Promise me that you’ll come home.” You said stubbornly as you looked at your mom with pleading eyes. 

Natasha nodded her head, “I promise that I’ll be okay. We will all be okay.” She would be okay as long as you were okay and safe. “I’ve gotta go. I love you.” She said as she hugged you tightly before grabbing her things and walking out of the room.

You punched the wall as your mom walked out of the room. “Stupid Thanos! Stupid Blip! Stupid. Stupid. Stupid everything!” You felt determined to keep your mom safe. There was no way that you were going to just sit around and do nothing. You had powers. You could help them. 

Making up your mind you grabbed your stuffie and focused on turning invisible including your stuffie friend. Being invisible helped to sneak into the room where the platform was. Quietly you grabbed an extra time suit that you saw laying around and put it on. You were gonna be toast if your moms ever found out about this. 

You stood quietly on the platform as you saw everyone join. You held your breath as you listened to your uncle Steve give his classic motivational speech. 

“We lost friends. We lost family. We lost a part of ourselves. But today we have a chance to take it all back. You have your teams and you have assignments. Get your stone, and get back here. One round trip each. No mistakes. No do-overs.” 

Steve says as he grips his shield tightly in his hand. “Most of us are going back to places we know. That doesn’t mean we know what to expect. Be careful. Look out for each other. Improvise, if you have to.” He says as he looks around at his team… his family. “This is the fight of our lives. And we’re going to win. Whatever it takes.”

Everyone stays quiet after such a moving speech. It takes everything inside of you not to clap and ruin your whole secret plan. 

Smart Hulk taps in commands with HIS PENCIL. LIGHTS ILLUMINATE EACH PAD. “Tracking beacons engaged.” He says as he steps onto the platform as he joins his team. 

Natasha also looks around at all the members in her team… in her family. She does her best not to get emotional, “See you in a minute.” 

Smart Hulk talks scientifically as he starts counting on his fingers, “actually, it’ll be closer to seven or eight microseconds, give or-” 

SUDDENLY, THEY STRETCH AND VANISH, SHRINKING AWAY. WHOOSH. THE QUANTUM CONSOLE STOPS VIBRATING. HULK’S PENCIL SLOWLY ROLLS TOWARD THE EDGE...AND DROPS OFF-

Tw: descriptions of (fictional) abuse, neglect, and complex trauma

I’m rewatching soul eater (finally) and I’m at crona, the traumatized non-binary icon!!! And WOW are they autistic. So I’m making a list about it!

All my examples will be transcriptions (from episode 8) bc Hulu won’t let me screenshot it lol

*spoilers for Crona’s entire character arc*

1) Responding to abuse using very obvious logic

*Ragnarok starts hitting Crona and pulling on their skin*

Crona: That hurts me. It hurts! It hurts! It hurts! Stop moving around like that you’re squeezing me! Don’t poke me! Ow! Stop already. Don’t push my nose! You’re bruising me. Stop it now! I’ve had enough already!

Ragnarok: Now, now, calm down Crona. You’re so scary when you’re stressed out like this.

Ragnarok: If you don’t get it in gear we’re going back to the sleep deprivation again.

Crona: No! Don’t start waking me up every hour again! I don’t like it. The dark circles under my eyes will come back and I don’t know how to deal with the dark circles!

Ragnarok: If you let him hit you with that technique again, I’m gonna stick thumb tacks in your shoes. Got it?

Crona: No! Thumbtacks in my shoes would stick into my feet whenever I tried to walk. It would hurt. I don’t think I could deal with that, really.

*Crona gets hit so hard that cartoony stars and planets start circling their head*

Crona: There are stars and planets floating around me. I don’t think I can handle astronomy right now.

This is a bit hard to explain. Crona is describing things that are somewhat obvious to intuit (of course walking in shoes with thumb tacks on the bottom would hurt). Maybe this is a coping mechanism, to help them feel more grounded and in control. Maybe doing this repetitively is soothing, or compulsive (notice how it’s all the same format? “I don’t know how to deal with this!”).

Maybe they are trying to get Ragnarok to see their perspective so that they stop hurting them. But in that case, it seems somewhat clear that these pleads are not working. It’s almost certain that Crona has been doing this type of appeal consistently, even before they are seen in episode 7. Yet we see at least 3 incidents within 30 minutes of the show where Ragnarok not only chooses to bully Crona, but ignores anything they say (or paints them as overreacting). A different person might use their social cognition skills to intuit that Ragnarok will not listen to any kind of emotional appeal and make some other kind of attempt. Crona doesn’t seem to understand this however. They just keep hitting the same wall.

So not only does Crona not have a natural way of understanding social subtext, but they never had the chance to develop it because they were isolated and abused since childhood! It’s a double whammy.

2) Having specific rules with interacting with other things

Medusa: Crona, why are you taking it so easy? Do something.

Crona: It’s not like the ones before. Those were boys. She’s a girl. I’m no good with girls. What am I supposed to do with her?

Medusa: *laughs* How silly… Kill her of course.

Ragnarok: Wouls you hurry up and attack already you idiot?!

*Crona begins attacking*

Crona: But I’ve never seen a man with a screw sticking out of his head before! I don’t know how I’m supposed to deal with a guy like that.

Ragnarok: You eat him! Swallow his soul!

They are struggling with knowing how to interact with new things- a girl, a man with a screw in his head. Considering how extreme their isolation was, it’s likely that they are nervous and uncertain in the way an abled person might feel around a visibly disabled person, or a white person might feel around someone who is BIPOC. They don’t know what’s appropriate. But with how they’ve been encouraged to kill everyone they interact with, I would say this ain’t a typical response. Many people in their situation would follow the pattern and think “I’ve been told to kill x, x, and x. There’s another person who’s not my master or weapon. I should kill them too.” That’s not too much of a stretch, I’d say.

But the fact that they have a specific rule set to follow and struggle to apply it to new things strikes me as uniquely autistic thought process.

3) Struggling to understand other perspectives

*Maka hits Crona because they run up and attack*

Crona: You’re going to start poking at me also?

Maka: You should know that the hunting of human souls is strictly forbidden!

Crona: She [Medusa] said that it was okay to eat the human souls. I don’t see what’s wrong with it if she said that it was okay.

They just… kind of assume other people already fit into the context of their own world. Crona thinks that they are following the rules perfectly and is confused when other people challenge those rules. If Maka defends herself and hits Crona, she is the strange one because wasn’t Crona doing exactly what Medusa wanted? Why is Maka poking at them too? And why is Maka saying that Medusa is wrong? Medusa said it was okay, so it must be okay!

This is all clearly because Crona was brainwashed. Medusa seems like the only source of truth in Crona’s world because that was how they were raised. That’s literally the only thing they know. They just haven’t grown those skills of empathy to understand how other people might think. This just seems like such a specifically autistic way to be traumatized because of their adherence to the given rules/authority.

4) The way they talk

They just have that autistic accent. Idk if they’ve hit puberty yet, but they sound like a little kid. Slightly whiny, breathy. And that’s trademark autistic.

5) Eye contact

They are almost never looking at people’s faces. This could be trauma, this could be autism. Likely both.

6) Gender

This is kind of a “duh” point, but autistic people are more likely to be trans or gnc, either because they don’t understand intangible concepts or social concepts, struggle to present in a way that conforms with their AGAB, or don’t feel as obligated to follow arbitrary rules just to fit in. Regardless of if Crona is canonically a “boy” or not, they clearly don’t conform- our first intro to then was when they were mistaken for a girl and verbally assaulted. It’s likely a mix of their pink androgynous hair, childish voice, and clothes that makes them seem like this. They also don’t seem too bothered by different pronouns, if they even notice a difference at all.

7) Daydreaming

In the end, we learn that Crona constantly escapes into their own mind where they are on a tiny desert/beach planet, where they are happy and have an imaginary friend (if I remember correctly- I haven’t made it to this part in the show yet). This is also a very autistic trauma response. I wouldn’t be surprised if they had some kind of dissociative disorder like DID or OSDD and their friend just never fronted. And the specific fantasy of having someone who understands and loves you, in a small, controlled environment where you can do repetitive things for however long you want to…. It’s autism baby.

And yes. This is a silly Tumblr post by an autistic person who doesn’t have any major trauma. I have no hope of understanding the complexities of childhood abuse and brainwashing. There’s no way for me to actually discern whether a fictional character is suffering from being programmed as a living weapon, or if they’re autistic (I mean, many things listed could be a result of Crona completely losing their free thinking ability and being dependent of their master to do all the thinking. Of course, and that’s exactly how Medusa intended it. Trauma does imitate autism in some manners. I just like to make lists). I just like to think that Crona’s psychology is a result of both.

Miles was facedown on his bed when the door opened behind him. He almost didn’t want to get up; he had only been gone a week, but that entire week was spent with more physical exercise than Miles had ever had in his life, and at least seven nights of sleeping in awkward places and positions all over the city. His mattress was the most comfortable thing he’d ever laid on in his entire life, and there wasn’t really a lot he was willing to get up for right at that moment.

“I come in peace?” Came the quiet voice, and he turned over quickly for one of the very few (he could not stress that enough, the mattress was so comfortable…) things that could grab his attention right now. Pavitr was standing inside the doorway, looking uncertain as to whether he’d be welcomed in or not, and Miles felt himself smile. As he sat up again, Pavitr smiled more fully and closed the door behind him before taking a running jump onto the bed. He slammed into Miles, laughing at the slightly pained grunt he let out at impact, and Miles was reminded again how long it had been since he’d been able to hang out with Pav. “You didn’t finish telling me about the city, earlier!”

“Pav, you don’t even know!” Miles sat up quickly, beaming at his friend. “It was great, honestly it was. I ran into Hobie and his group like, almost right away. I was practically set, put in the city, man.”

“So Hobie is a person?” Pavitr asked, and Miles lit up.

“Yeah, Hobie’s a person, he’s a really cool guy!” He said. Pavitr lifted an eyebrow at him, and Miles missed the warning sign as he barreled on. “He runs this group of, like, kids and stuff? There were two kids, younger ones I mean, Peni and Ham. And there was Gwen and Margo, too, and they just, like, roamed the city and stuff?”

“Roamed the city?”

“Yeah, but in a helpful way?” Miles frowned as he thought of how to explain to Pavitr without going into the more…illegal things he’d noticed them all doing while he was with them. He wasn’t entirely sure what had happened to Hobie, yet, or how the group was supposed to work now that he’d been taken into custody by Miguel. “Like, Hobie would have us divide and conquer the marketplace, and we’d pick up groceries for the elderly in the city. And he had us volunteer in shifts at a food bank!”

“What’s a food bank?” Pavitr asked, and Miles couldn’t help himself; he delved into the whole adventure, starting from when he left (though being careful not to mention how he’d made it out of the castle in the first place) and segueing into his week with the whole group. He even told Pavitr about the close call they’d had with the guards, when they’d had to split up because they’d almost gotten caught squatting in an abandon apartment complex, and he’d gotten stuck following Gwen and Peni over rooftops.

“That shit was scary, though,” he told Pavitr, who was staring at him with wide eyes, “but only because some of those buildings are so tall! And, like, Gwen and Peni had absolutely no qualms about it. I couldn’t get shown up by a twelve year old!”

“But across the roof?”

“I know!” Miles laughed. “But like, Hobie took forever to get back to their base, and like halfway through I started getting worried, cause like, what if he’d gotten caught then, you know? It was wild, man.”

“You really liked this guy, huh?” Pavitr asked softly, and Miles groaned as he covered his face in his hands. “I don’t think I’ve ever heard you talk so much about someone before, Miles. You spent a whole week with one guy and you suddenly can’t stop talking about him?”

“There were other people there too!” Miles protested. Pavitr shrugged playfully, shaking his head to contradict Miles. “Didn’t you hear about Margo? Or Gwen? C’mon, man, I just finished telling you about a whole chase scene with Gwen and Peni, I’ve talked about the rest of the group!”

“Not as much as you’ve talked about Hobie.” Pavitr sang his name out teasingly, and Miles groaned even louder. He fell back against the bed again, covering his face with his hands while Pavitr laughed good-naturedly at him. “Come on, Miles. There were, like, eight people here, at the palace, for almost three weeks specifically to appeal to you for marriage, and absolutely none of them got you going on and on about them. You even ran away to get a moment’s peace!”

“That wasn’t exactly — ”

“And then!” Pavitr said loudly, as if to cover Miles’s attempt at defending himself with his own words. “And then! You come back, and your focus is not on meeting with your parents to discuss what you saw, no! You don’t want to talk about how you got out of the castle, or what you saw in the city, why would you? Your one and only trip out into the general population on your own, and you don’t even want to take two minutes to assure your best friend that you’re ok!” Miles protested that, sitting up so quickly a bone popped in his lower back, but Pavitr was on a roll; there was no stopping him. “Nope, your focus is on making sure that everything turned out ok for Hobie!” There was a pause, finally, as Pavitr took a breath and Miles stared at him.

“Are you done?” He asked, and Pavitr snorted. Miles did the same, the both of them collapsing into giggles together. “Like, was that it? Are you finished now? Got it all out of your system?”

“Shut up!” Pavitr whined, smacking him gently. “I’m just saying.” Their giggles died down, and they sat in silence for a moment before a though occurred to Miles.

“Do you think he’s mad at me?” He asked, and Pavitr hummed questioningly. “Hobie.” Pavitr rolled his eyes so hard that his head followed through with the motion, mouthing Hobie’s name as mockingly as he could; Miles ignored him completely to stare at the ceiling, brows furrowed in concern. “Do you think he’s mad, because I lied?”

“Did you lie though?” Pavitr asked. He titled his head back and forth as he thought about it, lips pursed together. Miles watched him from where he started laying down again, waiting for him to come to a verdict. “You just didn’t tell him you were royalty, right? Does that count as a lie?”

“I mean, I guess?” Miles shrugged. “Lie by omission, maybe. But, I mean, I did, sort of, maybe, possibly tell him my name was, uh…” he trailed off, rubbing the back of his head and avoiding Pavitr’s intense look as he muttered, “I may have told him my name was Michael.”

“Oh, then yeah, probably.” Pavitr said. “He’s probably mad. Sorry, Miles.” Miles sighed and closed his eyes, dropping his head against the mattress.

He hoped, that if he saw Hobie again, he wouldn’t be too mad at him.

silly little smosh fanfic game

So I played this game once really early on when I was BARELY following anyone on here. I'mma bring it back because I can.

I've delved back into writing fanfic for Smosh, and I'm working on one for Whumptober (started STUPID early, like back in February, because i Do Not Trust Myself to Finish Things).

My published fics so far, I forced myself to be a little more descriptive, but most of my writing, this Whumptober project included, is super dialogue heavy, and I feel like most of my ideas come from one little dumb line of dialogue that I then build around.

So I thought it might be a fun dumb lil game for me to post some of my favorite ones I’ve written, and see if people can figure out who’s saying them/if the lines have personality.

tell me fun deltarune facts!!

instead of a fun fact have uhh what i think is how toby fox is going to tell the stpry of delatrune. Or rather, how he's controlling our perception of the narrative. For starters, toby has the advantage of us inherently percieving deltarune through the lens of undertale, which i think has lead to the perception that ralsei may be evil (bcz ralsei = asriel who is flowey and flowey acted nice but then turned and tried to kill you famously) but i personally think ralsei genuinely thinks he is doing the right thing.

I think toby is deliberately feeding us misleading information. Like at the end of chapter 1 when jris brandishes their knife it's like "OH SHIT OH FUCK IS KRIS EVIL??" and then chap 2 opens and it's like nahh they just ate a whole pie. honestly mood i relate to kris so fucking much in that moment. who hasnt wanted to eat an entire pie after befriending their school bully after exploring a magic world together and meeting a weird clone of your brother.

anyway i think toby is continuing to give us misleading information, like what the hell was up with kris at the end of chap 2. also what the hell is up with the secret bosses and shadow crystals and eggs. Yeah that's right fucking EGGS are a lore implicated object. There is a man. He gave you an egg. There is no longer a man. Wing Dings Aster i am fucking onto you you egg faced bastard.

Anyway. I guess fun fact i used to be a little uncomfortable with kris befriending suzie bcz of my history of being bullied (it sucked) but the spamton sweepstakes revealed that kris knows... something idk Suzie threatened kris at one point pre deltarune and as per usual suzie is threatening to eat kris's face but kris said SOMETHING to suzie that made suzy run out of the room. We don't know what kris said. we know it was short, we know it scared off suzie. Not permenantly, but she did run out of the room. Also fun fact noelle holiday is a fan of hacking video games! This may be foreshadowing that noelle is necessary to changing how deltarune ends (we are all convinced deltarune will end in a tragedy and honestly i do not know why. To be fair the ending is literally canonically a fever dream i am not joking the ending to deltarune came to toby in a dream while he was sick with a fever)

anyway uhhhhhhhhhh oh yeah can i go on a suzelle rant? haha this is my post you can't stop me!!! anyway the idea that suzelle is toxic or isn't going to be canon is just not something i see as textually becoming true (one theory guy i watch loves the idea of sizie turning noelle down and i personally just don't see that as the most narratively potent storyline) Here's what we know about noelle and suzie's storylines indivdually. Suzie: a supposed toughgirl who's actually emotionally scarred and covers her fears of being judged by being aggressive. She also is afraid that people will judge her for being too loud or aggresive when she tries to fit in, so she purposefully goes over the top aggresive so she's in control of the narrative. Her narrative has already started with her and kris becoming weirdo friends as well as her friendship with lancer and beginning to open up to Ralsei's sensitiveness also being something that suzie at least kind of enjoys. Noelle: soooo fucking scared her mother is scary and doesnt let her express emotions at all, her sister is missing and her dad is in the hospital so she's stuck with her scary mother who is probably even colder than normal due to stress of a missing daughter and sick husband. Noelle also has a sort of facination with scary things, she's a lil thrill seeker but she has a difficult time differentiating what's a fun scare and what's a bad scare. Most things feel like a bad scare... except for suzie! suzie is a fun scare, largely because suzie has never once been actually mean to noelle (and kris seems like they arent actually afraid of suzie) and noelle's arc in chapter 2 (snowgrave notwithstanding) is about her standing up to Queen who has been trying to use noelle's power to open up another dark fountain. Their arcs combined, to me at least, will become suzie learning that her weirdness/scaryness won;t drive noelle away and also is part of what noelle likes about suzie. She also won't have to worry about noelle judging her for being sensitive because well, noelle is quite sensitive! Noelle meanwhile i see gaining more and more confident, and suzie will act as noelle's hypewoman. This will further Noelle's confidence because suzie IS very strong so if someone doesn't take noelle seriously then suzie can step up to help and be like "you wanna try that again?" to the idiot trying to disrespect noelle. also i think it would be really cute and funny if noelle and suzie went on a date to watch a horror movie and noelle is staring at the screen very intently meanwhile suzie is clinging onto noelle out of pure fear.

also no one knows what the fuck ralsei is but there are some theories (surprisingly the dead asriel theory actually holds weight and explains a lot) BUT an obvious angle is that ralsei is the missing green crayon from kris's house combined with kiris's old red horned headband. Personally i think the red horned headband is a bit of red herring (lol) as i personally think kris is just uh depressed. I know ralsei has pink horns which i know is abnormal for what we know of asriel but like. idk it could just be that ralsei isnt asriel. or asriel's horns ARE pink afterall we have only seen asriel: without horns and: with horns in god of hyper death mode which also happens to have his sprite in black and white. So like theres a lot of wiggle room.

anyway now im going to off about my kris is depressed theory thing. i think it's pretty obvious that kris is an allegory for depression. They are the boring human in a town full of monsters, their best friend and brother has left for college, who they probably have been living in the shadow of as he has all done. It's also quite possible that kris's only other friend, noelle, may have also only been because of asriel, as noelle has an older sister, Dess, who very likely was friends with asriel, while kris and noelle were mostly just friends by proxy. Kris may be afraid that when Asriel returns he won't want to hang out with kris anymore. Maybe that's why Kris is opening the dark fountains? to put the world in jepordy and then save the world so their brother still thinks they are cool. It's a bit extreme but idk maybe kris is also suicidal (which i actually do think is true)

also im like 99% sure that suzie does not know that asriel exists. and i cant wait for her to learn about him. like that's going to be fucking hilarious.

Hundred Twenty Nine. Part 2

I am in shock; I cannot believe this actually happened. One minute we are in the car laughing and flirting, I had a little drink or two, nothing big because I don’t drink heavy like that anymore and the next I see the guys in helmets just staring back at me. Fear took over me when I saw them, but I am trying to process it all and that was scary, Oakley was so calm I think he was only panicking with me there, I think that is the only reason because I didn’t know what to do at all. The next thing I am being dragged down and across the panel, and over his lap, worst experience ever too because what if he crashed, all I could think about is my son, like this could be it and then a flat tyre, being in the open and Oakley being stubborn “I just want to go home” I said to Tion as he made his way over to me “I said it to him, that I will call a cab and get you home and he said no. I ain’t sign up for this you know” he laughed “you’re supposed to take a grenade for me” Tion laughed “you right, I am joking. That is really nothing though, I have been in worse situations, that is light work” side eyeing him “I am not about that life, no. This is what I have told him, this is what I don’t want, this is the life I don’t want and he’s not caring. He was so calm, it was me stressing him out” Tion nodded his head “I mean women, you was howling” I cringed “in fear Tion” he sighed out crossing his arms “and that is fine, I think he just didn’t want you to see around you either, like the amount times they was gaining, this is why I kept saying brake. And he was braking harshly because they kept moving forward like I am not sure what they wanted, and that bullet hit the back, they look like some young ones though, not sure if they was trying to get a hit or a message but they did it in the wrong ends. Who does that in Mayfair knowing the cameras they got around, Oakley isn’t stupid. I think the whole police thing is calculated” I huffed out “yeah well they could get any of us like this, I mean good the police are here, but we needs to go” Oakley waved us over “come!” he spat.

The police just stared at me “we will be in touch to speak to you” he said “but right now we are going to get CCTV footage and try and gain some more information, Oakley has given everything he can. But we will be in touch tomorrow” nodding my head “ok” I just said “come, come” Wadz waved me over “who’s car is this?” I asked, “Clint came, he is to drive you both back” side eyeing Oakley “ok” I just said getting into his car “family” I am so drained, we had a good night and now this “no family?” Clint looked at me from the front seat “a tired one” I mumbled “sorry that happened to you, I only found out because someone posted it on IG that this is Cench car, this an unruly place you know. I mean we can’t live in fear all our lives, we live by that don’t we Oakley” his friends can choke, I don’t care really because that is fucked up “well I was scared, I am in fear so where do we go from there? It is not good; I have a son at home waiting for me. Maybe you all want to play on the road, but I have told you so many times Oakley that ends, you said it ended?” I pointed “I am not playing on the road; I am home with you?” Oakley defended “oh are you really? Because you aren’t living with me every day Oakley, on the weekends you come to me so what do you do for the other times? Don’t piss me off, like you and this road shit, this is your fault” he is lying to me “I ain’t do shit, literally someone probably might have seen the number plate you fucking got me and knew to get at me, that happens too, how the fuck are you blaming me? I told you that I don’t do shit anymore, I have a family, but you’re sat here blaming me, you’re jarring” he waved me off “I am not jarring, I am telling you now I am not having this, I don’t want to live in fear because of you!” I shouted “I don’t think my man would put his family in danger” Clint said “of course you’re going to say that! Just don’t speak” I said, I don’t want to hear it.

My phone died so I didn’t get all the calls and my mom has left so many messages and missed calls “mom” I said, I am in bed now, but I don’t want them to worry “my god, you’re giving me a heart attack here, what is happening!” she spat “I am here mom, my phone died sorry. I am in bed now. It’s fine” I have to remain calm collected with my family “I am glad you’re home but Rylee, this has to open to your eyes. You both can’t live in London anymore, moving different parts don’t work” this is why I want to act calm with my parents “mom look, it’s not like it was his fault or that he did something. He was targeted, I think it was his number plate they knew it was him. I am not having this battle with him over moving, I can’t do it” shaking my head “well I will knock some sense into him, I told him he can’t live there! You think I could live in Virginia? No, I fucking can’t. He is one dumb bastard, I will fucking murder him if anything happens to you” my dad is so highly emotional “dad, please do not start this. Nobody is going to hurt anyone right. He was the one protecting me, he didn’t want that to happen with me there, I know that for sure. I do not want you to do anything to him because that affects me, you can’t be in my future like that. I will deal with it, please. You cannot attack him; you both already are on the edge with things and now you want to attack him? No dad, that can’t happen and mom you can’t let it happen because you both know where my loyalty lies, I have said it so many times now. I call you because I am close to you all but if this what will happen I will stop” they can’t do this “no, your dad won’t. He is expressive, so what is happening now?” my mom changed the subject “I am in bed, and he had gone to the apartment, but the police will visit me tomorrow morning” I am so tired “so you went through that and he just left you?” my mom said, and I wish I didn’t tell her now “we agreed, I said he could” I lied, I never asked, and he just went once Clint dropped me off.

I am so tired but managed to get Aziel to school on time, I look a mess so shades on is a must. I didn’t really sleep well actually, how could I sleep when that happened to me and then now the footage that the dumbass police saying they are searching for is right in front of them, on every gossip page, like that scared me, I could have died in that but let’s post it. I cringed seeing it, how scary that was for me, and then on top of that my soon to be husband literally left me, didn’t care to stay but I had to lie to my mother to say that I agreed for him to go, I hate life “thank you Tion” he is always there “you’re welcome” walking out of the door “Lee” I stopped walking seeing Oakley is here, and why is he even here but he has flowers with him, and his friends are here too “what?” I said walking towards my car “you want to go to the car?” Tion asked “yeah I want to go home, I prefer not to be near them” I am not dealing with that “let me speak to you please, why are you running away from me like that, Tion close the car door bro just don’t hype her up like that” pulling a face “hyping me up like that? Oakley don’t come to me with flowers after what happened, the behaviour to me is dismissive. Now you’re here with flowers? She is the only name in his call list and then his mother at top, that was it. Placing his phone down “trying to drill me about everything, trying to make me move to America, you can tell your mom. I am big mad, I want to know why?” he asked me but now he has put me on the spot “I have the police arriving, I need to go” changing the issue “I will go too” he added, which I rather he didn’t now.

Oakley is very pissed with me that I got my parents involved but what does he want me to say, I mean I was emotional and scared, I mean I am still but what did he want me to do. Now he is here, so is the police, like what is my life I wasn’t made for this “with us taking your statement Miss Fenty, it seems like Oakley knew what to do?” one of them said “what you trying to insinuate, you just said that these bikers have been targeting other people so like what are you trying to say?” Oakley asked “they have been targeting other people with money, but they never shot at the vehicle, so we are asking if you know any information? We are trying our best to get them and I don’t think you are in danger, but they haven’t shot at the car, and these are youth, they have been going around London doing this” looking at Oakley and he shrugged “that is the job for you, why would I know? I just was protecting my partner that is all, you acting like I did wrong?” he laughed “it’s dumb, I don’t get why you trying to make it seem I was doing anything wrong?” if like Oakley even likes the police “we are just trying to get information” Oakley laughed “you from the ends my guy, I know you stop acting dumb” my eyes widened “seems a little deep for someone to shoot at your car, we are trying to do our job and keep you safe but” he got up “some don’t want to be saved, but we will be on your case Miss Fenty and look into it. I huffed out, I am tired and stressed “is this what you want? Me to be stressed out and questioned, we was in Mayfair, fucking Mayfair! And still that happened, still!” I spat “it’s London, what do you want me to say? Maybe I shouldn’t drive around with my name on my car, be better but you got me that, I wanted to use it but I will switch it up, maybe I have been a little too free” he held his hands up “or we need to move and think of us, somewhere peaceful” he shook his head “this is peaceful, you live on the same street as billionaire’s what more do you want!?” he spat “and they complain about your friends doing fucking music videos outside my fucking home! On the street, the loud music when they come, act your pay grade Oakley! You ain’t them!” I shouted “but you want to be, you beat cancer to be like this? You want to marry me to do what? Tell me? So we can be in danger, live life on edge, at this point I am going Ireland with your mother and feed the fucking goats there, she is happy and at peace because London, this place it’s toxic! I can’t do this; I can’t have this for my son! To see my son with these men that enjoy gang affiliated things! Aziel will be the same and I fucking see it, you know it but you’re ok with it deep down” he doesn’t want to hear me, the amount of times he rolled his eyes “Aziel will never know struggle, so no he can’t be for the streets, don’t worry. Put him in boarding school so he can be a prime minster and hating his own kind, that is fine. We can do it like you, and he end up like Saint, a sadistic motherfucker, rich kids don’t get it. Never fucking will, I am not going America to be a fake American, I hate that country and I hate that place, I am not moving out of London, you deal with it, or we can’t work and if you want to run to mommy and daddy because they got money and take my son then more fool you because he will hate you for it, decide Rylee because I ain’t moving. Do what you like” he waved me off and walked off to the kitchen “not even for me you wouldn’t move?” I asked “we did move! Here! Oakley hasn’t left the home or stormed out, he is here but not speaking to me just eating food and speaking to his friends, but the girls are calling me anyways, a group one. They have been trying to call me “hey” closing the door behind me “girl, what the fuck?” Lillian said, “I know right” I rolled my eyes “I have five minutes left on my lunch break” Lillian said, “are you ok?” she asked “yeah girl, we have been worried. The video has been everywhere, you look cute too” I chuckled “oh god, it just switched. Like all I know is that Oakley had my head down, his hand didn’t move because he didn’t want me to look up, one hand driving. He was speeding, I got to give it to him he knew what to do, he was calm, and I just think it kind of threw him off because I was there, but he was calm, I was well still having a meltdown. He said it’s not targeted but then why they shot the car?” I shook my head “they knew of him, like or one of them did like that is crazy. Wyge said he been rolling like he is mad anyways, like why are you rolling with your name out there. Down west, down south west. Like everyone knows it’s you. He should remain hidden like he was” Halle said “I know, well it’s my fault I got it him or whatever, but we aren’t talking because I want to move and he sees me as some rich girl that can jump up and leave and he refuses to leave London altogether” Lillian smiled “he will live and die in London girl, that must have triggered him” I nodded my head “but yeah, there we have it. I guess I will stay in London, he said he gave up living in that place for me to live in this better spot and that was the biggest thing for him or whatever I am like no it’s not really. You care about us keep us safe” I scoffed “yeah hey Oakley” looking behind me “great, but anyways. Wasn’t the facetime nice” he sat down, I guess he heard that “it was indeed, I have work now. Bye ladies” they both left me so quick, how annoying “look I will do anything for you to be safe, you and Aziel are my everything, I mean that but I can’t move, that will depress me a lot. I will move back here and the number plates I will take off but please don’t make this an issue, I don’t want to move away from London and I can’t be dealing with your parents either, that has got to stop” he is calm about it “ok” I mumbled, nodding my head “I love you Lee, I do” smiling lightly “I know” he stresses me out.

Ep 1 (Jan 19)

was afraid we'd get a whole lot about gambling for a sec. Hate gambling in shows so bad omg

bruh is that a real gun or fake wtf girl I'm scared the "crazy man" is boutta kill "the pervert" while playing

damn, Jongwoo fucked up that guy who was beating up someone else bc he got flashbacks to his time in the army

damn someone made a hole to peep into Jongwoo's room

oh the quip about the "he's not stuttering right now" was leading up to the fact that they're twins. i was wondering if mans was faking it

So far, quite unsettling and I'm liking it. Also fun that Jongwoo can't quite tell what's going on or what's happening but we the audience also can't always tell what's really happening vs what's Jongwoo's imagination or dream (like the pervert just continuously saying 'should i kill you?' which was also when the ganster guy found the play bullet thing in his room which was real but it lead to Jongwoo's bloody dream so was the pervert part real?)

Anyway, time to go to bed because it's 12AM and I have to get up in 7.5 hours and I can't handle scary or unsettling things later at night

Ep 2: Human Nature (Jan 20)

I hope we stay mostly at the creepy weirdo apartment instead of Jongwoo's freaking workplace bc that gives me more anxiety and stress than the murders or whatever's boutta happen in the apartments

Everyone at this fucking place just has terrible dreams of death and murder, huh? including the gangster. anyway he wants to move out so I'm assuming he's gonna die soon. not to mention he's fucking going to the women's floor that's supposed to be off-limits and empty but the pervert's out there digging the floor there anyway

what the fuck a dead body with blood, how long has the fucking body been there

oh damn one of the twins struck the gangster down?

I wonder whether the landlord knows about the killings and weird happening on the 4th floor or not. her talking about how after the gangster leaves, only good people will be left was sus and creepy

so one of the twins deposited the dead cat?

okay so that specific twin (giggling, stuttering) killed one cat but the others were scorched and burned, so either his other twin killed them or it was the dentist

Jongwoo's anger issues and uncontrolled outbursts is interesting because I originally thought he'd be very much the odd one out but he also has darkness in him (even if it's not cruel and sadistic like the other neighbors). like even though that was his imagination of standing up to the hyung boss man but when he beat up those guys in ep 1 was def an indication of what he's capable of

Okay so here's the thing right is the dentist and the "calm creepy" guy in the apartment the same guy? No? The dentist looks like Lee Dongwook (which he is) while the "calm" guy looks kinda like Lee Minho lmao. okay lmfao this whole time for some reason I thought the dentist and the smiley calm creepy guy were supposed to be the same person and kept getting confused that they literally didn't look alike and also was like why would a dentist be at that dingy place wtf but turns out they're unrelated. actually i guess the reason i thought they were the same was bc i knew the smiley guy was up to something weird and terrible for sure and thus thought he was the murderous creep dentist everybody kept talking about

That was hindi in the notebook of the old tenant guy? I saw a comment about how the old Pakistani tenant had a really sad backstory hmm

In the volunteers I can spot the dentist, the twins, and the landlord lady but not the smiley calm guy though I guess he's one of the guys. will the police lady realize who's in the pics since she's seen one of the twins? Also, I rewatched the dentist and police convo and he mentioned meeting Mr. Park the other dentist at volunteer work, so is he also gonna be involved?

lmfao the convo on the roof with "like it?" "i thought you and i could be the same type of person" is so gay like that's how people talk about homosexuality and that's how confessions sometimes start in BLs. except this time it's murder and horrifying torture!

Was the "I thought you and I might be the same type of person" just in the dentist's head? This show kinda reminds me of Midnight Motel in terms of showing the thoughts and scenarios in the characters' heads, though this is showing much darker scenarios and dreams generally

I guess from that one comment on MDL, one of them kills the other (Jongwoo to Mun jo bc it's supposed to be happy ending) but also there are theories about the ending on reddit, so I guess it'll be ambiguous. I'm just hoping that it's not all in Jongwoo's head though, I feel like this would be rated lower if it was and there wouldn't be theories and I would be spoiled about it by now

brooo okay yknow I thought the thing with the dentist calling the twin stupid was so Jongwoo-lite, turns out it was Jongwoo

hmmm okay so idk I guesssss Jongwoo did kill the dentist, him and the cop seeing him around is just hallucinations and paranoia (including when he was alive and well and touching his adam's apple after all the murders bc Ji Eun saw that there was nobody else there), but Jongwoo now knows what it's like to kill someone and the "honey and i will be together forever" comment is meant to signify that Jongwoo is the dentist's masterpiece and the glitch at the end

Also, what happened to Jongwoo's friend - just an unmentioned casualty?

Here's why I think Moonjo is dead:

I think Jongwoo did kill Moonjo and afterwards came back to his room and had hallucinations with repeating sentences from their last conversation. The girlfriend saw nobody there and Jongwoo has previously had hallucinations in the mirror about the boss hyung's death like "It wasn't me!" Additionally, the scene was just his last words from the death scene + Adam's apple grab as seen before, so it was like Jongwoo's knowledge of what Moonjo would say or do, not really Moonjo

Everybody accepts that Moonjo is dead, so I'll assume they found the body tbh

I'll assume Jongwoo was hallucinating him after they got out of the building and I'll assume the cop was as well because she saw him in a crowded elevator and I feel like he would've been recognized since they family's been in the news now

There is a sense of "somebody's watching" the cop as she gets in the car at the end but to me, it's once again a manifestation of the cop's paranoia because we also get to see as if someone's watching from the backseat of her car and she turns back to find nobody there.

It's just more satisfying and scarier to me to assume that Moonjo's dead but he lives on in Jongwoo's personality and also Jongwoo and the cop's paranoia - he's haunting them and that's how Moonjo and Jongwoo will be together forever. He's a terror that is gone now but he's irrevocably tainted others, and made Jongwoo his masterpiece and final work of creation.

Overall Thoughts:

I'm not as blown away or enraptured by the ending as everybody else seems to be but I thought it was good and expected. The whole descent of Jongwoo was interesting to see, as well as how his environment and people around him made him who he is and what he had in him from previous experiences and by nature.

The acting and cinematography/atmosphere were good. I liked the hallucinations/dreams (I loved it when I couldn't tell whether he really was breaking the keyboard until the CCTV showed it or whether he was beating up the supervisor until the others came in bc he had violent imagined scenarios so often) and I'm glad it was just 10 eps.

I do like to think Moonjo's obsession was tinted with gayness but the cursory glance at tiktok/twitter shipper posts isn't giving me what I want - it's too ironically cutesy but I like that Moonjo is darkly obsessed and Jongwoo hates it so bad. I've been obsessed with going through people's archives for the strangers from hell tag and reblogging them though lol

I like that he's dead but still alive through Jongwoo; that even if he was killed, he still won.

Okay this is going to be a long first post because i need to explain myself. First of all before someone says "why don't you write in a journal"?

1.) Screw you i can do what i want

2.) this is my call for help, i want people to respond

3.) This is a dead enough app that i feel comfortable sharing these thoughts i haven't shared with anyone

4.) Writing makes my hand cramp

I won't be tagging any of my posts except with the vent tag because im not trying to spread this every where. Also the posts will not be regular, so if you find this as a source of comfort... find something else. Now that's out of the way, i'll type everything out (i'll add music for my own enjoyment)

Why the fuck is everything so hard. I constantly feel like i'm missing something and I'm gonna screw my whole life over. College deadlines are coming up and if i don't finish them will they just not let me go? I don't know and I don't really want to find out. Summer is such a confusing season for me. I want to be happy because I can actually sleep and i don't have to go to school, but honestly i enjoy school. I like seeing my friends without hassling and making plans, and now I have to leave them behind. No one from my highschool is going to my college and that is so scary. Yeah I know of a few people but I don't KNOW them. I like meeting new people but it is also making me panic. Also, to put a cherry on the cake, i've been having a major identity crisis. I don't know who i am or what i want to be. I've always been fine with saying whatever i don't care about labels. I love who i love and you can call me what you want type bullshit but now it's feeling too vague. The only problem with that is that I'm feeling vague. Also i don't want those harmful fucking microlabels pinned on me. That's too stressful. I'm pretty sure I'm bisexual, but i honestly can't tell. I like men but then i don't. I love women all the time tho. Am i a lesbian? I don't know. I don't even know if i'm a woman. I thought i was comfortable with being a woman but i don't know, sometimes it doesn't feel right. Like the biggest example is when i see two guys in a mlm relationship. I long so deeply for that to be me. For me to be a guy with another guy, but I also want to be in a wlw relationship as well. I want a dick, i want my tits chopped off, but then i don't and i absolutely love doing my hair and make up? Nothing is making sense to me and I don't know who i am. I've gotten fat and i'm trying to lose weight but i can't. It's so hard. i'm sure playing basketball at college will help but I don't want to wait until then. I want to be able to wear a bikini without crying this summer. And again, you can try with that love yourself bullshit, but how am i supposed to love myself when all i get is judgemental looks and harsh comments because at the end of the day we live to breed. I don't know. I think that's it for now. bye.

I really don't like when ppl record strangers and then post it for clicks and likes. Especially when said person is either on drugs or homeless.. or just out of it. It's really strange to just record that person, I've grew up in an area where ppl "tweakin"(yeah tweakin is being so high off some shit that ur body is spasming and or u possibly od. Ur not "tweakin" b/c a new product ur excited about finally dropped. Please stop using AAVE if u are not black and don't know the context of these words. It's not "genz" slang it's Ebonics. Or keep using the words and be fucking dense and inconsiderate cause "everyone else says it") and seeing someone be addicted to drugs is very scary thing to see cause there's not much help for them and most ppl don't have many other options, so ppl would rather take drugs.

Also I really don't find memes as funny anymore b/c most memes used is just a black person being black, or a black person's features being used as the joke. And when u call ppl out for it we are mostly gaslight and told "it's just a joke". I've also seen wayyy too many ppl use black ppl in PAIN as a running joke or a "haha funny" clip in a yt video. It's also just desensitizes Ppl even more when it comes to seeing Black ppl in pain or struggling. Even stuff from TikTok's sounds ppl use would be of someone having a mental break and then thousands off ppl will use the sounds being like it's "for the funnies" it's just weird to me.(there was an entire trend of ppl pretending to be shot, come to find out the guy who started the "trend" was genuinely sharing about the trauma he went thru and ppl took it as a joke. Also he was a black man)

The fact that media will include making the most ridiculous rap names like "big cheese" or "big killa bunny" or some shit makes me think it's supposed to be "funny" obviously. These rappers have the "goofiest" names so let's make them even goofier. The thing is AGAIN that is something from BLACK culture that hollywood wants to make fun of. Again denying black ppl's identities when all the name is is a "punchline" to how "silly black ppl name themselves". Even when black Americans had to reinvent themselves after slavery we decided to make up our own names like Daquan or Lashawnda and in school systems or any system really apparently those names are "too hard too pronounce" we had ideas to make our own names and a lot of the help of creating those came from, Arabic backgrounds and some Muslim links. A white person can name off 10 different dog breeds but can't fathom trying to understand a black person's name. We are seen as sub-human. Some ppl genuinely believe black ppl are a different species all together , it's pretty sad

Also has anyone actually seen a dead body in their lifetime. A dead body in front of their eyes? I haven't but I watched this young man spasming or "tweaking" on the train stop home. His body was laying vertically on the bench, as he "tweaked". And there was nothing I could do for me. There was an ambulance that came but who knows if he was alive or not. I later on had a panic attack and started hyperventilating cause I guess it got to me.(I have a issue knowing when my body is in stress or something effects me) but i think it triggered me so bad b/c I lost 2 of my cousins to gun violence and they were also heavily doing drugs. (Now that I think about it I wonder if anyone else would've pulled out their phone and started recording the kid. There was another lady that got off when we saw him on the bench, but her response was "I gotta get out the city"🤷🏽‍♂️) idfk

Idk I say all this to say I wish the world would change I wish ppl gave a fuck about anything. And I wish young black ppl didn't think their only way out of "this life" was doing drugs or having a baby for fulfillment or acceptance. I wish BLACK ROYALTY knew how special we are.
