#got childrens lavender pants that I’m hoping are stretchy enough for my adult hips

I’ve been really into these super stretchy jeggings by yelete because they are basically leggings with pants pockets and come in fun colors, but they aren’t very well made and I’ve ripped like five out at the thighs and they’ve gone from being like 10-15 dollars to like 30-40 and I’m just not buying 40 dollar pants that I have to replace every year.

And I just ripped what I thought was my last pair of black ones so decided it was time for new kinds of pants so ordered like ten different options to try on for American eagle and old navy.

And then of course, right after I order the new pants, I discover a new pristine pair of black pants (in a larger size so less likely to rip) in my closet that I forgot about. Sigh… so I don’t really need new pants yet. But I guess I will eventually so probably for the best.

Also, whyyyy is everything high waisted now?? Some of us do not want pants constricting our tummies. Also also why are like half of all swim shorts “tummy control” just because I want shorts and not a bikini does not mean I want my tummy “controlled” I’d rather be comfy than look good any day
