Ash having a crush on goh and like it's been there since somtime around when they first met but he's only just now realizing that his feeling arnt as platonic as he thought

And like this is after jn so they've already gone Separate ways and they won't see eachother in person for a while.

And then goh who had proably liked ash around maybe the ivysaur? I dunno haven't decided when his crush would have started but that not important just know he's had it pretty long

But he thinks ash doesn't feel the same wich i think could be a reason that he wanted to go on his own journey because he wants to get over his crush and being around him isn't going to really help with him getting over it? It's not his only reason but it's a part of it

So while he's on his journey him and Gary fall in love or whatever

So like by the time they do get to meet up again ash prolly knows by now that there goh and Gary are dating or he can tell they like eachother somthing like that

So he never tells goh cause he doesn't want to ruin there possible relationship for feeling that most likely arnt Reciprocated

I saw one of yours reblogs, and I thought to myself: with the exception of ash x “the main girl” ships, others aren’t that famous. Ash x Anabel and Ash x Angie, I remember I thought they were so cute back when I was watching the battle frontier and DP seasons (they are top 4 and 5 in my list nowadays, respectively). I guess my question is: before our beloved negaishipping and best dragon master appeared, did you had a favorite ash ship lily? One with a main girl or another secondary character?

I'll be frank with you

Despite watching the previous sagas before BW, I didn't ship anyone. I did notice that some characters may had crushes on each other, but I didn't care 😭

And then these two idiots changed everything

Nowadays I do like ships such as Ash x Angie/ Anabel/ Gou/ Gary/ May/ Lillie. I also see the appeal of other Ash x main girl ships! But since SatoAi is so darn underrated and overhated, I mostly draw content for them.

Mostly I ship Ash with characters that have a natural and fun dynamic with him. A good match with him would be someone with similar interests, who adores pokemon and battles as much as him, all while staying playful and childish. Iris fits this bill without changing her characterization, which is perfect.

Tbh I have a verrrryyy soft spot for Ash x Angie. The summer camp episodes in DP were super fun and cute 🥹 A top tier ship, imo!

How about you? What was your first ship? I remember you said you didn't care much for SatoAi before journeys. I'm curious about your thoughts!

Just a Pokeshipping brainrot dump!

I've been crazily tweeting about all of this, thought I'd put it into a coherent structure for Tumblr 🥹

My main theory/hc after seeing the tidbits from the trailer is that after watching Ash's phenomenal win, both Misty and Brock decide to take a break from their current duties to go visit him (which could be why even Brock is in his old gear and with a backpack and not scrubs) and to relive their good old days 🥹 Then as the trio is hanging out Gary arrives at the scene, probably on his way to visit Oak Lab, asking Ash that question about "pokemon master" that we saw in the teaser. When Ash realises that he needs to figure it out, Misty and Brock also agree to go with him, which would lead to the trio travelling together to all the regions that Ash has been to! EXCUSE ME FOR A SECOND BUT IF WE FINALLY GET A MISTY X DAWN AND MISTY X IRIS INTERACTION I WILL COMBUST ON SPOT!!!

This brings me back to Misty's appearance in the teaser

Notice that where Ash and Gou part ways is very similar to where the OS Trio parted ways in Gotta Catch Ya Later

So I think that Misty isn't actually out fishing in this scene, she's on her way to see Ash and spots him from afar, deciding to surprise him by making an iconic entrance like this!

Imagine if she's saying "gettodaze" in the scene above 😭😭💕💕

Other thing to appreciate:

I have a universe that I've been developing for 2 years between Ash x Serena x Gou in an OT3 since 2019 but I still haven't written anything. I've been through a lot in these years and months that I haven't been able to concentrate on my OT3 or them journeys trio...

Can I admit something? I've read several stories of Ash being portrayed as just gay even though I shipped Ash and Serena at the time I felt weird for not feeling bad about it, then I learned that I can read whatever I want, the author is doing this if I respect the writing and I can't see how this universe is wrong in any way why should it be bad? Since most were fighting, that's how I decided at the time to separate my Satosere written account from the Palleshipping account.I didn't want people fighting with me because I didn't care about anything as long as it was fun to develop and wasn't problematic.

That's what FanFiction is, having happiness and creative freedom that the show doesn't work
