if i get this apprenticeship im fr fr gonna have to go back into therapy aye i need to get this dissociation in check im really spiraling i shant lie
#i am loosing my grip on reality fr fr uwu#the other day i was so fucking convinced there were people in my house who wanted to kill me t-t im really not thriving t-t#ive lost about 2 weeks of memory#and the whole year was already hazy t-t#this might be the year i finally snap and talk to a dissocation specialist and see wtf is wrong with my brain#if i find 1 (one!!!) more fucking doc written in my phone that i dont remember in a writting style that isnt mine; im fucking snapping#same applies to waking up in a random ass part of town with no memory of getting my ass there#this shit aint normal!!! im p much certain!!!#i can live with the foggyness and the confusion but id rather actually do something about the memory loss#its upsetting and annoying and i want to not be like this please and fucking thanks t-t#dis meh#personal#cw: vent#5/3/2023
