oh my god today while packing to move cities (yes, again) i discovered one set of the old mixtapes i used to make back in high school and my god i was such a horrendous mix of emo × hip hop × classical music it's like the entire layout of level 99 of my adolescent backstory in one CD and now im just wondering how soon i can burn these boxes of tapes.... there's one that opens with city and colour, then goes straight into fort minor, then spill canvas, then that song about the boy who blocked his own shot, rilo kiley, all time low, kanye etc etc THE DAMN TAPE IS TITLED "at the worst, no one cares". my neurons are collectively experiencing nails on chalkboard levels of brainburm. my brainstem has disintegrated in the face of my own choice of music that, btw, people back then used to think was really cool and used to ask me for recs and tapes ALL THE TIME back in school esp when i transferred in from singapore and now im just like my god im responsible for all of you i did this to u.... and u wanted me to..... why........

also the first time i typed the word autocorrect changed mixtapes to mistakes and i mean in the context of the mixtape i put in the stereo just now has there ever been a moment this profound? nay there has not
