you ever have a dream that should qualify as a nightmare but in the dream you were dissociating so you didn’t feel the fear, and even looking back on it after you woke up you’re just disturbed but still don’t feel the fear that you think that situation should actually merit? like that should have been a nightmare but instead was just kind of a bad time
