can i be real can i be honest for a second because the scene where masato kills suzumori was. really well done
#y7 spoilers#spoilers#snap chats#i was reminded of it uhhhh This Morning LMAO but yeah no its a great scene#what we can always praise yakuza for is how they handle death: from the way masato reacts to the way the shot lingers on suzumori's face#i remember playing the first time and just being so. Oh Jesus Fuck when they'd let the camera sit on his cold dead eyes#like it just really hammered the feeling of dread and Oh He Fucked Up BAD Bad home#like No Shit he fucked up but sometimes it feels like we as audience members are too desensitized to death and murder in media#or at least i am idk i aint about to speak for everyone#even if suzumori himself was a minor and insignificant character that scene did a great job in establishing the weight of masato's decision#im ignoring the build up to the scene too but if i touched that that'd prob be more into analysis on masato's character so.#Thats A Post For Another Day
