#ive never had a hyperfixation this intense before and its partially because i havent been able to recieve my medication

everyone talks about "hyperfixations can make you forget to eat or drink or sleep" or whatever but nobody talks about how deeply depersonalizing they can be

i literally cannot physically think about anything else. i have zero drive to create anything or do any hobbies not related to it. when i try to think about myself or talk about myself or talk about my other interests its only my hyperfixation. i feel like a hollow shell without it and i want out. you are stuck in literal hell untill your brain decides to give you mercy
