I finished reading volume 15 of Chainsaw Man and I just wanted to ask if reading volumes 1-4 is recommended? I got volumes 5-15 because the anime leaves off at 5 but after reading the whole thing I’m thinking about getting the first 4 volumes but idk cause this shit can get pricey

i need to just start unfollowing people who reblog posts that r upsetting to me but the issue is i think i just wouldnt be following anyone anymore bc its so ingrained in the culture rn to be so superior and mean and condescending to people over semantics or personal habits or being part of some arbitrary in group.

“They’re gonna love you,” Steve replied easily, glancing over at her out of the corner of his eye, before looking back at the road.

“Okay, but have you considered, what if they don’t?” Robin asked, waving her hands emphatically, as if that was going to prove her point.

“They will.”

“But how do you know that? I’ma weirdo! It’s a miracle I’m friends with you, dingus! I just got lucky that you trauma bonded with me!” Robin insisted, running her hands through her hair, and then pausing as she realized what she just did, before pulling the visor down to redo her hair. Again.

“They’re gonna love you because I love you, Bobbie,” Steve said, quiet and soft, but full of conviction, “if they don’t, then it’s their loss. You’re my platonic soulmate.”

Robin paused in her panicking, looking at Steve with wide eyes. “Oh.”

Steve smiled at her, reaching over to take her hand in his. “Oh.” He repeated back to her with a slightly dopey grin. “Then again,” he teased, smirking at her, “you never know, I guess.” Robin screeched at him and the moment was gone.
