Episode 12 eyecatch: The Ishida Family

One of the rare surviving clans of Echt Quincies. In a bid to protect the Ishida family's pure Quincy bloodline, Ryūken's mother Ishida Izumi attempted to take in Masaki, who was the last remaining member of another Echt Quincy clan - the Kurosaki family. However, Masaki's soul was interfused with that of a Hollow after the fight with White. The Echt Quincy bloodline ends with Ishida Ryūken.

Ryūken eventually married Katagiri Kanae, a Gemischt Quincy who worked for the Ishida family, and welcomed their son, Uryū. Kanae lost her life as her weak body could not withstand the impact of Auswählen.

Ryūken and Uryū are the remaining members of the Ishida family; their relationship is hardly amicable.

Seven young kids go to camp for the summer, and wind up living in a Digital Land...

August 1st is the day when the characters of Digimon Adventure first went to the Digital World, and it ended up becoming an important day to both the characters and the fans. Since this year is also Digimon's 25th anniversary I wanted to do something special and went with an idea I've had on the backburner for several years now. I chipped away at this piece on and off for the past seven or so months had an absolute blast working on it. Happy Odaiba Day, everyone!
