LENNON & MCCARTNEY: 1ST HOUSE SYNASTRY
“The First House The first house deals with not only personal identity but the beginning of the self. It also defines the way we approach the beginnings of all things, new endeavors, new phases of life, as well as “the inborn expectations and images we have whenever we have to ‘get something started’.
Additionally, the first house--often described as the mask we wear, and therefore, how others see us--gives an indication of the effect we have on others when we arrive on the scene.” Howard Sasportas
☀️ John’s Sun is in Paul’s 1st House: John felt that he had found almost a copy of himself in Paul. He felt connected from the start. A strong physical attraction and many things in common with each other. John felt encouraged to be his genuine self. John’s warmth brought out the best in Paul, with John potentially playing the role of a mentor. Egos have to be put aside for a relationship like this to work, since they often want to play the same role. Because of the Sun’s natural rulership of the fifth house and the asc’s rulership of the physical body, there’s a good chance there was physical attraction present in this partnership.
❤️ Paul's Venus in John’s 1st House: Venus falling in a person’s first house makes this person your physical ideal. Paul loved the way John presented himself. This includes his fashion sense, general style, musical preference and all his own quirks and mannerisms. Paul would give John a boost of confidence and pride in himself. Very intense “love at first sight” vibes and strong affection. Paul helped John present himself in a more harmonious manner, and John helped Paul feel more confident in his social and artistic endeavors.
🧡 John’s Mars falls in Paul’s 1st House: They had a fiesty and firey relationship that outsiders could rarely understand. Though John could not hide how Paul made him feel, he felt inclined to restrict himself when it came to Paul. There was a tug of war for dominance in the relationship. Very sensual and bold vibes to this placement. John kept Paul on his toes.
💜 John’s Neptune falls in Paul’s 1st House: Points to a more mystical bond and connection. His effect on Paul could often be soothing.
🌌 John’s Sun, Mars, Neptune and Node all fall in Paul’s 1st House

The 6th house (our boundaries & habits) pt. one 💗
Tumblr media Tumblr media
In discussing the 6th house, Howard Sasportas emphasizes, “Our true vocation is to be ourselves, no more, no less. And the consequences for not respecting the truths of our nature are stress, frustration, and disease.”
ᯓᡣ𐭩 This quote highlights why comparing your routines to others can be so harmful. You have to work with your energy; forcing yourself into routines that don’t align with it can lead to frustration and, ultimately, burnout.
ᯓᡣ𐭩 As I mentioned in another post, “The 6th house might be the best tool for setting boundaries because it aligns with the Virgo-Pisces axis. Your structured routines, daily interactions, and habits (Virgo/6th house) directly impact your mental health, sleep, and subconscious mind (Pisces/12th house) and vice versa. You can’t care for your mental health (Pisces) without analyzing or expressing your feelings (Virgo), and you can’t verbalize how you feel without actually experiencing those emotions (Pisces). It’s all about balance. For instance, neglecting self-care (Virgo/6th house) could lead to consequences like hospitalization (Pisces/12th house).”
ᯓᡣ𐭩 The planets and signs in the 6th House show how your daily routine can take an ugly turn when energy is not directed in your best interests. Some examples of how that energy has manifested from friends and family:
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Leo (Mars) in the 6th House: When she neglects nurturing her daily routines, she feels insecure about her image (Leo) and drained of her energy (Mars). For her, showing up to work looking her best (Leo) is essential, especially as a teacher, where every day is a performance. On days when she rolls out of bed without spending time on her looks, she doesn’t feel she’s giving her best. For someone else, like a Pisces placement, going with the flow might be less stressful, but for her, it’s different. She feels judged by her coworkers (Mars in the 6th can bring that feeling of scrutiny), so she toned down her bold outfits and unique hair (Leo), but this, in turn, made her feel less driven and engaged (Mars) in her DAILY LIFE and job (6h).
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Aquarius (Moon) in the 6th House: If she doesn’t take time for herself, she gets drained very quickly. Aquarius Moons need to prioritize rest and personal space to recharge. When she neglects to nurture her daily routine, she feels overwhelmed and frustrated (moon) with the collective (aqua). She was working at a nonprofit working with refugees and asylums, and she was very invested in her work to the point where she wasn’t taking any sick days or mental health days, and it took an immense toll on her. Keeping some emotional distance is suitable for Aquarius' energy because it helps them solve problems objectively (aqua energy) and help others without getting too stressed out. The Moon controls our emotions and our need for comfort. When Aquarius is in the 6th House about daily work and service, the emotionally demanding nature of daily routines can clash with their objectivity. If they don’t take time for routine breaks and emotional self-care, this can make them feel compassion fatigue.
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Aries (Jupiter) in the 6th House: She thrives on motivation and needs to feel inspired by her work to stay engaged. If a job doesn’t light that fire, she’ll move on quickly in true Aries fashion. With Jupiter here, she often jumps from one position to the next, seeking purpose and expansion. When she’s not compensated fairly or feels her insights aren’t valued, she becomes drained and unmotivated (Aries) in her daily routines (6H). Jupiter in Aries in the 6th House brings a lot of energy and optimism to work, but she needs to feel that her role has room for growth and respects her drive to stand out. The 6th House represents daily routines and service, and Aries energy wants freedom to take action. Jupiter, ruling growth and wisdom, makes her want to feel like her work is both challenging and meaningful. Without these elements, she quickly becomes restless, feeling stuck and undervalued.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
ᡣ • . • 𐭩 ♡ so think about it like this: when you embody the energy of your 6th house and shape your daily routines using that energy you will notice a boost in energy, motivation and feel good knowing you are setting your boundaries with others and keeping promises to yourself. BUT, when things are going wrong you will know because you will be feeling the OPPOSITE of that energy or the shadow side of it.
ᡣ . • 𐭩 ♡ You don't need to have a planet in your 6h to decipher this for yourself, it just adds another layer of investigating if you do (Look at the sign and house of the planet that rules your 6th house to get a better sense of it. For example, if your 6th house is in Taurus and Venus rules your 9th house, you may find that learning new things or exploring spirituality makes your daily life better, while ignoring these things may make you feel bored or uninspired).
But anyways, back to the 6h, based on my friends charts, the shadow side looked like:
Leo or Sun in the 6th: The shadow side might show up as insecurity or feeling judged. You need to feel like you're being seen and appreciated for who you are and what you have to offer.
Aquarius or Saturn in the 6th: The shadow side can look like over-investment, leading to emotional burnout. You need to feel like your work is full-filling and impactful but also without it taking a toll on your physical and mental health AND ALSO that it does not negatively shape your feelings for the causes you are passionate about.
Aries or Mars in the 6th: The shadow side may involve impatience, frustration, or a restless need for change. You need to feel like a beast! Like you are THAT GIRL!!! (its about drive its about power we stay hungry we devour). but fr, you need to feel like your work has purpose and the energy you are exerting has MEANING with visible results.
Like I said if you don't have planets in the 6h that's okay. Look at the energy of the sign alone first, for example:
Capricorn in the 6th house (can apply to saturn in the 6h too): you have a strong desire for structure and consistency in your daily life. The shadow might be feeling stressed out because of too much work or not enough free time.
Gemini in the 6th house (can also apply to mercury in the 6h): You need mental stimulation and a variety of tasks in your daily life. On the other hand, with the shadow side your energy could be spread out or you might feel like you have too many commitments and need to relax.
Taurus in the 6th House (can also apply to venus in the 6h): you like stable, comfortable, and valuable routines. The shadow side can show up as not wanting to change, being set in your ways with habits, or sticking to old habits that don’t do you just because they feel comfortable.
Cancer in the 6th House (can also be applicable to moon in the 6h): You approach daily tasks with care and intuition and usually like working in a place that makes you feel supported. The shadow side could be an emotional attachment to routines or a weariness from always wanting to help others without setting limits.
Virgo in the 6th House (could be applicable to mercury in the 6h too): You naturally keep things in order and pay close attention to the little things when you do daily tasks. Perfectionism, overthinking, or being too hard on yourself if things aren’t done right could be signs of the shadow side.
Libra in the 6th House (could apply to venus in the 6h as well): In your daily life, you look for balance and harmony; routines often feel best when they’re pleasant to do and look good. On the dark side, you might not be able to make up your mind or put the needs of others ahead of your own to keep the peace, which can make you feel angry and have you acting out in passive-aggressive ways or being snappy.
Scorpio in the 6th House (could apply to pluto in the 6h as well): You’re intense and deeply committed to your routines, so you often change how you do your daily work and health (aka constantly transforming). When you push yourself too hard, you might become obsessed, or if you don’t think your efforts are being valued, you might mistrust others, especially your coworkers or the people you interact with daily.
Sagittarius in the 6th House (or jupiter in the 6h): you need freedom, grow, and feel like you’re on an adventure. On the other hand, the shadow side could include restlessness, trouble committing to one thing, or ignoring responsibilities if they feel too limited or u feel trapped.
Pisces in the 6th House (or neptune in the 6h): You're naturally caring and must go about your days gently. the shadow side might be avoiding routine, or feeling too busy with daily tasks and if they don’t have a sense of purpose or creativity, the shadow side may also show itself.

the 12th house
loosely based on the twelve houses by howard sasportas & liz greene
Tumblr media
surrender, the collective, returning to source, unity
the 12h has an ominous reputation, rightfully so. 12h themes are very difficult for most of us to deal with. the 12h is about our yearning for the safety of the womb, to be surrounded by everything and nothing, to be complete and whole. we suffer the trauma of separation to be born and struggle to find that unity for the rest of our lives. our ego and individuality directly conflicts with this emptiness we subconsciously (usually) want to fill.
we want to be connected and return to source. we want to be bigger than ourselves. but we also are very attached to our identity. this internal struggle especially affects 12h placements. love, sex, drugs, prayer, and power are common things used to deal with this urge of being connected or blurring boundaries.
attachment and identity
most of the things we associate with our identity are external. if we lost everything - family, friends, money, housing - we would still be a person. we do not lose our personhood in losing these external factors. so what is our identity then? what is deeper that is not dependent on our outer world? how much of our inner world is also dependent on our perception of our outer world? does our identity change in losing these things, or was that not our identity in the first place? in the moment of losing them what is your identity? how can it change immediately if identity takes time to develop?
the signs through the 12h
aries 12h brings an unpredictable nature when dealing with these themes. these natives may be unaware of where their urgency comes from.
taurus 12h may not be aware of their need for security. they may try many of the strategies mentioned above to figure out what's missing.
gemini 12h has a lot of mental energy that can be hard to organize. they may not even know what to attach to their identity, but don't feel fully connected to source either.
cancer 12h has a lot of emotional energy to work through. probably very nostalgic. may base their identity on others.
leo 12h has their ego very dominant. they may not know that how they react is because of pride and ego. leans to extremes by either sacrificing only the self or only others. likely to seek power/influence
virgo 12h is very sensitive to the hardships of the collective. They want to help and heal others but they may not know how to do so, and this can cause issues with the self.
libra 12h may struggle a lot with the injustices of the world. they struggle to find their place in it all. they want to do the right thing for others but it's hard for them to know how to do right by themselves.
scorpio 12h brings a lot of doubt around the idea of a universal "source". they want to believe in the universe and generally just want to have faith - but life can sometimes beat them down.
sagittarius 12h is no stranger to the pain of the collective, but they don't like to show it. they feel something there but they shift their focus to the self and put surviving first.
capricorn 12h brings a serious attitude to the conflict between source and self. they feel the world's pain and want to work to change it. this may sacrifice their personal attachments.
aquarius 12h understands the importance of being connected to source. however, others may not understand or see them as someone connected, so they may struggle to express their concerns. may be self-sacrificing
pisces 12h is easily influenced by others and may have a changing identity. their ways for coping with being away from source can vary a lot due to impulsivity. this energy is inconsistent and hard to describe

💜The 8th House in Astrology💜
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The source if this information is The Astrology Podcast (Chris Brennan) on Youtube and from the book The Twelve Houses: Exploring the Houses of the Horoscope by Howard Sasportas and I will add a personal example as well
8th house: the occult, loss, taxes, loans, debt, inheritance, banking, accounting, investment expertise, others' finances, others's values, shared assets/values, merging, sexual intimacy, transformation, regeneration, the hidden, the unconscious, mediums, spirits, ancestral work, shadow work, trauma, fear, death, giving things, succedent
What we inherit (money, knowledge, family heirlooms, businesses, assets etc), our relationship with other people's money, how well off financially or in terms of value systems are our partners, how we set boundaries in terms of intimate relationships, our sexual nature, the themes that trigger transformations in our lifetime and how we handle that type of chaos and regenerative process, how we process and handle our fears particularly relating to loss, what kind of destructive thoughts/behaviors we might have or face sometimes, our relationship with our shadow self etc
Personal example: Gemini in an empty 8th house
I have an empty 8th house so it seems that the topics mentioned at the start are not so significant for me, however I am a Scorpio rising so my whole life is "transformative" lol it is just less emphasized like this I suppose
As for Gemini in my 8th house for me, it could indicate an innate ability to advise people on what to do with their money? This was purely an intuitive interpretation tho and since there is no emphasis on my natal 8th house I will let it go for now
What I have witnessed in the past as well is that I've always had a talent for helping people have breakthroughs; however with my Sagittarius energy and Mercury conjunct Pluto I may have come accross as too blunt and intense, and so this has only worked in situations in which the person knew me kind of well/trusted me and/or for some reason was not fazed by my intense energy and demeanor (Note: I have an Aries moon too lol)
With introspection and communicating my thoughts to others I can trigger transformative phases in my life whether good or bad but the main point is my relationships dictate a lot whether it is a start, end, break etc it always affects me and somehow feels like a shedding of my old self which very much aligns with the concept of death and rebirth in my opinion
Another thing to note is that the conjunction between my Mercury (8th house ruler) and Pluto (my chart ruler) takes place in my 2nd house of finances which makes me think that this theme in particular is quite important for me
Oh and rn I'm 19 so I am in my 8th house profection year and I'm healing from past connections that kept me stuck in life as well holding myself accountable for everything which has been cool like lots of ups and downs for sure but I do feel reborn and close friends have noticed and have been talking to me about the transformation as well haha I am receiving a lot of recognition, affection and praise <3
I might make a post resuming profection years in my own style/perspective soon but @lilacstro has posted about in detail already so check that out here x
Thank you for reading <3

Pluto in Third house
Those with Pluto in the 3rd are powerful on the mental plane and if they hold a certain attitude towards another person, they can ‘box’ the person in to such a degree that he or she inevitably acts out the projection. Therefore if they want someone’s behaviour to change, they might try altering the context in which they are viewing that person. It is a basic fact of life that attention carries energy.

The Journey Between What Was and What’s Next
So a little transparency post.
Tumblr media
Right now, I’m at a transitional point in my life, and I love learning more and more about astrology because I realised how practical and fundamental it is in helping me understand myself better. I’m currently trying to really investigate and learn all there is about how each house manifests, looking into deeper interpretations of what we can learn about each part of life through the houses.
Lately, I’ve been exploring the 1st House with a lot of focus on the Ascendant. We already know that the Ascendant represents the lens through which we experience the world, so I won't get into detail about what it means assuming that we all know but nevertheless, I was looking into text and work from Howard Sasportas and I really love his perspective of the Ascendent describing it as the "maze" we navigate, which also holds clues to finding our way out. Out to greatness, and out to our sun, where we shine.
For example, as a Scorpio Ascendant, which you probably guessed, the moment I mentioned (investigate). I know there’s an association with uncovering truth. I have always been about trying to find out how things work and digging deeper, uncovering doors that people would rather leave closed.
The lens through which I see the world can sometimes be of depth, sometimes secrecy, but most importantly, it's through transformation. For me, my path involves, investigating my own inner fears and shadows, bringing them to the surface and then truly transforming by letting go of habits that no longer serve me and coming face to face with my own devil.
Doing so requires me to go deeper, to surrender and let go of control and trusting that things will work out for me, and that sometimes, things need to be destroyed so that you can rebuild.
There's a connection there, between the Ascendant and how we experience new beginnings —not just literal birth but every new phase, chapter, or transition in life will bring about or evoke the Ascendent. In the book, "The Houses" he suggests that early life experiences, particularly around birth, set the tone for how we approach these moments. For example, Capricorn/Saturn Ascendants may feel cautious or hesitant, rooted in early struggles or responsibilities tied to Saturnian energy.
Scorpio Rising on the other hand, are often marked by physical, emotional, or situational crises—a dramatic or difficult entrance into the world, may approach things with suspicion, lack of trust and the need to control everything.
I thought this was fascinating, and went to investigate and uncovered that during my birth, there was a real tussle between life and death for both my mother and me. When the doctors were delivering me, I was breached so they had to do a Emergency C section then things were going wrong and my heartbeat was raised, the process was so frantic that they accidentally dislocated my shoulder as i was being pulled out. My first baby pictures shows me in the hospital wearing a little baby sling. It’s fascinating how astrology can provide insights like this.
So for me as Scorpio is ruled by Pluto (modern) and Mars (traditional), both associated with transformation, survival, and regeneration.
Approach to New Beginnings:
Transitions for me often involve endings first—a symbolic death before rebirth.
Every new era in my life resonates with my instinct to dig deep, transform, and emerge stronger, much like the mythical phoenix rising from the ashes.
Starting this blog for me was really hard. IT WAS quite literally a tussle between my old self, thinking "will people want to read this, I'm not good enough or more knowledgeable enough than the other astrologers bloggers here and my new self that wants to rise into this new version of me where I am doing what I love to do. I snuggled immensely with cautiousness and inability to just let go and trust that it will all work out.
The Role of Intensity and Regeneration:
Scorpio Rising thrives in situations that push them to evolve. They may unconsciously attract or create circumstances that force them to confront their limits and grow.
Each new phase in life echoes the qualities of the Ascendant and the issues tied to our first house. These echoes are like subconscious patterns imprinted at birth that reawaken during transitions.
Aries Ascendant
Maze Created: Life is seen as a battleground where action, courage, and decisiveness are necessary. They interpret life as a place that rewards boldness and initiative.
Birth Symbolism: Often associated with quick or eventful births, Aries Ascendants may have entered the world energetically, perhaps as fighters, literally or figuratively.
Transitions: They approach new beginnings with enthusiasm but can rush headlong into situations without full consideration, often learning through trial and error.
Way Out: They must learn patience and strategy, realizing that not every situation requires immediate action or confrontation.
Taurus Ascendant
Maze Created: Life is seen as a place to seek security, comfort, and stability. They create patterns focused on holding onto what they have.
Birth Symbolism: Taurus Ascendants may have had slower, steadier births or situations where grounding and perseverance were required.
Transitions: They approach new phases cautiously, preferring to ensure stability before taking risks. They may resist change, needing time to feel secure in new beginnings.
Way Out: They must embrace change and let go of attachment to material and emotional security, learning that true stability comes from within.
For someone with Scorpio Rising, the story of their birth—literal or metaphorical—might hold keys to understanding their life’s themes. How do you feel about transitions? Do they mirror the intensity or struggle associated with birth? Are new beginnings met with a sense of profound transformation, or is there resistance tied to fear of change?
Understanding these patterns can offer deep insight into how we meet life and find ways to break free from the "maze" we’ve constructed.

Note
hello, do you have any recs for astro books? btw, i love your posts sm <3
thank you!
Tumblr media
1. anything chris brennan. he does hellenistic which is my preferred type of western astro.
he also got some good pdfs online and some great podcasts i listen to a lot.
2. i read the rulership book by rex e. bills like wikipedia.
it’s basically just an astrological dictionary in which nearly everything u can think of is assigned a planetary/sign/house ruler.
it is both modern & traditional.
3. i did read the twelve houses by sasportas, howard, greene, & liz, but it’s a modern book.
i don’t look down on modern astrology. but i will say that i don’t like modern nearly as much as i like hellenistic. & i find modern does not resonate for me.
which is why for this book, i have my personal qualms with some of their teachings.
i love how they tell the story of the houses in a cohesive way in which u don’t read them independently from each other.
the problem for me is that b/c they interpret the houses in a modern way as opposed to how the hellenistics do, most of that cohesion is unfounded in hellenistic astrology.
womp womp sounds. but if ur a modern astrologer then it shouldn’t be a problem for u.
Tumblr media
so chris brennan is at the top of my recommendations. but tbh, i don’t read books as much.
i read an insurmountable amount of pdfs. it’s actually ridiculous how many pdfs or blog (not tumblr) posts i read from reputable astrologers lmao.

"People tend to be afraid of Pluto transits, and they have the right to be, for we are dealing here with the god of death, whose domain is the dark and shadowy underworld. Transitting Pluto often brings us painfully into contact with death. In some cases this can mean a literal death - our own or that of someone close to us - but more usually these transits correspond to psychological deaths or 'ego-deaths': the death of a part of us, the death of ourselves as we know ourselves."

Moon in 4th natal
Stephanie Camilleri:
The Moon in the fourth house gives a great hunger for emotional security. People with this position will pour all their emotional energies into securing the steady, protective maternal kind of love that they must have in order to go out and achieve something. Love relationships are dangerous for them because they do not play around and can be wounded to the depths of their being by the apparent treachery of loved ones whose emotional needs are not as deep as their own. This attitude can be repressive to others. They are the children who required an official 'best friend'. If they feel secure in the love at home, they can rise to great heights of accomplishment as they have a deep instinct for people and business, and their need for security is a powerful driving force. If the Moon is in an Earth sign, physical security is also very important to them, and they will do whatever it takes to own land and have a substantial savings account.
In some cases, their standards of devotion are so high that they can turn aside from all long-term emotional commitments out of fear of being hurt. Also, if betrayed, their love can turn to hate, and they will bear grudges and be exceedingly vindictive towards former loved ones.
Howard Sasportas:
Whereas the Sun in the 4th struggles to free itself from too great an identification with the family, the Moon in the 4th finds security and a sense of belonging within this structure. Refuge from life's battles is sought by withdrawing back into the home. Even when they have a family of their own, those with this placement may pack their bags and run back to the family of origin when difficulties arise. THey need the home to be a kind of retreat and sanctuary, and therefore they are highly attuned to the undercurrents and changes of atmosphere in that environment. Nonetheless, they may not always make their own feelings obvious to others. Often they regress into their early childhood behavior patterns when the struggles of life become too much. I know one person with this placement who whenever he is upset has an intense craving for chocolate chip cookies because that is what his mother gave him to make him feel better as a child. It is as if there is a mechanism in the psyche which says 'All right, I've had enough growing up for now; I'm going backwards for a while'.
A child normally looks to its mother for security and containment; but with the Moon in the 4th it is possible that the father emanated a safer feeling than the mother. Some with this placement may still be searching for a father to make life secure for them. In the long run, the parent needs to be found on an archetypal level from within the self. Depending on the aspects to the Moon in this house, qualities of caring and nurturance might have been learned from the father rather than the mother.
Sometimes the 4th house Moon wanders restlessly in search of the home or even the coutnry in which it feels the most safe or has the greatest sense of belonging. Sometimes it is the conditions within the home itself which fluctuate. Often there is an interest in family lineage, real estate or archaeology, and perhaps a strong desire to live by water. The conditions surrounding the end of life may be shown by the aspects to the Moon in this house.

Okay so I'm reading an astrology book called "The Twelve Houses" by Howard Sasportas and it's very good so far. But I'm confused about something, I've always heard that the mother is represented by the 4th house and the 10th house is the father. But in this book it's the opposite. And after reading the book more and thinking about my own personal experiences and my own chart, the 10th house representing the mother does make sense for me actually.
Although in the chapter of the 10th house they didn't mention what it's like having saturn there, but I have an idea of how that in my chart definitely represents my experience with my mom. I probably won't go into too many details, but I just wanted to share this because it's so interesting to me 💖💖
Anyway I also highly recommend this book!! I got it on Amazon!!!!!!!!

EP142 WTF IS ASTROLOGY? Divination, Prophecy, Prediction & Prognostication with Richard Swatton
When in the mindset of reading the horoscope, we access in a different state of mind. This state allows us to be in touch with a peripheral field of information.
So what exactly is it we're doing when working with astrology and how does it produce such accurate results?
To quote today’s guest, Richard Swatton: “you can’t predict technique – you can have techniques of prediction but the prediction arrives in the moment”
During this episode Richard and I discuss the other-worldly aspects of astrology, delving into the eighth house depths of a subject already coaxing us deeper into the realms of the subconscious.
Richard has lead many different paths in this lifetime: Musician, Occultist, Psychotherapist, Astrologer and Tutor at the London School of Astrology.
He is also the Author of Symbol to Substance and his new book The Horary Process: A Magical Approach to an Ancient Art, is due to be published at the end of 2023.
You'll understand why I feel so blessed to have learned at the LSA when you hear how fascinating, intelligent and inspiring Richard is.
Without wanting to sound like Hannibal Lecter, what I wouldn’t give for a slice of that brain... LOL.

💗The Fifth House in Astrology💗
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The source if this information is The Astrology Podcast (Chris Brennan) on Youtube and from the book The Twelve Houses: Exploring the Houses of the Horoscope by Howard Sasportas and I will add a personal example as well
5th house: fun, hobbies, recreation, creativity, generativity, creation, production, art, passion, inspiration, talent, gift, relationships, romance, sex, procreation, children, offspring, progeny, fertility, parenting, inner child, sports, good fortune, joy, succedent, Venus
The house in which the lord of the 5th house is in is where you have most agency over your life+ where you are most lucky + creative <3
The 5th house also gives us an idea about how fertile we are, how we are as a parent (for me both 4th house and 5th house indicate this), how our relationship with our children is, traits of our children, style of creation aka are we more spontaneous or dreamy or emotional or strict etc, whether we are into short term relationships and "casual" sexual encounters or not, types of hobbies and spare time habits we might have that help us relax and that we only do for ourselves; no duties involved
Personal example: Moon in Aries in 5th house
Right so um 😅 I hate discipline and having to do stuff omg guys I am not the most disciplined person ever sue me- I like doing things at my own pace and whenever I would like to do so
I'm also very moody when it comes to, well, creating and writing out stuff (which for me is mostly a 5th house thing than a 3rd house thing since I write from the heart and impulsively) and I think it is the influence of the moon since it moves so quickly
I don't have children yet but I do take care of my 💗baby cousin💗 I love him so much a lot and I am very childlike with him haha we pretty much do whatever he wants as long as safety is certain; if not, then my protective side comes into play
And since I have Aries and the Moon in 5th house I would assume that my children will turn out to be quite emotional and impulsive? Yay? Ig? Idk
Oh and my Scorpio placements and 5th house placement are clearly at odds because I do like to be casual with people but most of the time I like and prioritize long term relationships of all kinds including intense emotional connections
An interesting aspect my Moon has is Square with Saturn which I would interpret personally as life always giving me the wake up calls and reminding me to be SERIOUS lmao
But yeah that is all
Comment down below your 5th house sign, planets and aspects
Thank you for reading <3
