          rattle the stars?  though he hears words of praise on the battlefield when completing a task of importance, or raising hopes of allies by slaying hordes of monsters, that is .. a bit much. not that he isn’t grateful for such kind words, but ones that are far more lavish than what he’s come to know, it feels that they’re meant for someone that can match the feeling.

 Okay, this was starting to get very annoying.

 The blonde sighed lowly, hopefully quiet enough that the other didn’t hear, and spoke with a deep frown. “Not only do I not want your help, I honestly don’t need it.” Tetra didn’t bother to spare a glance in his direction for she was too preoccupied with a few yellow chu chu’s and bokoblins. Being electrocuted a few times was bad enough but, when it was fallowed by the slash of a dull sword, things started to get frustrating.

the vibrance and warmth that radiated from the townspeople was a treat; a glowing light to contrast the grim state that had enveloped the kingdom. these times she spent along the streets, interacting with merchants and her people— while sometimes overwhelming, zelda cherished happy moments like these.

over time, she’d become familiar with the residents of the town: the same faces who sold the same products, always offering the comfort of consistency. even so, she still came back again and again, just in case they may offer something new.

curious eyes swept over the vendors and their wares, hesitating only once.
