-when people ask hank why she goes by hank and not her "real name," (which i like to headcanon is "henrietta") she always says, "oh it's actually a really funny story, i'll tell you later," and the later never comes lmao. or, if she does tell you, it's some made up wacky story that actually has nothing to do with giving herself the name hank. the real reason? she just likes it

-speaking of "henrietta," this story, 'if you know where to look' by ghost_teeth, works so fucking well with a lot of my headcanons about how their characters would be like genderbent! highly recommend it, and all their dbh stories honestly!

-connie has a compact gun (i asked my brother for examples and he said sig p365 or springfield hellcat, which i think work perfectly for this) holstered inside her jacket on the left side. also, i'm stealing this idea from this post (which basically almost has the same design for fem!connor (altho like, most designs for her are basically the same lmao)) but she also has a knife strapped to her thigh

-her skirt is actually made of some super high tech flexible and durable material, and she's got specific programming to make her balance crazy good, since she'll be running in heels. she's made to hunt and pursue deviants so obviously she needs to be able to run and jump. the outfit is only made to appear like a standard "business woman" to blend in with the humans she would be required to work with, but otherwise gives her everything/doesn't hold her back from doing what she needs to complete her mission. here's a bonus conversation i had with @extraordinaryandroid about it lmaoo:

-hank met connor-51 first for the ortiz case, but connie-52 (with 51's memories of course) came in the next day when it was announced they were to be officially paired to investigate deviants. cyberlife has their grubby lil hands in everything so of course they knew their RK800 unit would be paired with this lieutenant anderson before basically anyone else, and deemed that she'd get along better with a "female model" that she would find attractive. which of course has hank like WOW that's super weird and gross of y'all! and i fucking hate that it's working you pieces of shit at cyberlife !!!! but ofc connie's like "im a machine i dont even have a gender" all the while hank's sweatin major thirsty bullets

-at the cyberlife tower, connor-51 is the one to hold hank at gunpoint. how did he get hank to trust him? idk i haven't figured that out yet lmao, but the angst of connor-51 essentially taking the place of -60 from the game in the sense that he's clearly deviant in some capacity, in this context being that he feels connie stole the life he deserved (which he'd never admit) and now wants to suck up to cyberlife and be their best boi to feel important and special again and not knowing they'd just throw him away for the RK900 model, is very good imo. that was a very long sentence so i hope it made sense lmaoo. have i worked out all the details of how all that shit would work in a story? absolutely not, im too busy thinking about butch fem!hank making her robo girlfriend bluescreen in the bedroom 🤪

My Friend's AU fic

Just some quick info about the au and how it works.

Takes place in New York, like the friends show does. There is also a coffee shop/bar that they all hang out in.

Nancy is a journalist and lives in her grandmother's rent controlled apartment. She knew Eddie in highschool, met the rest while in college. She and Steve dated freshman year of college but then broke up, and then she dated Jonathan for a little bit as well. But it's all cool with no weird love triangles (because I hate those) She is also bisexual.

Eddie is a freelance artist and a tattoo artist. He moved to New York to live with his now ex, and ended up reconnecting with Nancy and now they live together. He has been out as gay since highschool.

Steve lives across the hall from Nancy with Robin. He is a first grade teacher at the local school. He is also notorious for his many hookups (because he's the Joey character) and bisexual.

Robin met Steve in college and has been joined at the hip since. She is a translator at a law firm and takes up some side work tutoring people in the languages she speaks. She has also been out as a lesbian since highschool.

Jonathan and Argyle were randomized roommates in college, and just never stopped being roommates. They live in the building across the street, but end up spending most of their time in Nancy's apartment. He is a freelance photographer that has a pretty decent following and does a lot of events.

Argyle works at a weed dispensary and part time at the local pizza place. He doesn't label his sexuality because he doesn't really like labels.

The fic itself it told like a sitcom would be shown, so not a lot of inner thoughts. Just pure schinanegans. There will also be a tag list, so let me know if you want to be added/taken off as always.

Have some sketches I made the last couple of months since discovering Moral Orel

I did some doodles before this to learn how to draw Orel and this was my first attempt at drawing him in my style. I also drew Christina.

I love Stephanie, so I made a page dedicated to her. The flag is supposed to be the lesbian flag. I decided that I should also draw some of the other adult characters. From left to right: Bloberta, Clay, Reverend Putty, Miss Censordoll, Principal Fakey, and Miss Sculptham. I had a theme with the right page, the adults of Moralton that should be role models for Orel but constantly let him down /lh

Adult Swim canceling this show is my Roman Empire. They really canceled it before the main character could go through his entire arc. I made these design mainly to work on something else, but I'm happy to have made them. I have definitely been inspired by other designs fans have made, but I did try to be original. Also made one for Christina! She's kinda inspired by pastel goth cause I imagine her parents are more strict and wouldn't let her wear traditional goth attire. She's probably already pushing the line.

Finally, some OCs I made. I'm sorry. First two are friends for Christina, I wanted to do something more then make a female Doughy and I had fun making them. The second is an OC I designed for a fic that is currently a wip. Yes, I did have a fun time creating the punny names.

Laika Lyukanida is Christina's childhood best friend. She is a second-generation Russian-American, her grandfather defected the USSR and moved to the US. I wrote that he was KGB, but I'm thinking that him being a spy makes more sense. I thought it would be funny for her to quote her grandfather sometimes and it being obvious that the quote was about his previous work, but neither her or Christina recognize it.

She is more resistant to Christina's chaotic plans, but she always finds herself working on them anyway. She has an interest in science and is often sneaking in the library against her family's wishes. As she grows older, she probably becomes more agnostic but keeps it a secret. Her first name is mainly a reference to the claymation studio, but I imagine in universe she was named after the dog that made it to space. Her last name is a reference to an old stop motion film from Russia.

Komugi Nendo Jingorō is Christina's friend who has a friendly rivalry on who's the better Christian. She is unfortunately very aware of how much her and her family are outcasts due to being Japanese in a mostly white protestant town. Christina and Laika are her closest friends due to them being more accepting of her. Laika understands what it's like for her name to be constantly mispronounced and relates to her. Christina's parents, much like Orel's, are racist and she has to keep their friendship a secret from them.

Her first and middle name is a reference to flour clay. It's a type of clay that children play with, and I thought it would be a cute name for a kid character. Her last name is both a reference to an old Japanese artist known for working with clay, and a reference to a stop motion short film that is about the same guy.

Will Plasticine is a gay florist in Christina's hometown. He grew up there, and when he turned 18, he ran away from his parents to go to college out of state. He met Stephanie there and they immediately became friends due to them being able to relate with growing up closeted in a very religious environment. She made one of her first tattoos on him, a pink triangle on his upper arm. He opened a shop in his hometown once he finished college, but he still has contact with Stephanie and sometimes they visit each other.

His first name isn't a pun or a reference, his last name is a reference to material used for claymation, especially earlier on. I thought it would be funny to make him a florist to Stephanie's tattoo artist, ie the florist and tattoo artist au thing. Obviously it's not romantic, they're just good friend. I imagine he has a story that parallels the episode, "The Blessed Union", where Christina hears a sermon about how wives should treat their husbands and she becomes curious on what husbands should do for their wives and she ends up in his shop.

Nope! Getting a tattoo is one of those things that I've thought about, don't get me wrong! I just...I have sensory issues related to being touched, especially with sharp objects like needles, and that combined with my low pain tolerance would make the whole 'getting a tattoo' experience like a real form of hell for me, ya know? 🤔 — what genre(s)/theme(s) do you struggle to write the most?

Ah the genres/themes I struggle with the most... this should be fun. Now, I know that this is going to seem quite unbelievable, given that a lot of my writing has been revolving around these two genres lately, but for me writing erotica and romance is a struggle. I think it's because those two genres encapsulate RL experiences that I have yet to have, and it really makes me cringe when that lack of experience shows in my writing. For reference, it's one of the reasons I had to stop doing K.inktober after like, the sixth day. ((This also may or may not be an explanation as to why all those NSFW gif memes sitting in my askbox are gonna take a while to be responded to, ty for patience and I'm sorry 💀)) In terms of themes that I struggle with, I tend to struggle with themes revolving around coming-of-age, as I didn't really get to experience such a thing. My childhood and teenage years kind of just..passed me by with little to no fanfare? I didn't experience anything that Hollywood tricked me into believing I would. I mean, I also grew up poor yo-yoing between a major city's nicer section to it's ghettos so 💀💀💀 Another theme I tend to struggle with are ones based around morality. Now, I have a concrete thought process, and I tend to see most situations in black and white. I'm sure that, just by that description of how my mind tends to operate alone, you can see why morality as a theme tends to be a struggle for me. Morality isn't always black and white, sometimes there's patches of grey nuance. Sometimes people do objectively bad things for good reasons, sometimes the reverse of that is true. My brain struggling to see those little specks of grey in all the black and white makes writing those kind of scenarios a struggle and a half.

Oooof, Mormonism is rough. I grew up in a predominantly Mormon town (as in, more Mormons per Capita than Salt lake city) and most of my friends growing up were Mormon. All of the architecture in the temples and stuff looked (from the outside, at least. I was obviously never allowed inside) so sterile! I can't imagine that. What did you do during the 3 hours of church?? Because catholic mass is only like an hour and as a kid I got so bored I wouldn't pay attention at all.

I would literally just study all the gargoyles/angels/faces in general carved into the walls and ceiling, as well as the stained glass windows and statues. i've only been inside temples a few times (i started dating a non-member and therefore was unworthy to enter any more), and i left entirely before i could do any of the Really Culty Stuff, but trust me, the inside is even more sterile looking than the outside. everything is white and beige and boring as all hell.

iirc they changed it to 2 hours a few years back (now they alternate doing what used to be the second and third hours), but the 3 hour system was:

the first hour was essentially mass. everyone in one room, getting preached at, sacrament (rebranded communion), singing songs.

the second hour was sunday school. idk how the adults split up, maybe it was one big class? i left when i was 17. but the kids were split up by age, each group had a teacher, and we studied different parts of the scriptures and sometimes church history.

the third hour was essentially 5 separate second, smaller versions of the first hour, separated by age and gender (everyone under 12, 12-17 boys, 12-17 girls, adult men, adult women), but without the sacrament.

This episode was great. SAPHIC HORSE GIRLS.

Omg first before getting into the meat of the episode, I really loved everyone’s characterization in this episode. Rick just being able to genuinely get along with everybody. Like!!!

He’s hanging with his grandkids! Like their, their own little click?? Playing bad video games! Adorable! And him just casually hanging out, getting drunk with Jerry! So sweet! And him actually being there for the Beth’s during their affair was great! Like he can even relate to being with a version of himself like that and gave her advice to the best of his abilities. He even initially helped Domestic Beth cover up with the ice cream!

Okay so I really don’t mind that their in love. I thought it was really sweet, but I still felt for Rick, Morty, and Summer. I would feel the same if I caught my parents/daughter screwing. At that point eat dinner in the garage.

Also, I think the Bethcest(??) is fine. Being with a clone/alt ver. of yourself isn’t something I think we can put moral judgment on because that could literally never happen. So I don’t think it’s a big deal. It’s a writing trope. Like giant robots or alien invasions.

I really liked that the Beth’s even wondered if what they had was real. That despite them being so similar they still had grown into their own. That them fighting didn’t lead to them hating each other but instead breaking up for what they thought was right. I’m glad they were able to work something out with Jerry. I would have liked it if they had said it out loud that they were in a poly relationship. Just because the end almost feels like “ooo Jerry’s got 2 wives now big W” instead of 3 people who genuinely want to be together. I know it’s obvious because the whole episode was literally about the Beth’s relationship but still. 

Anyways we got Bisexual Beth’s and Jerry confirmed. Pansexual Rick in the background but ever graciously always there. A lesbian Summer in the comics and potentially a Bi Summer in the show. And although Morty seems to be the token straight, he’s been in space dawg. You can’t be straight in space. You just can’t. (Also potential for gender fluid Morty from s6 ep2)

The scene where Jerry turns into a bug had me cackling. Ricks ass tats of him and Jerry as eagle killed me. Can you imagine that conversation? Yeah I want a tattoo of me and my son-in-law on my ass but make us badass looking eagles. Ooo! Rick and the kids playing a text based game was really cool to see too! All the pictures of the family shown in this episode was a really nice touch. Morty and Summer just leaving Rick to rot with the consequences of Beth, gives hope and fear that ep2 didn’t have consequences. And the jab at the floating timeline, was classic. The 3 of them sitting in silence at the dinner table before breaking down. Rick making an attempt to pretend this is normal and fine. And of course we can never forget about Naruto Smith, fucking little bastard. The little kiss between the two Jerry’s in the end credits was cute too.

Overall I really enjoyed this episode it was funny and had good characterization, and that’s really all I ask for in a show.

Margot Verger (Hannibal)

IT'S ABOUT KILLING YOUR ABUSER WITH THE POWER OF LESBIANISM. I really love her for how withstanding years of terrible treatment didn't make her incapable of telling right from wrong, her determination, and sense of humour. HILARIOUS. HER SENSE OF HUMOUR IS SO DRY. Not to mention her love story with Alana is possibly the most beautiful and aesthetically pleasing depiction of a wlw relationship in Western television!!!!! Pete is one of the most relatable characters I've EVER seen in television (possibly like THE character for me but I'll give it some time), and his meltdown in the latter part of the series was honestly... wow... I cried for hours after watching ep 13 but it was also weirdly healing. He has a Shakespeare tattoo. He masks his own internal turmoil by being a sunshine and taking care of others. He said fuck dichotomy of evil. I stan an icon. Oh of course he's very gay too

Eve Polastri (Killing Eve)

IT'S ABOUT THE INVERSED HERO TROPE IT'S ABOUT DISCOVERING YOUR WORST INSTINCTS BY SEEING THEM MIRRORED IN SOMEONE ELSE AND FINALLY IT'S ABOUT ACCEPTING THEM AS A VALID AND VERY IMPORTANT PART OF YOU. I know it's the last live episode before the pandemic and all that happened since... and it's sad to think about about that. Knowing that, I was prepared to enjoy and cherish the hell ouf this episode, even more so than usual because I fucking love live episodes of CR, and I hope that someday in the future they will 1) do it again 2) maybe on a continent where I would be able to attend without getting myself in debt

THE OUTFITS !!!!! i love Ashley's the most because i do love long sleeves. But everyone was so sparkly and beautiful (except Sam)

Matt grumbles about how the party named "the custom ship I worked really hard to have custom made and present to you guys with a cool opportunity to name your one fantasy ship" : The Balleater, and Liam just adress the audience "Hey guys, what's that book called again ?". The entire live audience : "THE BALLEATER !!" Travis, at Matt, laughing his ass off : "Never had 3000 people shout that at you before !"

"Are we getting banned on Twitch right now ?" yes this question is asked because of what Sam is doing with his mouth live in front of 3000 people.

Caduceus, to Beau : "How would you like an hour of being your best self ?" Later, he cast Tongues on her. Beau, who will seize every opportunity to make lesbian jokes : "I see what you mean by my best self now, yeah ! You're fucking insightful, Caduceus."

Travis, as they're dragging around Lord Thain'/Essek's paralized body at the part : "What happened to just messaging Essek and fucking prank calling him ?" Matt, who also did not expect any of that at all : "WELCOME TO THE MIGHTY NEIN, TRAVIS !!"

Gotta respect Liam, old-time D&D player that he is, actually rolling 15d8 to put Essek to sleep.

The scene with Essek, oh my god, I was half-crying at the end. I'm not sure what kind of choice they will do regarding Essek's status, but the talk about him having clear goals, and having the Mighty Nein, through the sheer force of friendship, making those goals a little less important, and so making the consequences of his actions a lot more important... The parallels between Caleb and him ! The fact that he feels alone, but is accepted in this group of weirdoes who only have each other. And so so many quotes by Liam, who is a powerhouse in crafting dialogues. "You were not born with venom in your veins"

Sam is outraged that Liam named the new spell used in Nott's transformation after Caleb Widogast, and not Veth or Nott. outraged, I say ! this is so funny

I am not one to usually write a letter, but then again for you – I cannot help as the words spill over these pages. From the initial moment I had met you, you intrigued me. With your tall stature, astonishingly bright copper-red hair and sprinkle of kissable freckles that’s scattered across your face like the starry night sky.

However, do not think I didn’t notice the way you ogled at my tattooed forearms. Perhaps it was that which inspired you to get one of your own – a fiery fox sitting perfectly in a bed of roses.

I told you once before, but I shall tell you again. It suits you.

And it’s as beautiful as its holder.

I remember the first time you had introduced me to your friends with a karaoke night out – well more so, I had invited you and the others had tagged along. When it was your turn at the microphone, you had once again surprised me. With an angelic sound that brought pleasure to my ears. A sweet, melodic voice that could replace my alarm clock (If I actually cared to have one, that is). Would be a sure-fire way to wake up on time and besides getting to see your stunning face every morning is my caffeine.

That night was perfect – well at least for us – if only I knew to ask for a name.

To this day, Rosa still teases me about that moment. Had the audacity to call me a ‘useless lesbian’ just because I was distracted by those gorgeous deep brown eyes and painted pink lips set in an adorable small smile. A smile to protect. A smile to forever adore. A smile I hope to be the reason for because you are the reason for mine.

Growing up, I wasn’t one for hope. It’s easier to get through life without expectations. After all, you can’t be disappointment at something when you have no expectations. Life was easier that way. I spent my life on the run, and you know what’s funny? I don’t even really know what I was running from. But regardless, I was always the first to go. The first to say goodbye before they would eventually leave. Once again, no expectations – no disappointment.

Perhaps I was looking for a way out. A sign, a reason – just. Just something I could understand why I was here. I’ve made mistakes, lived with the regret and guilt from all the shit I pulled. From all the shit I said and put others through. I was a mess before I met you and maybe I still am. However, here’s the thing – I finally found something worth trying for.

I found my best friend, my partner in crime, my trusted confidant.

I found my moon to my sun and as my nerd of a sister would say – you cannot have one without the other.

I cherish the moments where you hold me in your arms, for when I am with you – I feel warm. I feel safe. I feel as if I found myself at home. You are my forever home, and I am now certain that I am yours as well.

For you are the only one that causes a giddy expression every time you pepper my face with your sweet kisses. We don’t need any fancy candlelight dinners at some high-class restaurant. As long as I am with you, the evening is perfect.

After all, there is more fun to be found when testing our spice tolerance at the local food festival. Or even dancing in the pouring rain without a care in the world. Others can stare, but my focus was on zoned onto the beautiful woman that was right in front of me.

Everyone else? Simply, a blur.

That moment when you said yes to being my girlfriend? I felt as if fireworks were sent off within me. You make me so happy. Every moment I have with you, could never tire me out. You are ever so patient when dealing with my puns and jokes, even trying to attempt respond back with ones of your own.

I ever so love how your eyes twinkle when you go all detective on a situation. Able to deduce without an issue. Nancy drew better take some notes. No one holds a candle to my rosebud.

You never fail to amaze me and in case you ever forget, I will remind you every day for the rest of our lives.

I won’t describe myself by any means as spiritual, but I have this feeling that somewhere in another life we met before. No matter the time, place, or life – we were always destined to have our worlds collide.

Old me would just scoff at the idea of that but now, the simple thought of what we have is ‘meant to be’ – causes the insides of my stomach to do a loop de loop. It’s a ride I wish to never get off.
