(stumbles out drenched in blood) aough
#i had so much planned to do yesterday but my period started#and i discovered that my blissful past few months of painless periods are over#im back to nightmare mode periods from hell#9/10 on those google images pain scales full agony throwing up#im fine today though#my severely painful periods r caused by stress but the thing is that i cant swallow pills very well. or anything else while on my period#i try to crush my paracetamol up and pour it into a glass of water but i only ever end up drinking like a quarter of it#so i just have 2 suffer thru
