the argument that gerlion is impossible and totally unrealistic “because geralt is straight” “because dandelion is straight” makes me laugh, because

you literally took the saddest, loneliest, most wet-eyed, socially isolated, socially inept, and hopeless guy… and then you put right next to him a silly sexy guy with soft blonde hair and bright rippling laughter whose only priorities in life are food, booze, sex, and art (not necessarily in that order)… who by some insane statistical improbability, and maybe the very grace of god himself, genuinely likes said very sad very lonely guy, joyfully asks him to go to festivals and drink beer with him, is always glad to see him and talks him out of all of his bad moods and sorrows.

if i were geralt and the only thing separating me and this guy in our shared pallaisse at night was our alleged heterosexuality. i would be seriously reconsidering some things at this point
