“Once Upon a Dream” ~ (Sebastian x Reader x Painter)
Summary: “Sebastian takes a break in Painter’s room. While the two are chatting, the topic of their favorite expendable comes up! One of them is optimistic, filled with wonder and excitement over this new friend they’ve made. The other resents you for making him favor you. Conversations about you aren’t always fun.
Warnings: None aside from the fact that this fic is sad </3 Reader is once again gender neutral
~ 💭 ~
“There’s just something about them, Sebastian.” Painter says, sounding as if he’s daydreaming. And maybe he is. If a sentient AI can daydream. “They’re just so… nice! And funny! And a little dumb, but in a charming way, you know? They always stop by to hang out with me when they end up here. It’s…” His robotic voice imitates a thoughtful sigh. “I really like them.”
Sebastian is lounging right outside Painter’s cell, upper arms crossed in front of him and a cigarette held in his third hand. He tsks. “Don’t get attached, Painter. You know why they’re down here.”
He’s been staring at a wall nearly the whole time he’s been in there, mind seemingly lost in his own little world, as Painter was lost in his.
“I know… maaan this SUUUCKS! I wish we could just… I don’t know, take them with us!”
“Yeah, not happening.” Sebastian takes a puff of his cigarette.
“Uh, I know that? You don’t need to be such a party pooper. An AI can dream, Sebastian!”
“Oh, well I’m sorry for taking a big ol’ crap on your ridiculous and totally unrealistic dream. There’s no point in wishing for things that aren’t even remotely possible. The expendable is our enemy. They need that stupid crystal, and we need to stall them for as long as possible. Why waste time on a stupid dream where everything is all sunshine and rainbows, and everybody gets along? It’s idiotic to even entertain the idea. The world doesn’t work like that. It never does.” Sebastian’s tone was harsh and unforgiving. He scoffed, flicked the ashes off the end of his cigarette, and resumed his staring contest with the boring, gray wall.
Painter’s feelings were a little hurt, he couldn’t lie. But he watched Sebastian. He watched the way his brows furrowed. The way his mouth twitched into an upset frown, something in between resembling sadness and anger. The way he fidgeted with the cigarette between his fingers. How his whole posture, leaning back against the wall, looked… well, grouchy. Grouchy was the perfect word Painter would use to describe this man. He knows his friend is hurting. The same way he was.
“I’m sorry.” Was all the computer could say.
Silence falls between the two. It lasts a few minutes before one of them breaks it.
“They were in my shop the other day.”
Painter’s pixel face raises a pixel eyebrow. “Aren’t they in your shop almost every day?”
“Yeah, would you- that’s not the point, let me finish.” Sebastian sighed and pinched where the bridge of his nose used to be. He continued. “They were alone again, so it was just us two.”
He took another puff. “They gave me that… big, stupid smile when they came through the vent. Like they always do. Things went the way they usually go. We greeted each other, they looked at my stock, bought a flashlight, a code breacher, and a couple batteries… but as they were putting their stuff in their belt and pockets, they said something.”
There was a pause.
“What did they say?” Painter asked, deciding Sebastian had been quiet for too long.
Sebastian let out a long, depressed sigh. A cloud of smoke left his maw. He thought for a moment.
“They said ‘I wish I could take you and Painter with me’.”
Another silence falls between them. But, unlike the last one, this one is filled with an air of understanding. Understanding, and a deep sadness to go with it.
“Said they’ve put a lot of thought into what we could do. Talked about how we could get a nice big house on the coast. Go on walks every day, and bring you with us so you could see the world again. Live hours away from the nearest city so we could be alone together, undisturbed. Just… away. Away from everything.” Sebastian goes quiet again. He doesn’t look angry anymore. He just looks… sad. Desolate.
“… Is this what love is, Sebastian?”
He glances over at his AI friend, pausing for a moment. Then he nods somberly.
Painter took his own moment to pause and think.
“Is love supposed to hurt this much?”
The mutant frowned deeply. Once again, he found himself staring at the wall. Bleak, dull, and void of any brightness or excitement. The wall reflects how he’s currently feeling, he concluded.
“I don’t know.” He puts his cigarette out on the floor, deciding he’s done with it. “That’s the thing about love. It’s great. It’s the best feeling in the world, until you can’t have it anymore. Then, it just… it hurts.”
He turns his head away from Painter, now staring at nothing in particular in the next room through the open door.
“And it never stops hurting.” He muttered, barely audible over the whirring sounds of the machinery surrounding the two.
“… Well…” Painter speaks up, sounding a little unsure of himself. “I’m at least happy to know I have loved.”
Sebastian slowly turns to look at the AI again, seeing the weary smile he had painted for himself. Sebastian finds himself smiling in return. It’s sad, tired, and barely there. But it’s there.
“… Yeah. Yeah, I guess that’s something.”
The two didn’t say much else beyond that point before Sebastian had to get back to work, scavenging and selling the goodies he finds. Now, he’s sitting idly in his shop. Just as Painter is, stuck in his room. They both sit, minds wandering off to the very person they’re eagerly awaiting to return to them. The very person that’s been taking up a little too much space in their minds lately.
You.

#Canadian #ArtHerstory Emily Carr (Dec 13, 1871 – Mar 2, 1945) was a Canadian artist and writer who was inspired by the Indigenous peoples of the Pacific Northwest Coast.
One of the painters in Canada to adopt a Modernist and Post-Impressionist style, Carr did not receive widespread recognition for her work until she changed her subject matter from Aboriginal themes to landscapes — forest scenes in particular, evoking primeval grandeur.
As a writer Carr was one of the earliest chroniclers of life in British Columbia. The Canadian Encyclopedia describes her as a "Canadian icon".

Ontario and back
Week 5
We left Harriston under heavy rain on our way up to Tobermory to take the ferry across to South Baymouth on Manitoulin Islands, a two hour ferry ride. On our way north on Hwy 3 we drove through large farms and flat land. The landscape turned more hilly as we got closer to Georgian Bay. There was more bush and the farms were replaced by cattle ranches, cleared bushland being prepared for farming.
We got into Tobermory to cloudy skies and setup camp at the Tobermory Village Campground. It’s getting colder now and that takes some of the fun out of camping…
We got to the ferry a little late but in time to get on it. The crossing was in blustery conditions and driving rain. We passed by many islands on the first part of the crossing, but no houses on them, probably because these islands are very rocky and no beaches to be seen. The ferry ride was a bit rocky but I have experienced worse on the crossings to Vancouver Island.
We drove straight north on Hwy 6 in the rain to Sheguandah then west on 540 to Gore Bay where we drove out to the lighthouse to take some pictures. The weather got lighter as we drove west with blue skies to the west.
We then continued our drive around the island. Along the way we saw some big flocks of Sandhill Cranes and geese feasting on leftover grains in the fields. The landscape on the island is mostly flat and scrubby, grazing land good for cattle and sheep and a few farms.
We made our way to Batman’s Cottages and Campground on the east side of Bass Lake to setup for the night. Due to the blue skies on the western horizon we enjoyed an amazing sunset here. It was windy and stormy all night, so we hunkered down in the van and played cards, she won :/ The sound of the wind gusts in the trees was similar to the sound of waves crashing onto the rocks at the Oregon coast. Still managed a good nights sleep.
In the morning we drove to Sudbury in the driving rain and snow. After turning off the main highway, we turned onto the road that took us to the Science Center, a great place to escape from the miserable weather. I love science and here is a place that offers a big variety of sciences with an interactive element. This can be a playground for as long as you want.
The architecture of the building is grand and the integration of the rocks of the Laurentian shield is clever and informative. One exhibit is about the geological formation of the area. We ended the visit with an IMAX presentation by Jane Goodall about Hope, inspiring …
We visited my friend Jaylene in the afternoon and evening to share stories about life and our kids. We went for a neighbourhood walk in the misty fall weather. All the sidewalks are shaded by maple trees and they were in full colours, beautiful.
We left Sudbury the next morning in the rain and drove north on Hwy 144 to Geneva Lake where we were met met by Kate, Lindas’ school buddy. Kate and Oscar live on the lake, water access only in the summer and over the ice in winter. This brings along some challenges but I can see the rewards. They live on a bluff overlooking the lake and have all the amenities, great place to be retired with a lot of family nearby. Life is good!
We arrived in the rain, so much of the activity was indoors playing cards and reminiscing, we learned several new Rummy games, a long walk on the mainland & enjoyed a wood fired sauna at 100c and a dip in the lake at 14c :))
We left Geneva Lake under grey skies and drove south on 144 to 17 west to ‘The Sault’. We stopped at Onaping Falls to take some pictures. A.Y. Jackson, the famous Canadian painter, one of the Group of Seven was inspired by this location, beautiful fall colours and the whitewater rushing over the rocks and the falls.
The weather improved as we drove west on 17 and the fall colours still looked awesome in the sunshine. We drove past countless small lakes and small towns along the shores of Lake Huron North Channel. Through Sault Ste Marie and then north along the shores of Lake Superior to Wawa where we camped overnight.
The next morning we left for Thunder Bay. From Wawa to Nipigon there is a whole lot of nothing but bush and rocks, some of it a bit unusual, but it looks all the same after a while. West of Nipigon we came upon the major roadwork projects we saw two weeks ago.
A ways past Thunder Bay we turned onto Hwy 11 west to Fort Frances. There are mostly native communities, with long distances between them along the way on this stretch of the trip. Some of these towns are neat and tidy and some have a lot of ‘yard art’ ;) It was a long day driving, we got into Fort Frances as it was getting dark. We entered the address for the campground into the GPS and it took us to the industrial section of town next to a truckers terminal, not what we were looking for :/ we found an empty lot and parked for the night. In the morning we drove north on Hwy 71 to Kenora.
There are many rest areas and lookouts to take a break. One of the nicest was Sioux Narrows on the Lake of the Woods, absolutely a stunning setting in the middle of nowhere… From Kenora west to Winnipeg we saw the landscape from the other direction. The fall colours are fading fast now, but it’s still very pretty through here.
We arrived in Winnipeg at noon and went to the Museum of Human Rights. This is another amazing and beautiful structure inside and out. The exhibits although disturbing, are very profound and very well done. Walking through these exhibits, it occurred to me how the human race does not learn from history. We seem to allow the politicians and leaders to perpetuate human created tragedies and misery over and over again. Currently it’s in Russia/Ukraine and the middle east. Tomorrow it could be north America.
The exhibits describe how fascists and dictators manage the narrative and the media to take control of a country.
It makes me realize that the Swiss had it right in 1291 when they decided that they would no longer be ruled by anybody and took control with Direct Democracy. This has not changed to this day, even in Switzerland the politicians don’t like it but they can’t change it because the people would have to agree to the change. No Fascist can rise in that system of governing.
On Sunday we had a nice family gathering with Lindas’ oldest brother and his kids and grand kids. They are all living busy lives and the grand kids are all involved in sports and activities, such as hockey, gymnastics and dance. There were no cell phones in sight, nice to see.
We left Winnipeg in the afternoon and drove to Barndon to get a head start the next day. The 100km radius area around Winnipeg is super flat, farm land as far as the eye can see with the occasional cluster of grain silos and the odd clump of trees and bush.
We stayed in the Meadowlark Campground, went for a walk, had dinner and played cards until bedtime. It was a cold night and made us realize that fall is here and winter is coming, the camping days are coming to an end… and we’re looking forward to coming home!
The road west to to Regina is in good shape (and flat). Between Whitewood and Broadview it showed a ski hill on the map just to the north of us and I’m thinking it can only be for x-country skiing, but apparently not ;)
We arrived in Regina in time for lunch and walk in the waterfront park at Wascana Lake in the centre of the city. We took some pictures of the parliament building across the river and had lunch. Then we went for a visit at the Regina Floral Conservatory. This is an indoor tropical garden setting and the display of plants is changed 4 times, this theme was Halloween, well done. I was told that the favourite is Christmas with a focus on the poinsettias, I can imagine :) The place is run by volunteers, is beautifully maintained, and there was nothing ‘out of place’, with a nice water works and orchids, well done!
After this we moved on to Moose Jaw only an hour away. We arrived in the late afternoon just in time to take in the Chicago Connection walking tour of the underground tunnels used during prohibition 100 years ago and the Al Capone connection of that era. This was a fun interactive tour :)
We took in the mineral pools at the Temple Garden Spa. Nice very large indoor/outdoor pool and Jacuzzis with a nice steam room for a couple of hours. We set up camp at The Prairie Oasis campground, nice and clean and it was a milder afternoon and evening. Nice evening but grey skies morning.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD A ROOF BE INSPECTED?
According to general rules, your roof should be inspected every 3-5 years, depending on the sort of roof you have.
Our experts recommend having your roof evaluated more frequently than that to keep minor issues at bay.
If it's been longer than that, could you give us a call so we can come to have a look?
This routine maintenance is an excellent method to save money on costly problems caused by carelessness.
A roof inspection takes very little time and provides you with vital information regarding your roof.

A painted roof provides additional insulation for your property, minimizing energy usage and expenditures.
We use Color bond paint to keep the warm air in the winter and the cool air in the summer.
It is a terrific selling feature because everyone wants to reduce their monthly costs and save money.

How Much Does It cost To Paint A House in Australia?
A lick of paint can help transform the appearance of your home and potentially increase its value. But are the expense, effort, and possibly the mess, worth it? We take a look at the costs and some other factors involved.
If you’re preparing to sell or just want to freshen up the look of your home, here’s how much a professional paint job could set you back, depending on whether you’re painting the outside or inside of your home, or both.
How much does it cost to paint the exterior of a house?
Professional painters typically charge by the square metre. As an example, according to tradie listing website Hipages, it usually costs between $15 to $45 per square metre to paint the exterior of a brick house and between $12 to $60 per square metre to paint a timber house.
To paint a whole house, Hipages says you can expect to pay between $4,000 to $7,000 for a small one-storey brick veneer or rendered house, between $7,000 to $12,000 for a small one-storey weatherboard house, and between $10,000 to $20,000 for a two-storey weatherboard house.
The cost will differ depending on whether you are painting the outside or inside of your house.
In addition, other factors that may impact the price include:
How much preparation is involved for the painters
The number of storeys and the total height of the building
Any detailing that might complicate the job (such as fascias under the roof and window trims)
How easy the site is to access
Whether the house is on flat or sloping ground
The type and quality of the paint
For example, if some walls need to be cleaned or old paint needs to be removed before painting, this can add to the preparation time and can make a paint job more expensive. Additionally, if your home is more than one storey, additional equipment like scaffolding and extra safety precautions may be needed.
How much does it cost to paint the interior of a house?
The average cost of interior house painting is $10 to $30 per square metre including ceilings, tradie directory service.com.au says. This estimate is based on one undercoat and two finishing coats.
Painting two bedrooms and a kitchen/living area will cost about $800 to $1,500, service.com.au says, and a three-bedroom house with two bathrooms, a kitchen and a laundry will likely cost between $4,500 and $6,000.
On top of the size of the area to be painted, other factors that may affect the price include:
How much preparation is involved
The height of ceiling
The type and colour of the paint to be used
The number of windows and doors
The number of architraves and amount of trim work
If there are any decorative features
For example, your painter may need scaffolding if you have high ceilings. It may also take more time if you have decorative features to be painted on the walls or ceiling.
The previous colour of the walls can also impact costs as it can take more preparation work and extra coats of paint when transitioning a room from dark or strong paint colours to light or neutral tones, to ensure that the original colour doesn’t show through and impact on the desired decorative effect.
Extra costs to keep in mind
It’s a good idea to remember that if, during their work, a painter discovers any serious building defects or dangers, this could prolong the project and add to the cost. For example, if you live in an older house and lead-based paint is discovered, this can present a serious health hazard. The Australian Government says homes containing lead should ideally be assessed and dealt with by trained professionals.
It’s a good idea, too, to check with a painter during the quoting process if they can fill any holes that may be visible on the painting surface. The painter may request that a specialist plasterer fix certain sized holes or damage to certain materials, before painting can commence.

February 2021
Irises and purple, lavender and white hyacinths. For merely three bucks. What a gorgeous bouquet.
My own thai curry recipe. It's THAT delicious.
A pep talk from Manu. Realising I really need to take more chances. And get rid of that dude I've been hanging out with. I've been feeling so stuck lately. I'm toying with the idea of giving it all up. Quitting my job. Leaving the country. Just to see what happens. Because I'm pretty sure I'll love what happens next. / Whatever worlds you live in, there are other worlds out there. If you are uninspired living life a certain way, it’s your duty to change. Nothing, not a relationship or job or housing situation, is worth sacrificing your ravenous hunger for life for. X
I feel my obsession with artificial cherry flavour creeping back up on me. Cherry-flavoured diet coke is one of my guiltiest pleasures.
I keep seeing those multicolour graffiti tags everywhere and I finally found out what kind of pen they use for this effect! I ordered one, I just had to, and it's fantastic. So beautiful and vibrant! I've already asked around how illegal it is to walk around the neighbourhood signing my tag on random surfaces...
Fresh pineapple.
The ocean. Talking about diving. Watching documentaries about marine life like My Octopus Teacher and Blue Planet. Drawing nautical objects, sea dragons and mollusks.
Learning more about apophenia.
It actually smells like spring in the forest and the days are already so much longer. I even saw a deer jumping over the path last night. I even got Frank to join my on my walk for the first time.
A little glimpse of summer. The south of France is my happy place I keep going back to. But there are more little reminders of the world out there, of travel and summer, that I thoroughly enjoy. Like watching Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat with Samin Nosrat. Not only do I really want to try making my own Tahdig now but I also kept smiling throughout the whole show because they filmed episodes in Italy, Japan and Mexico. Just imagine walking across a citrus market in the Yucatan right now. Or making Pesto Genovese with an Italian nonna in a Ligurian castle. Maybe even learning how to make your own miso in a remote corner of Japan. There is so much longing within me at the moment. What made my virtual culinary travels even better was Netflix's Street Food series. I especially enjoyed the episodes from Bolivia and Mexico.
I May Destroy You. Different, and very relevant.
This year's Valentine's Day happened to be pretty rad. So I've exchanged the boring nerd I had been dating with an exciting artist from Colombia. John is a painter, a poet, photographer and filmmaker who gave me a Spanish copy of an Oscar Wilde book with a poem he had written for me. My cold and cynical German heart is not used to wooing on this level but I love it. On Sunday we walked through the English Garden and Schwabing in the sunshine, took photos, looked at some art and antiquarian bookshop windows. We saw two cats inside the cat café, bought fancy macarons at Maelu and just kept talking. I even found a few interesting books about dream interpretation on my way home. John has a reference to Kleist's tragedy Penthesilea tattooed on his collarbone - Küsse/Bisse ("das reimt sich, und wer recht von Herzen liebt, kann schon das eine für das andre greifen"). He is a Scorpio with impeccable taste and sends me songs he plays for me on the guitar / Cocteau Twins tunes upon waking up. I really needed this.
Having my students create English comics with Pixton. I love how much their avatars actually look like them! I hope they had fun, too.
The smell of cherry-flavoured candy wafting through the air.
Semolina pudding with banana. The subtle heat does something to the bananas; the combination is simply delicious.
I watched the first season of Chef's Table and was really impressed by Francis Mallmann. I admire his courage and lifestyle. The constant change he craves. The way he speaks foreign languages and just bravely does his very own, unique thing. I want to live like that, too.
A crystal clear view of the Orion constellation.
Very fine snow powder against the sunlight. As if it was raining glitter.
Feeling cool and confident. A fleeting feeling but it makes such a big difference.
When we practice forgiveness, we let go of shame. Embedded in our shame is always a sense of being unworthy. It separates. Compassion and forgiveness reconnect us. / reading bell hooks' all about love.
Mustering up enough motivation to go through all my stuff in the basement and put a few items on eBay. I'd been putting this off for years now.
I'm amazed how good my phone camera is. I took some pictures in the pitch-black forest and you can make out the moonlight on the path and even see star constellations on the photo.
Spending quality time with a cuddly kitty boi.
Blue corn quesadillas prepared for me by a bloody gorgeous Mexican metalhead.
Writing that message I should have written weeks ago (letting Simon know that I wasn't particularly interested in dating him anymore).
Trolli burgers. The best gummy candy out there. Arguably the most fun. I love being able to disassemble my food and eat it layer by layer.
John's story about that acid trip on a boat somewhere in the ocean off the Colombian coast. They lay under the bright moonlight and were suddenly surrounded by Gray whales communicating with each other through song.
The spicy smell of a fresh, moist loaf of rye bread. Eating it with soured butter and salt.
The first snowdrops of the year.
Another one about the moon: walking home late one evening there was a lunar corona in the fog. I loved how the light illuminated my arms in that cool, white light.
The morning after the worst weekend in months or maybe even years (with both a mental breakdown and a medical emergency because misery loves company, eh?) Waking up early, pain-free. With a little spark of excitement and motivation. Just lying around for an hour in the darkness. Meditating. Falling back asleep for a little while. Getting up eventually, brushing my teeth and hair, painting my nails.
Painting more. Just experimenting with colour, intuitively. Without putting pressure on myself. The other night I painted with oil pastels and chalky pastel crayons while watching Dawson's Creek (I successfully avoided this series for 20 years and now, in my thirties, I start watching it?).
Bananas with nut butter, dark chocolate and sea salt.
Meditating with the blanket covering my nose. Breathing in fresh laundry smell.
Riding home from school with Anastasia, talking about diving adventures.
Reading Jill Heinerth's book Into the Planet. Her career as an explorer and cave diver is breathtakingly exciting. I couldn't put that memoir down. And it made me even more antsy. I'm really unhappy and bored right now - I wanna go out and learn something new, explore, live a little more.
Going to work without make-up. In the last ten or even fifteen years I put on make-up every single day I went to school. I'm done. Lockdown made me come to terms with the look of my bare face.
Learning about Antarctica cruises. It only takes about 24hours to reach the area from Argentina! I'd really love to go but the cruises are crazy expensive.
My house plants sprouting new leaves.
The moment the pain suddenly stops and you can breathe again.
Tropical breakfast. Banana, kiwi, mango, pineapple. And plain yoghurt. Decidedly non-tropical.

How to decorate with green
When it comes to interior design, green can be a great colour choice. There are many shades of green out there that can be mixed and contrasted with different colours to create a great feel in any room in the house. Alternatively, you can simply mix shades or hues of green between themselves and get a great interior colour.
Choosing the right colour green for your space can be hard, so Service.com.au have compiled a bunch of examples to help you decide and make an informed choice. What shade of green should you choose? Well, it depends on what kind of mood you’d like your room to portray. For example, pastel shades of green go very well with white accents. This is especially true for the bathroom and kitchen, where a feeling of cleanliness is needed and desired. Light forms of green are great as they give you some colour without making those areas overwhelming or a visual eyesore. The colour green represents an image of good health and wealth and for this reason, green can introduce good feng shui to your home. This is the belief that energy can harmonize a person through their surroundings. The Benjamin Moore shades of green for spring can according to Jay Jeffers from the magazine Home Beautiful “make me feel alive…it elevates your spirit, which makes any room feel larger. This is a pretty good summation of why green is a great colour. If your home is small or has rooms that need to look bigger, then green will help you achieve that. Another option is to combine white and cream with green to create a smart look for the room. If the room catches a lot of sunshine from a window or two, then green with a blue base will balance better. On the other hand, the muted green sits better with pink, lavender shades and scarlet – just be sure to get the combination of elements right. When it comes to your bedroom, paler shades are a better choice; Dusky pink, along with cream and pale wood, offers an English-countryside ambiance to your space. it's always a good idea to consult your local painter on how its best executed.
The most popular green options out there are classic bottle green and British racing green. However, for more contemporary designs add some teal blue in the background. Teal blue goes well with dark greens, especially for rooms that get plenty of natural light. However, if there is not enough sunlight, these colour schemes can make a room appear uninviting and a little cold..Instead, opt for those lighter or bolder accent colour options. Green is also a great colour to work with exteriorly; its wide range of hues gives you a wonderful selection of colours to choose from. The kind of green you decide on can often be a reflection of the area in which you live. For those of us who are coastal dwellers, tropical moss and tropical green are a great way to imitate your surroundings. Palm Beach green is another great choice here as it has a tinge of yellow as its base. It reminds me personally of the early days on the Gold Coast back in the ’60s and ’70s from photos I have seen many of the beach shacks back then were painted in this or similar kinds of colours. On the other hand, if you reside in a bush or forest setting, then dark and pine green are a great option. These are also great colours to accent your homes individual features like windows, shutters and eves. This earthy green is also a great choice internally as it can give a room some substance or grounding. A greyish-green colour is becoming very popular in urban suburbs, where there may not be a lot of green in the surroundings. It is a way of getting that country feel or getting back to nature. If you decide to paint the outside of your home with a green shade, then consider white as a colour to use for your trim. Yes, we know that white may sound a little boring or unimaginative, but it is really an effective colour that brings out your exterior colour choice. Green is such a versatile colour to work with; it can provide both coolness and warmth. It achieves this because it works so well with outside light. Different shades mixed with sunlight can throw a different look to your room and furnishings. The fact that it does sit pretty much in the middle of the colour spectrum, means that its uses can be wide and varied and only limited by your imagination. If you are thinking about going green, get quotes from local painters today!
