I know this deviates from the comics in general but does Mina (and/or Jonathan) have neck scars?

Vampire bites in Dracula are very small and neat, so most likely no. If they did, they’re small and not very noticeable.

(Also, let’s be real, the scars thing was probably just an excuse for Alan Moore to get Jonathan out of the picture so he could do that whole Thing with Quatermain. We’re not doing that.)
