#i have to ignore politics because i physically and mentally cant handle it#i wanna be holding town halls and helping people run for office and distributing flyers nicely saying “are you fucking sure you want trump”#but. if i talk to any of my neighbors even (1) time during the week and they are perfectly nice to me the entire time#i'm in bed with a headache for like 3 days#i do what i can but i hate that i have to shut out 99% of current events for my own mental health#i have real responsibilities that directly affect people and all of them require me to be healthy with my attention confined to daily life#but sometimes i just have to come on here and SCREAM#ls*
