Hallu guy pls hear me out. This idea has been brewing in my mind since Chapter 387 and I really need to let it out.

WARNING MAJOR SPOILER AHEAD

So first off in Ch. 387, it is confirmed that Kageyama never really had any friends. He is isolated and never really had anyone to have fun, to cry, to share anything with. His only companion is his sister and grandpa and then his grandpa alone.

This point is really important: Kageyama never managed to find himself a group or an individual he really can associate with, that's his reality until he came into Karasuno.

Now, when ch 387 came, I've been thinking about this part.

I think that ever since young, Kageyama played volleyball because yes he loves it, but he never really had fun with it. You know, like really had fun with it

I'm going to bet my life this is the first time (ch. 8) Kageyama really had fun with volleyball in his entire life. (look at that face).

All I'm saying is, yes Hinata is the one who climbed the walls but all of KARASUNO members played a big role in smashing it to pieces. Kageyama's wall was completely broken down during Dateko vs Karasuno Practice Match (Ch. 221 to 228) and how important the Recrowning is (chapter 224)

And this two panels are the most important part because if you read it another words, I think it is them saying: We really don't care how you work, we accept you as who you are so go out there and be the King of the court.

Now then remember this panel (ch 369), I've been thinking about that part ever since he said it because it is sooooo much more.

Man for the first time in his life he found his TEAM, he found a place, he found a group he really can be associated with and a team he can be himself as him. Kageyama doesn't want it to end yet, because for the first time in his life, Kageyama is having fun with volleyball with the people he can call his friends and his team.

I'm going to believe that's him saying You'll be able to find a team as good as this, even better. You will find your own team again. AND HE DID

Kageyama used to be the dictator king. Became the decent king, and now he is the king of monsters. Kageyama has, is, and will always be the king of the court (I sound like Tsukishima lol). That's his reality and if he finds a team who's ready to accept that, he is unstoppable.
