closed event starter for @liabeale activity: getting food

Prue was tired from the night before doing the radio show, but she had gotten up earlier than she normally would so that she could check out the founder's event. The thing she enjoyed the most was the food, outside of spending time with her best friend. She looked over all the booths when she chose to get some apple cider donuts. After getting a few, she was headed towards a table to sit when she saw Lia. "Hey, babe." She grinned at her. The two had hooked up before in the past and she enjoyed the other's company. "Want one?" She asked and offered a donut.

Prue was at work when she heard her phone chime. She picked it up from it's place on the counter and lifted it to see it was Lia. Thinking for a moment, she unlocked it and started typing back.

Prue [8:39PM]: what do you have in mind?

She hit send and put the phone down while she waited. She did like Lia and with her uncertainty of if she would tell Renee about her feelings, a little distraction would always be a good thing. @liabeale

There wasn't much that rallied Lia up, but when something did, she needed some release. Anything to get her mind off the troublesome cater creating an unneeded weight on her chest. The pressure almost became unbearable to breathe at times. She pulled out her phone and sent a text to the first person that came to her mind.

Lia [8:37PM]: hey babe Lia [8:38PM]: ready to cash in that rain check?

She grinned and took a bite of her own. "At the booth there. Honestly, they make the best ones around. I wish they sold them all year round." Prue said and took another bite of the donut. "So, what have you been up do? Doing anything fun?" She hadn't gotten to check out a lot of the festival yet and was meeting up with Renee later, but for now she could chill with Lia if she wanted. @liabeale

Lia was just relaxing after site seeing what the festival had to offer. There was so much, she was sure that she only covered an inch of activities and playing a couple of the carnival games didn't satisfy her competitive appetite. She greeted the brunette with a grin, " hey, um, actually sure. " Taking the donut, she took a bite and actually took pleasure in the savoring flavors. " wow, this is actually really good. where did you buy this? "
