Probably Joel. It's a death fic, but honestly it's not very good lol I have a death fic for Prospect that is mostly written that's gonna be wayy angstier, I just have to finish it

Tumblr user tlouobsessed and I cowrote a fic (sobbed in our dms together). I took all the ideas we had talked about and wrote a little ficlet from them and I consider that cowriting

Oh, how to answer that. Willow and Tara (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) were my original OTP, I shipped them before I knew what shipping was. Nomi and Amanita (Sense8), couple of all time. There are more but I think those are my top two.

15. What’s a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

No Light 😭 I have ideas but no rot left. Maybe season 2 will reignite it, but I just don't know. Also, Stolen Future, the Prospect death fic I mentioned earlier. Idk why but I'm having so much trouble just finishing it. I do hope to actually finish that one day.

I think I can write some good dialogue and fight scenes sometimes

I think I do a good job with storytelling sometimes? Combining different threads across a story to bring it all together. I'm thinking of how the present and flashbacks interact in By Midnight Time and something from Stolen Future

I cannot describe things to save my life. All of my fics happen in empty white rooms good luck I hope your imagination fills everything in. It's such a fundamental aspect of writing that I am so so bad at lol I'm trying to learn from my friends and reading published books but it's hard!

Prev also said this but I agree, italicize other languages. Otherwise, go for it, but do your research if you don't speak the language

Buffy the Vampire Slayer back when I was a teenager. Didn't know what fanfic was, but my sister and I had a LOT of feelings about Buffy and we had to express them somewhere so we wrote our stories.

been thinking about this lately... currently i work in the R&D department of a biotech company and i like it a lot for the most part, and in general i really enjoy being a research scientist but i don't think it's a job i want to be in forever... in no small part because the role i'm in now is sort of "entry" level, so you're sort of naturally expected to rise through the ranks over the years but these days it just gets harder and harder to do that without a master's degree or higher. so i think i might go back to school once i decide what kind of specialty i would want to be in and then i think settling into a more established scientist role could be nice. but honestly i also think i'd make a pretty decent lab manager since i'm insane lol. also considered pivoting into science writing for a spell because i think that could be something i could do on a part time/freelance basis if i find myself in the family way but idk.

tl;dr i currently do science and would like to keep doing science without ruining my hands by pipetting for like 40 years

birthday — how does ur fﾉo make ur birthday special ?

he knows i hate spending it with a lot of people and that i don't like bringing up my birthday in general so he has it ALL figured out omg <3 he keeps everything a surprise until the day of. he does not even say something like "so ur birthday's coming up..." nope. he knows i hate that. i was a little nervous the first time my birthday came around after we started dating because he knew when my birthday was (we're 100% friends to lovers 🧍‍♀️) but he hadn't said a word to me about it so i thought maybe he forgot (i'm so self destructive and hypocritical please i hope this makes sense and doesn't make u go 'now wtf do u mean u hate talking abt ur birthday and then get nervous about people not remembering it' I'M SORRY OKAY) but then he woke me up the day of spam calling my phone (he'd already sent me a happy birthday ESSAY the moment it turned midnight too) and told me to get ready bc he had an entire day planned out for us. (i am getting way too into this apologies). and we usually just do things like go out for froyo and go to cafes and book stores <3 and maybe paint pottery idk <3 the most he ever asks me about my birthday atp is what i want as a gift like two months in advance (as if he's gonna get any response out of me other than "idk 😃"). and if my friends complain about hanging out to celebrate my birthday too he'll def take charge of the hangout and we probably go out with our friends to celebrate it like the day after my birthday <3

hi anon ! oh sucks that tumblr suspended your other acct T-T but :0 ! i can try and offer some tips ? if you'd like ^^ i'm not really an authority or anything but ;;;; ! i'll put it all under the cut if you'd like !

gif-making

for gifs i use vapoursynth and photoshop cc 2018 ,,, i'll tell you what i always tell people when they ask about gif-making and it's that there really isn't an app on your phone or a website that will easily allow you to make nice gifs for this platform... so if you intend to make a gifs blog for tumblr :0 you definitely have to invest the time, effort, and patience to learn how to make nice gifs,,, and if you don't think that's smth you want to do that's okay too ! for me and every content creator i've gotten around to talking to, it's definitely a long and tedious process ;;;; all your local content creators spend a lot of time and care doing what they do ,,, if you'd still like to try i'd recommend this tutorial ! it's the first one i used to get started and covers all the basics ! the rest is from trial and error or learning,,, like i said it requires a lot of patience to learn how to use the programs necessary for gif-making... my other suggestion is to find gifmakers with content you like and ask them questions about what they do and how they do it ! for me ik i used to bother a lot of my cc friends about how to do stuff ^^ it definitely helps to have people walk you through some of the stuff rather than bang your head on a wall trying to figure stuff out for yourself (like i used to haha) and the other thing if i may add, it may seem like a lot of work for gifs posted to this website,,, but it's also the reason a lot of ccs have really nice gifs ! because these programs have been tried and tested and made for gifmaking for this platform ! so if you'd still like to ! don't be afraid to ask anyone or me more questions :0 !! i have a few tutorials here and there too about coloring mostly ... but yea ^^

other advice

about tumblr as a platform itself... idk if you've really noticed but there are many advantages and disadvantages to creating for tumblr sadly... the community here is more contained and smaller which is good for avoiding certain fan community drama but also means you have to be aware of others in the same space as you :0 ! i read a text post a while ago about how tumblr interactions are mostly networking and it really is ! if you want people to interact and reblog your content you have to be proactive ! joining fan community networks or using open network tags (for example #tbzinc for the boyz) means greater exposure for your works ! i use tags religiously too which i think helps ;;;;; of course again i can't pretend to be a super big blog who knows a lot of people or has a big following ;;;; but i have noticed that my experience on this site is 100% made by the people i've interacted with here ! so it's the cc friends who will reblog your stuff with nice comments who make creating worth it on here i think ! as well as sharing moments that makes me happie ^^ etc. etc. so my advice for navigating tumblr is to just have fun with it ! be nice and reblog other cc's works and reach out be a little more outgoing towards others in your fan community (always be careful tho of course of who you're interacting with ! read carrds and info etc.) and should make your time on tumblr more fun haha :]]

Malleus, Kalim and Silver. I am more than willing to sit down and listen to Malleus ramble about gargoyles all day long. For Kalim, I don't even mind if I won't be able to date him I just want to be near his presence that's all I ask for 😭. I thought about this one for a bit and I finally got something. It's actually simple, it allows the user to see in the vision of their victim. I'll just say an example since it's easier for me to explain. So we have Person A with the UM, they're trying to see something but Person B is in the way. So Person A activates the UM which lets them see in the point of view of Person B. This is also applicable to animals as well. Really simple, very effective if you want to spy on people or you just want tea

It’s a lil callback to my discord name ghost as a lil joke that normally in servers I join but like never talk and disappear like a ghost, another reason is that I just liked being called ghost and also I think it fits my more secretive private introverted self and I just decided to put helloitsghost cause I liked the sound of it :P

1.) Why did you choose your URL?

So, the squiggily part of my username is based off of Squigly from Skull Girls! Her name rhymed with Giggly, and so Giggly-Squiggily! Plus, I just thought the name was cute!

2.) Any side blogs?

Technically? I do have a side blog, but I’ve never posted to it, and have yet to decide what to post on it. Once I figure that out, I’ll make a post introducing it!

I’ve been on here since October 2019, so about a year and a half.

I don’t know what a queue tag is, but I have used my queue quite a bit, so maybe?

I was inspired my blogs like @otomiya-tickles and @tickly-tufts! I read all their fics and headcanons and realized: I want to do that too! So I did!

My original icon was of a slurpuff, for fluffy reasons! Recently, though- I’ve been falling head over heels for Uraraka, so I decided to use her as my profile pic! She’s incredibly sweet, but so strong at the same time!

I’m a fluff monster! Clouds are fluffy, so I wanted to give my blog a very sweet, fluffy feel! Soft pastels and fluffy clouds are just so pretty to me! :)
