Okay first of all i LOVE that we have a drider in the game don't get me wrong. And he's quite close to accurate as well, but... the legs.
Spiders have SEVEN joints on their legs, and their legs do NOT end in spikes! They end in these:
Additionally, do any of these spiders look shiny and plastic to you? NO. They have fluffs (not fur, these are called sensilla) and little whiskers!
GIVE! HIM! PEETY! PAWS!!!
Also, and I actually don't mind this one bc I'm ftm and this means Kar'niss is also--his abdomen is a female shape. Regard:
Female spiders have bigger, rounde abdomens. Compare:
His tummy rounde. Kar'niss is trans. I rest my case.
(once again, a note--I am a) trans and b) using 'male' and 'female' the way Biology uses those terms, as a shorthand to mean 'has sperm-producing gonads' and 'has egg-producing gonads'. Most biologists do not anthropomorphise animals and that includes assigning genders to them. Animals do not have genders, genders require having a society.)
#kar'niss#I am objectively right and will not be taking criticism at this time#I love when people accidentally make trans characters bc lack of research it's my favourite#oh your boy angler fish character has an esca and is an independent creature? congrats he's trans#oh your drider man has a big rounde abdomen? trans.#oh you made your female bird character all colourful and loud? trans!#it's delightful i love studying how sexes and mating work in nature bc it just gives me more trans characters
