Gdgdgsgs, I don’t know if they’ll continue with it in part 3, but it has genuinely been one of the funnier Rebirth subplots 💀

Some of these scenes make me laugh so much now knowing that it’s basically Seph just being a troll.

Today I'm thinking about that All stars match audio drama and how both Oikawa and Atsumu keep hounding Kageyama and bothering him about the curry commercial - giving him "advice", and he takes it all so seriously 😭

And, like, idk how canonical the story is - if Furudate wrote it, if it was someone else, or if the VAs were just improvising a bit - but I still find it really funny that, in universe, this interaction happens approximately FOUR WHOLE YEARS after Kageyama's commercial came out.

Four years later Atsumu and Oikawa are still not over it. (And Iwa-chan says Oikawa watched that commercial dozens of times.) Like. Man. Go get some publicity of your own and leave Kageyama alone!

Bit of a shame I left hp before I entered svsss because one of my favourite tropes at the time was 'dumbledore calls in External Support from different fandom during ootp and they show up to grimmauld to help (and utterly upstage everyone in the process)'.

And needless to say Sqq, at any point, would have been perfect.

Like. He's a teacher too. A scholar. Secretly from the modern world so he'd have no trouble with its intricate and mysterious workings, incidentally making himself look very cool and competent in the process. He'd have So Many Opinions. He'd incite bloody war with umbridge. He'd project his feelings for sj onto Snape with a side of commiseration for his role and fate. He'd mostly pretend to know so much less about hp than he actually does (which, hilariously, he canonically name drops in svsss, AND his system is pretty heavily implied to have previously worked in, like wow). He'd be constantly comparing Harry with lbh. He'd have a running internal dialogue bemoaning the world building, the characters, Harry's fate, the general decision making process, maybe some death of the author. Geeking out about magic. Raiding the library whenever he's free.

He might bring his students as part of an exchange, he might bring a fellow peak lord if it was a serious mission (liushen anyone?) he could bring adult lbh. Maybe sqh? Or sqh could be the messenger with the system and/or mbj.

A self aware character who couldn't live with himself if he didn't at least try to change Harry's fate whether or not he actually likes the kid? He could canon that divergence before you could say horcrux. That kind, oblivious, smoking hot exotic teacher who had people ruining their lives for him in a world that was used to people that pretty and also hated him specifically?? The hogwarts students wouldn't stand a CHANCE.

Man the scenes are coming to me so strongly I almost want to write it just as a like. Satire piece or something. Just Sqq ripping everything to shreds, accidentally or not. Diatribes on the author biases. Unintentional themes. Iffy world building choices. Nothing new, but through the lens of svsss' Sqq it'd be something for sure XD.

So, you know how when an author is writing og!Cale and they want to give him a power, sometimes they give him fantasy spirit stuff? Well, I want elementals to have the usual 'spirit king per attribute' that you usually find in fantasy mangas, but make the water spirit king an axolotl and let og!Cale befriend them.

And when I say Axolotl Water Spirit King I mean 'non-parlant little flying axolotl' that can turn into a 'giantic, water-looking-like, could swallow a pirate ship, still non-parlant axolotl' a la Ponyo.

Just, Imagine og!Cale who was just minding his business and finds a little dorky amphibian that got trapped in a net. And the little dorky one smiles at him. He has no choice but to help it.

The little one likes him. They become friends :D!!

So, turns out his animal friend can fly. Cool.

...Oh.

So, his little friend is not so little anymore.

Yea I did it. I got the Henry Wu lines I could find from JWE1 + his DLC into a compilation.

Literally just him being petty with the Security and Science division, he doesn't care much for the Entertainment side of things.

I have this crack modern AU Patrochilles fic idea which essentially boils down to "comedy fic in which Apollo is a petty bitch and decides to trap Achilles in the torture matrix as revenge for killing his boyfriend Hector also his side bitch Paris is there"

so basically Apollo says "man you killed Hector. Fuck you. I'm throwing you into an endless loop of reincarnation and you'll never be able to be with your boyfriend ever again."

Except Poseidon catches wind of this and since he and Patroclus used to fuck (this is canon actually, go look at Patroclus' wiki page) he's like "okay well lemme just drop Patroclus back in too" and in retaliation Apollo drops Hector and Paris in to try and pull strings and get them to interfere with each other and it's a whole thing.

OKAY so we all agree that calling gale an abuser is wrong because he was in a relationship with a literal goddess who obviously had way more power than him and who took advantage of him as a teenager/young adult and now has put a BOMB IN HIS CHEST and expects him to kill himself to destroy the absolute yeah okay anyways. the game literally punishes you for following mystra's orders and allowing gale to "redeem" himself by killing everyone during the final battle in act 2... the worst ending imaginable happens! ur whole party dies, the game immediately ends, mind flayers take over the city! everyone becomes infected or enslaved! the whole game ends miserably!! the narrative in the game tells you explicitly that, by gale following mystra's orders, it becomes the worst thing he could've possibly done not just for himself, but for humanity!! the story is explicitly telling us that gale's story is not strictly about redemption, but about freeing himself from the burden of mystra's manipulation. and freeing himself from her, freeing himself from this idea that he must prove his worthiness to her, is the best thing he can do for himself!! like literally this is the narration telling u that mystra isnt SHIT!!! and yet there are still sillies in this fandom trying to say otherwise. u guys are SILLY! play the game again! read this time! pls! im begging you!
