Today is the day…….. I’m starting my 10 Day Reboot, I have tried it one other time and didn’t succeed 😕. This time I am going to dive feet first into this “Juice Adventure”

These next 10 days will be interesting……. There will be the good, bad, highs, lows and tears Ohh yes there will be tears!!

I am most definitely an emotional eater but who isnt? Whether ur running to the pint of ice cream or a bag of carrots because of a bad day at work. Or having ur friend win u over by telling you “there’s FREE food” and u saying “Fine I will go” People base a lot of things on food (Me included) but for these next 10 days I’m going to overcome my food cravings and become stronger in the process!!

I feel GREAT , however I haven’t stepped foot out of bed yet, lol! Trust me I will let u know how it goes. #PrayForMe 😃
