Do I do Lila's arc first, or do I save it for later since it's a major climax in Lila's character development?

Mr. Koval is not a morning person at all. Naturally, his daughter Heidi never sleeps. Father's days are essentially her making up for the fact that the first six years of her life were spent nearly giving him a coronary.
On the bonus side, their block hasn't had a burglary in the past five years, and Heidi has the best record for punctuality in her school.
