OKAY OKAY ill try my best to explain the mikoto canon mpreg stuff but be warned im not a mikoto main and will probably get stuff wrong. plus all info on mido is very speculative + there will be people whos idea of him conflicts with mine

Mikoto and John's relationship greatly resembles Mikoto's relationship with his mother, with Mikoto taking on his mother's role and John taking on Mikoto's. Mikoto was raised by a hardworking single mother (his father was briefly in the picture as a kid, but his parents divorced when he was young due to his father working too much and neglecting the family. its heavily debated if thats the actual reason for divorce or just what Mikoto's mother told him, but I'll assume she's not lying for now). Mikoto works extremely hard to make her proud + to not worry her, keeping how hard his life is a secret. John, similarly, cares extremely about Mikoto's wellbeing and works hard to stop his worry and stress, keeping his entire existence a secret from him as to not add to stress (despite clearly wanting Mikoto to acknowledge him).

Double hammers this home by showing that John is Mikoto's son. There's focus shots on his lower abdomen and John is called a newborn, and Mikoto lying to his mother about his work is shown side-by-side to John secretly killing to help Mikoto. There's also this part in MeMe that the post you linked didn't mention, where someone is breathing extremely heavily. I originally thought it was sex audio (symbolising John's possession over Mikoto + intimacy associated with his murders) but you could totally argue that it could be Mikoto going into labour/giving birth.

Of course, if Mikoto is John's mother, then who's the father? Mido!!!!! The post you linked shows the Devil tarot card landing on Mikoto's lower abdomen, and then that card turning the water red before John appears behind him. The devil card is associated with Mido, it literally appears seconds after Mikoto sees him. We know this is Mido because it goes with the music (first verse John, second verse Mido, chorus Mikoto), the lyrics fit with him more than John and if John and Mikoto are both in the headspace at this point, literally who else could it be. So, in other words, Mido 'touches' Mikoto's lower abdomen and John appears. I don't know how else to put it they fucked and had John. Mido's role in the system also parallel's Mikoto's father, being someone hardworking but seemingly absent, watching over the 'family' but never directly getting involved (until trial 3........ 😈). Mikoto makes direct contact with Mido in Meme but blocks the memory, John is seemingly unaware of his existence, just as Mikoto's mother divorces his father and Mikoto is left mostly not knowing anything about him.

They're a fucked up family and I can't wait for a new alter to be born to parallel Mikoto's sister 🙂
