Day 20 of uk lockdown.

Dam!! woke with a headache!

Today was a struggle. I did manage to work in the garden again but had to keep sitting in the shade. I tried to drink lots. I did more cleaning of block paving and tidying up. I need to get on with the aco drain but I am worried about working with cement. I dug the hole for it ages ago.

Issy and I watched Ant Man & The Wasp this evening. We were going to watch it in the tent but we heard thunder so we came inside. It rained so glad we did. We slept on the sofas.

Ate loads because of my headache. I need to get my eating under control. Tonight I weighed 10st 9lbs. I do not want to end up back up to 11 stone again. I should have more time to get out running but just don’t seem able to manage it. Keeping very busy in the garden has helped a bit but I’m still not managing to achieve 10k steps.

Thank goodness for the garden it is keeping me sane.

I have been avoiding taking this for the last 2 days in hopes that the aura of this headache would not turn into a migraine. No such luck. So I sit here we work on a Saturday with a raging migraine and now I have to take this disgusting pill. It works. It's makes my headaches feel better. Saturday 13th June 2020

Day 82

Stu at work this morning.

I finally cut the grass today for the first time in ages as it has been too dry for a while but then all the weedy bits were coming through. It looks much better now.

Stuck some little shelves up above the sewing desk for cottons etc...

I did ironing in the garden under the conservatory while watching gardening programmes.

Chicken and chips for tea tonight and it was delicious.

Talked to Tracy about layout of my flower bed...i need to get it all in the ground and stop putting it off.

I had a headache and neckache beginning so went to bed early... Early for me.
