wishing you a very realize that hurting yourself hurts everyone who cares about you, and an extra special get better

"I would kill for you. I would die for you" would you take a break for me? Would you sit down and rest? For a day, a week, a year? Would you let others take care of your needs for me? Would you let yourself be held for me? By me?

#protecting your self-loathing like it's some kind of prize is just boasting that you actively put effort into remaining miserable on purpose #self-harm doesn't add anything to anyone else's life. it just hurts you and forces anyone who cares to experience their friend being hurt.#People who aren't your friend but care anyways will also be worse for wear.#there's nothing noble about embracing self-deprication #i'm only engaging with this becaise you forced me to see it by putting it on my post #I hope this shakes something loose inside you because this sure triggered several of my own traumas to recieve
