Nach 10 Minuten Garzeit hatten die Flügel eine goldbraune, knusprige Haut und ein saftiges Inneres.Praktischerweise verfügt die Vortex Mini über eine Schüttelerinnerung in Form eines optischen und akustischen Signals, wenn es Zeit ist, das Frittiergut im Korb zu wenden.Gut gefallen hat mir auch die Sicherheitsfunktion, die sicherstellt, dass keine der Voreinstellungen aktiviert werden kann, wenn der Frittierkorb nicht in die Fritteuse eingesetzt wurde.Alles in allem waren die Ergebnisse mit der Instant Vortex Mini sehr gut, wenn du die Zeiten und Temperaturen ein wenig anpasst.
