Buko Fruit Salad

4 na latang del monte fiesta fruitcocktails yung pinaka malaki size 800+ grams

7 kls. na buko shredded

3 kls. na nata

1 kl na kaong

8 big can ng carnation condensed milk 300ml

3 liters & 1/2 tetra pack na nestle all purpose cream.

Dapat drain na drain bago paghaluhaluin mga ingredients para iwas panis at mag tubig yung salad mawawala pag ka creamy pag di na drain ng ayos imbes na magatas creamy at smooth, baka maglasang sabaw ng fruitcocktail maging icecandy na may yelo yelo kaya patiktikan mabuti.

Madami ako ginawa kasi bibigyan ko mga kamag anak namin bothside, kasi yan din isa sa mga request ng angkan ko bukod sa ulam masarap magluto kami ni Ermat, pero kanina tinanong nya ako ano daw kakainin namin pang Noche Buena basta may pizza at manok ok na ako doon 😊 sabi lang sa akin ni Mama : HINDI KA NA NAGSAWA SA MANOK AT PIZZA.

Pero bahala na kung ano handa hirap kasi pag kami lang nag nonoche buena ni Mama at 2 ko Lola, yung 2 ko kasi kapatid may sarili na mga pamilya kaya mismong Pasko sila napunta ng bahay namin.

Foods I bought today:

Waffles - It was pretty tasty, I was a little scared to try it, because it paired APPLES and CHOCOLATE together. That seems like an AWFUL pairing to me. But my sister and her schoolmates made the waffles (event thing at school, students are selling food), so I bought it to support them. It tasted pretty good actually, the apples tasted normal, just sweeter. And the waffles were really good and soft. Best thing I ate today.

Carbonara - Honestly one of the worst things I've eaten today, especially for the price. It didn't even taste like carbonara, it tasted like canned tuna. Also the "sauce" was so watery, it was more like soup. The "carbonara" was more like noodles in canned tuna soup. Didn't like it. Shouldve both of something else.

Mango icecream - I thought I was buying a mango shake, so it's my fault I didn't get what I wanted. Shouldve read the menu better, and I was too shy to say I wanted to take back the order. It tasted NOTHING like mangoes, which is to be expected. The icecream was ORANGE!!! Mangoes are usually yellow. It really sucks that it didn't taste like mangoes, I was craving mangoes, so I decided to buy a mango shake thinking it'd have actual mangoes inside. Was disappointed when it was "mango flavored" icecream instead (if tastes NOTHING like mangoes)

Fruit salad ice candy - I bought the icecream and carbonara thinking I was supporting my schoolmates. There is an event in my school, so I assumed all the food stalls were from students. Nope. The icecream and carbonara were from outsiders, so I didn't support fellow students 😭 I did find this stall run by students, and bought icecandy from them. It also tasted bad, which sucks :( Very bland, not sweet, but that was fine, I like ice, but the texture was too awful. It had frozen fruits inside, and I hated its texture, and the taste was not worth the texture, so I couldn't finish it (sorry students!)

I was sad and disappointed because I spent money on food I didn't even enjoy (except the waffles, those were good) so after the ice candy disappointment, I bought myself my favorite icecream 👍 Tasted like it usually does. Which is nice.

MOM/DAUGHTER GET-AWAY WEEKEND
