The bubbles around the two, a rare treat for anyone really, danced around on the tops of the water, sticking to the skin it could reach. The blonde wrapped his arms around the other’s tanner body, a soft hum escaping his lips before he chuckled. “This is nice, hm?”

"Don't move. I'll patch your wound." The older male said, walking around to face Eren's back. The brunet had some dirt and a few scratches that bleed, though nothing was really serious. Still Levi had the  responsibility to take care of the wounds, since it was his students who caused Eren to fall and apparently hit the rough ground, injured his back.

"I'm sorry that they've caused you so much trouble." He said, carefully wiped the young man's back with clean cloth before putting some antiseptic and bandage to cover the wounds. Levi remembered how his students played with Eren together and ran around the park cheerfully. Truth to be told, the sight wasn't such a bad one either. "But I thank you that you're willing to play with them." 

He smiled a bit while thinking about it again, put the last bandage on Eren's wound and gave it a quick kiss before backing off. A kiss to release the pain away that he usually did for his small students, but Levi forgot that Eren wasn't a kid anymore.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry--" Tears streamed down the shifter's face, his vision blurred by the onslaught of tears and his voice shaking with utter devastation and despair. It didn't bother him that the Coordinate was once again lost, that didn't matter to him at all, it was the fact that Eren was dead that hit the shifter so hard. Uncaring of potential danger to himself, Reiner knelt down beside the body and with extreme gentleness, the shifter lifted up the body and cradled it--him--close. 

"Landi av leysa Landi av Hetja..." He started to sing the lullaby that his mother would sing to him as a child, his voice soft and filled with emotional anguish. "Landi at gaf oss hoppas ok minni." A knot formed in his throat as memories of the time he spent as the big brother figure washed over him, almost causing the warrior to break down fully. 

"Høra várr syngva Høra várr Löngun." Reiner heard the sound of flares in the distance, followed by the sound of hooves trampling the ground. If he left now, if he just dropped the body and ran, he could make it to safety of the mountains, but he didn't. 

He was tired, not only physically exhausted, but also emotionally and psychologically drained. The sight of Eren, one whom he considered to be a little brother, dead was more than enough to shatter the ideologies that the warrior once held. "Við vilja fara heim yfir bærghinn..." He could hear their voices now, they were searching for their hope, but only misery would be found, cradled in the arms of the one that brought it. 

"Jeg flykter ikke bort lenger, ok?" Reiner whispered, gently putting down Eren's body and ripped off a piece of his sleeve and wet it down with some water from his canteen. "Jeg vil betale for mine forbrytelser, og de vil bringe deg hjem." He used the wet piece of cloth to gently wipe away the blood from Eren's face and then moved his hands so that they resting on his still chest. 

Reiner didn't move, not even as the Scouting Legion came upon them, not even as Mikasa--full of anger and grief--rushed at him and used her blade to slice his head cleanly off his neck. 

He only wished that his death would bring back their hope.

Opinion on;

Character in general: I’ve always liked Eren from the very beginning. In my eyes he isn’t the typical and generic hero from most series that we see. Never have we seen him gain victory other than when he successfully moved the boulder towards the hole created by the Armored Titan during the outbreak in Trost. And even that hadn’t been an easy accomplishment for him or something he had achieved from his efforts alone. Eren for me is very human and his emotions are as raw as they ever could be. His character is easily emotional empathized by many and he feels more closer to us as viewers than any character in the series. Again, only my opinion.

Yet he has a darker side to him despite being the symbol of hope. The way he had the courage and will power to take on two armed kidnappers and manage to kill them both when he was around ten only proves otherwise. For such a boy at a young age, to be able to kill two adult men so easily without feeling any sort of guilt afterwards to the point that he had thought of the three who kidnapped Mikasa as nothing but beasts only hidden beneath human clothing, the idea just sounds unbelievable but at the same time it does happen in real life. Which is one of the reasons that I’m so drawn to Eren. We have yet to see more of his character but from what we do know, his motivation and drive to defeat the Titans while protecting what’s left of the family he has left is something to look up to.

How they play them: I can’t emphasize just how much I love their Eren. They were the first quality Eren that I stumbled upon and I’ve been watching over their portrayals from afar ever since I followed them. They portray him really nicely and their threads are always something to look forward to whether it’s threads with me or not. It’s very rare to see rare emotions from Erens but this one is one of the few ones that are able to bring that out of him well while still being in character without overdoing it. One of the things I like most about their Eren is that he’s given a more mature feel to him and not made out to be as oblivious to things as some people make him out to be.

The Mun: Oh gosh, Eli. Just wow. It’s actually been a while since we last talked because I always get so awkward when it’s been some time since I’ve talked with someone. I’m not really good on skype either truth be told. But yeah, really friendly person from what I can remember! I recall those times I attended their tinychat—it was my first lol—and I just had so much fun. We’ve talked a few times outside rp-ing too and it may not seem much but they’re one of the few people I got really comfortable around with before as reserved as I was//
