blood streams from his nose, clearly crooked, as archie spits on the body at his feet. he didn't hear any of the man's words as he tried to get past a fellow bouncer, just saw her push him back in his peripheral vision and archie snapped. now the man writhes on the floor, letting out a yelp as archie lands another kick to his ribs. archie backs away, only by request of others, and when his eyes catch omer's in the night, bloodlust morphs into a grin. “you missed all the fun!” carelessly, he wipes blood from his nose, flinching as pain shoots out across his face, but is fades as fast as it appeared. “who you here for?”

hari notices him in passing, and when his eyes don't meet hers, she follows. one of the worst and best things about arasaka tower was the overpopulation. expensive and loud shoes accompanied with voices of those trying to draw attention to themselves were a perfect cover to move through the corridors unnoticed. it's only when omer stops for an elevator that hari digs two chrome finger knuckles into his lower back, imitating the end of a gun no one wants to be on. “hayalet.” her voice is low, teasing. she couldn’t help herself, there's a special kind of enjoyment that comes from sneaking up on a ghost. when he clocks her, she flashes a grin and roots herself next to him. “i would take the boring fucking industrial park over this place any day.”
