So pissed bc covid cases are rising dramatically in my state like ah yes another record broken and I honestly wonder how this could have gone differently if our education and healthcare systems werent so utterly fucked bc like

When you're repeatedly failed by the doctors around you are you going to trust what they say? When you go to shit schools and no one cares how exactly does that instill faith in the government even in the case of a pandemic?

Like I'm not saying it's correct but I can see how antivaxxers become a thing and like

It hurts me that so many of us are so tired that our compassion has run dry but like no, you need to help who needs help regardless of vaccination status like yup could have been prevented but

Not everyone is a frothing at the mouth rabid antivaxxer some people are just scared. Some people have such severe needle phobias that they physically Can't and fucking some ppl can't afford to miss work

And it sets a very very dangerous precedent to go oh you're not vaccinated? No medical care
