Been thinking about how to celebrate the spooky season (did cosmic horror re-reads/listens the last few years), but I think I’m going to shake it up this year. Hammer Horror watching. Are those movies good? No, almost universally no. They were made with two pounds, the BBC’s backstock in costuming and sets, three gallons of silly red stage blood, and the world’s most dogshit scripts.

But they also have these gentlemen flinging themselves and one another around the set virtually every movie.

So I think it’s a solid plan.
