You're correct on how bayverse is especially suited for the clutch method, which I don't see often enough in my opinion. Michael Bay made the mistake of showing Riot eggs, and now Riot is going to obsess about those forever thank you very much.

#basically: i don't see the eggs approach very often and I'm more than down to read fics with it #except those seeker fics™️ I've read a few of those and made fairly strong opinions on personally disliking them #i go absolutely nuts for Cybertron having very high parental instincts and for their young to be typically rare considering their lifespans #i love exploring the various different systems in fanon and how different/similar they can be from our own reproductive methods #don't even get me started on societal implications #the ''cybertronians cannot sexually reproduce'' take is also one I'm down to explore because it has its own opportunities #this area is entirely our playground and i encourage creativity #cybertronian biology #maccadam #transformers #ask #I'm also if you haven't noticed willing to go down the (typically) single sparkling route as it too has cool aspects to it #eggs
