he gets tired of being in his own presence too long, he needs to give affection to some other person, to smell and touch, he misses warmth that’s not his own.

i feel like in this scenario, he’d DEFINITELY say something cute like “where do you think you’re going” or “get back here” in that deep morning voice before peppering kisses along your shoulders and neck, prompting you to turn over and then giving him the deep kisses that he loves. long and slow, little moans between the breaths, the type that lets you know matt desperately doesn’t want to leave bed. he’d smother you back under the covers and into his arms surely enough.
