Top of summer #comiccon announcements for me was that #russobrothers are developing a #Grimjack adaptation for #amazonprimevideo when or what form this will take is unclear (series, live-action, animated, who knows). For those of you unfamiliar with the title, #JohnOstrander ( #suicidsquad ) and artist #TimothyTruman ( #jonahhex ) in 1983, the character (whose real name is John Gaunt) is a mercenary in a Pan-dimensional city known as #Cynosure, where magic / technology are interwoven & dimensions intertwine. Grimjack's title series continued for 81 issues, and reunion versions of the character have appeared as recently as 2011.
