every time you read a g/t story where the tiny faints repeatedly and you’re like “no one could possibly faint this much”, think of me, your local tiny who has a disability that involves fainting often. i personally love the representation of a person who drops like a sack of potatoes at the slightest inconvenience. like realistically if i ever met a giant i wouldn’t flirt or run or scream, i’d blink up at them and then hit the ground like

Li Lianhua also, presumably, spends a decade coughing up blood on the regular, because of the whole dying slowly and horribly of poison thing. I'd guess he's coughing up blood probably less at the start/middle of the decade, but like, he's visibly used to just horking up an internal organs worth of blood and then continuing on his way as best he can, so. one assumes the blood spitting is not a new thing.

so like. how often over the literal decade he's carrying the sword that glows when exposed to blood and also regularly exposing it to blood is Li lianhua like hurkcoughbleh and then has to be like please ignore my glowing arm, it's....a medical condition that is extremely normal and not worth talking about, that will be five taels take your treatment and please fuck off

speaking as a fatherless son here i think both telemachus and diomedes got fatherless son behavior but its in different ways. like diomedes is old enough to remember his fathers death he probably wandered his household and fields looking for him because he knew something was missing but telemachus. telemachus always had that missing yknow? there was never a time from his childhood where he remembers his fathers voice or embrace and so its both less noticable and more isolating if that makes sense. diomedes could remember tydeus as a larger-than-life, blurry figure faded in his memory but telemachus had to rely on stories and himself to cobble an imagined man out of scraps. he literally does this in book one. do you think he tried to find odysseus in his face? in himself? and always coming up short?

first art post of the new year!!! granted, i don't share my art here that much anyway, but– shhh.

hehehehhhooo,, here's something i've been working on for 'bout a month,, albeit not consecutively– took a few,, very very long breaks in between working on this,, but i managed to finish it in the end! am i satisfied with it? .......ehhhh? not completely, but if this took any longer, it might not have seen the light of day, so like. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

anyway,, made a little poster for my favorite fic, tommyinnit's services for villains, vigilantes, and various other vagabonds, by @scorpionoesit!!! it's really really good,,, and i've always wanted to make more art for it,, so i decided– poster! at least,, that's what it's mean to resemble,,, dkdmkdmdkd.

i will freely admit,, i'm... not the biggest fan of the fan-made logo i tried to design for it,, feels a bit boring, and could definitely have used a bit more pizazz, something to make feel more like the fic itself(what does that mean? you figure that out),,,, but– again, steam was running low,, dkdnksjs. graphic design is my passion. i do also have other complaints, but i'm afraid i already punched my one-use self-critique card,, oh well,,, dkdnkxjdkd.

regardless,, even with the flaws only i can really see,, this still turned out pretty okay!! hope you enjoy it, mx. scorpio and mx. alibi!!! and i hope everyone else has a wonderful new year!!!!
