  UGS is super excited to have met and have the honor to write about the renown Chef Teach and his business known as ‘World Famous House of Mac!!!’

Airreny and Chef Teach

I have heard wonderful things about this particular food place, and everything I heard came to be absolutely true!! Me and my best friend Chuntel decided to stop by the Wynwood Yard located at 56 NW 29th St, Miami, FL to try the infamous, flavor bursting Mac and cheese many people crave!

As soon as I approached the food truck the customer service was that of a warm and friendly greeting such as a family or friend would give. “Hey whats up? What would ya’ll like today.”  The cashier Natalie said with a smile! I responded with “This my first time I don’t know.” “We get that a lot it is a very flavorful menu!” Nekia one of the expediters stated. “take your time whenever you ready!” Natalie ended.

I finally decided to get the ‘Smoked BBQ Chicken Mac & Cheese’ and Chuntel tried out the ‘Jerk Chicken Mac & Cheese‘ and for appetizer we decided on the Lemon Pepper wings! We didn’t need the appetizer because the portions of Mac and Cheese were super filling and enough to take home for lunch the next day! But we’re glad we did get the appetizer because it was piping hot, very seasoned and had a nice CRUNCH!

Once we had placed our orders the wait was only 10-15 minutes it was hot, yummy and DELICIOUS!! Chef Teach had a nice and friendly persona. He smiled, joked and laughed with his co-workers and he even asked how we liked the food.

Calling all Mac and Cheese lovers! If you have not had the opportunity to taste such a mouth watering, ooey gooey,  savory sensation YOU ARE MISSING OUT! Next time you are in Miami, and craving for some delicious lunch or dinner, the World Famous House of Mac should definitely be your stop!
