Mark made fun of us for wanting to make egos out of anything but LOOK AT HIM!!! 🥺🩷

My headcanon is that Goop was the byproduct of a cult’s attempt to ward off the dark lords, one member accidentally making a slime instead of a potion and Goop being born. He was shunned from the cult and only survived bc the member who created him released him into the forrest instead of killing him. Goop lived in there for a few weeks before being discovered by Illinois on an adventure. Finding the slimy creature harmless, he took Goop back to the manor.

Goop is about the size of a four year old, collects debris and small items like a vacuum and is constantly dirty. He speaks with a sort of slur since his mouth is always drippy and sometimes trying to fall off his face. He eats by absorbing food and is generally apologetic bc his first day of life was being blamed for being a failure :(( babey-
