Merman Suguru needs his arms to crawl. When unburdened, he's actually fairly mobile on land and can drag himself the 50 feet or so to Y/N's house with not that much trouble. He can stay out of water for at least a couple hours, and he has the mobility (and gracefulness) comparable to a seal on land.

Problem is, when he's carrying a bunch of treasures and seashells and maybe a fish as a snack over to Y/N. With his arms full, he can hardly move and is basically reduced to trying to push the heap of gifts forward with both arms while squirming and pushing with his tail behind him. He doesn't get very far.

Y/N hears the commotion and runs outside to see him exhausted and annoyed. He's not leaving any of his stuff, dammit! Y/N suggests he carry a backpack or something next time to keep his arms free.

Mer Suguru has no idea what a backpack is.

Idk if you saw daveed on the late show tonight but he described his experince as a ki. (4 years old) going to see Godzilla for the first time and I literally almost cried because it was so cute. Okay so today was fun 😂

In the morning I had to print something for my tcs class and the printers wouldn't work so I was walking back a forth to different rooms and he ended up printing it for me, I literally wasted my time 😂

And then in class me and my group were finishing a poster and I have this friend who doesn't shut up and she's really distracting, my tc told her to go take someone to the sick bay and when she left me and my other friend got a lot done on the poster and my tc was like "see, you're getting more work done now that she's gone. *my friends name* is holding you back a lot" and I'm like "... I know but when sacs and exams come up I'm not gonna sit near her, I need to study" and he goes "does she know that?" And I said no and he goes "you're gonna break her heart." 😂 and then he goes "I can move her to the front" like awwww he offered to move her instead of me having to be put in the awkward position of telling her that I don't want to sit next to her 😭

Thennnnnnnn we were doing questions and we started arguing about the answer 😂😂😂 he thought he was right but I thought I was right and being the stubborn bitch that I am, I didn't back down and he does this thing where if it's a genuine & uncontrollable laugh, he covers his face and he did that today while I was arguing my point. It was the cutest, he was full on smiling and laughing 😭😭😭😍😍😍😍 and we were just bickering like an old married couple omg

Anyway then at one point he provided an example to explain himself and he mentioned me liking tv shows and I'm like "how do you know what I do in my spare time" and he goes "I just assume you like tv shows because you aren't physically active" and I'm like "well I do but likeeee still"😂😂😂

And thennnn I go "sir, I'm gonna check the answers at the back of the book to see who is right" because I just couldnt let it go so he comes over to look at the answer and I was flicking through the book and I'm like "I don't know where the answers are" and I was about to go the wrong way in the book and he just puts his hand down on the book to stop me and then when we read the answer he had one hand on the table and one on the back of the chair so he was like leaning towards me and we were really close and I was like 😩 so it turns out my answer was right, so I go to close the book and go "see I was right, I just love arguing with you" and then he forced the book open again and goes "hold on" 😂😂😂 and read the bottom bit of the answer and goes "we're both right" and I just gave up and went with it 😂 because like come on, how could I say no to "we're both right" 😍😂 so I was like "team work ayyy!" And I put my hand up and we high fived and he goes " I'll give you that one" 😂😂😂 awwwww he's the cutestttt guysssssss😍😍😍 and then he was explaining the answer to the class and he goes "*my name* do you wanna explain your answer or are you good?" And I'm like "I'm good" 😂
