Today more than 40.000 people showed up in Copenhagen, Denmark to honour the 2 killed civilians and 5 injured policemen during the terror attacks on Cph this weekend. All around Denmark in the bigger cities thousands of people have showed up at similar smaller memorial services. These past days people have been laying thousands of flowers for the killed and has been thanking the police, giving them hot coffee, flowers and kisses on their cars. "only" 2 may have died but the police and the killed prevented more than a hundred people getting murdered and hurt. around 20 people in the first shooting at a cafe and 80 people (including children) at the synagogue where the second civilian was killed. The reason why we today can stand together and mourn the loss of 2 and not a 100 is because of the amazing effort of the danish police force this weekend. they are no less then heroes Tonight we stand together, tonight we speak, tonight and forever we remember! Thank you <3 Rest In Peace <3

So close to home! Terrorist attack in Copenhagen tonight and it is seriuosly scary. Even when the terrible murders happened at Charlie Hebdo i France it still seemed somewhat far away, but now shooting happened 400m from my home. My thoughts go out to the victims, both innocent civilian who was murdered but also our brave cops who was shot protecting The Danish people.
