i think about these panels a lot

ok so these panels are just insanely adorable, but also

batman also just believes this kid with no questions asked. the whole DETECTIVE who will mercilessly hunt down answers no matter the cost just tells him he doesn’t have to explain himself, that it’s ok.

a bit later, though, the child (Miguel) passes out. Batman rushes to the hospital and comforts his son Damian when Miguel succumbs to his severe frostbite and starvation.

and then, not even a full day later, batman stomps over as bruce to rip the shady headmaster of the orphanage a new one by letting him rot in prison.

he calls these random ass kids his BABIES. his children that he should’ve looked after better. those are HIS KIDS.

he named an orphanage after his child he failed.

#THIRD YEAR HOUSE ILYYYY EVEN THO U WERE FALLING APART #im losing it a little we started travelling 7pm yesterday after spending 8 hours wandering up and down massive hills in 30 degree heat #and I didn’t stop travelling until 9am this morning. I got no sleep until a measly 1 hour nap when I got home #I’ve since had to pack the last of my stuff up and do several charity bin trips in a HEATWAVE #and now im going back to my hometown w my stupid ugly suitcase and a duffel bag #this is gonna be HELLLL and I am SO SLEEP DEPRIVED lord give me strength #hella goes to uni

#it’s such a nitpick but it really bugs me. they aren’t gonna be corpses by 30 i promise😭#and in some cases it makes way more sense if they are at least that age #i think ppl truly forget kinzie is an agent and has to go through training and has to be a certain age to even get admitted to the academy #to become an agent you need a bachelor’s degree and then go through several years of training. it Literally takes like 5-7 years #combined w the fact she had to have already been working there At Least a year or two #at the end of the day pls hc whatever you want ofc this is just a general trend i’ve noticed forever

#iui tag #last time this was the first indication that things weren't going right #because it was only a 30% increase and it needed to be 60-100% for her to think everything was normal #but this time my levels went up by 216% 😭😭😭#i am weeping in a study room #maybe it's all going to be okay #my ultrasound is next thurs (week and a half)#i am going to try SO hard to stay in the headspace of joy during this brief window where i have no medical encounters #she mentioned that if i am feeling really anxious about the utlrasound i can have one more blood draw done in the meantime #and i think i will try to be chill but will keep that in reserve if i really need confirmation that things are going ok #but JOY JOY JOY #anyway in other news i think i might have a bit of light pregnancy loss trauma 🫠#the degree to which i was out of my fucking mind all weekend and all day today was just uh #it was a lot #i was so sick with adrenaline i was shaking on the drive to work #but okay #just gonna #focus on the joy of right now

just a heads up, it won't be formerly announced until maybe thursday but i will be going on a mini-hiatus from sunday january 14th-monday january 22nd. i'm going on a week long vacation to go visit @getouh & @lerevers. so i will be queueing up replies, and while it might not look like i'm active i will be chilling in draftland so that i can have some consistent activity. i don't intend to bring my laptop cause it's been 5000 years since i've last since the both of them, and i'll mostly be on discord when i can. but i do intend to do this for both gojo and yuki ( and i will reblog that on her blog as well. )

#im so tired #while i'm already chronically fatigued any temperature above 15C is sucking the remaining energy out of me #don't get me wrong i'm happy to have one warmer day and go out on the sun for a while #but soon i won't be able to sleep again and i'm gonna be a ghost for few months #and everything gonna be sweaty and ughh the horror of wearing less clothes or dying in jeans on 30 degrees #it cam stay how it is now fine but we can't have summer yet boys i can't take it
