Sam grow his hair since they were kids and Dean was his main care taker, I thought maybe Dean brush his hair back then. And more, maybe Dean bring a brush for this all the time and maybe Dean still do

I don't particularly think about hairbrushes, especially since Sam's hair grooming routine seems to be 'run hand through it' (cf dicksp8 specifically calling out jared for not owning a brush), but you've got your hairbrush kink and now you've got art.
