And although the air-conditioning was in every room and corridor of the spider society, that in no way prevented members from dressing a little more lightly, although some might find this a sign of a lack of professionalism, one in particular, needless to mention, whose name began with Mi and ended with Guel.

Today was a fairly hot day, and all the spiders were practically fighting for ice cubes, a spot of coolness that would bring them comfort. Many of them were dressed in shorts, a variety of shirts, t-shirts, skirts and even tank tops.

So you seized the opportunity and put on a summer dress. It was charming, in your favourite colour, not too long and not too short, stopping just above the knees, with a beautifully plunging neckline to show off your curves. It was light, incredibly comfortable to wear, and needless to say that in spider society, it was a change to see you like this.

Like most of the members, people were used to seeing you in your suit, or in civilian clothes that could be considered professional. But this dress? It was a little ray of freshness.

Miguel was chatting in the cafeteria with Jessica and Peter, all having a serious discussion that you were supposed to join. You entered the cafeteria, looking around for them.

"Oh, hey over here!" called Peter to you with a smile, "Oh. My. God. What's the occasion for you dressing like that?"

Miguel, who until now had been stubbornly focused on getting Peter to stand still for this meeting, huffed before turning his head and...

Because it was made of pixels and produced by a refined technological composite, he didn't suffer from the heat. Jess was wearing a t-shirt and cycling shorts, Peter a shirt and trousers, and you your summer dress.

Jess and Peter exchanged a quick glance, a mischievous smile stretching across their lips. Most of the elite and close teammates knew about your relationship with Miguel, and although he wasn't always the most public about your relationship, he cared about you immensely, and they both could only imagine the effect you were having on him.

"So, what did I miss?" you asked.

Jess started to explain the situation, but Miguel wasn't really listening. His eyes were obviously riveted on you, and even when he tried to refocus on the conversation, his thoughts and eyes were redirected in your direction as if magnetised.

Ghost trick!!!! Loved this game it was exactly what I expected from a Shu Takumi game. I do hope they plan to make a sequel or crossover, I really loved the mechanics of this game.

Summary

Shu Takumi has done it again (even though this is a remaster lol). What and incredible mystery game with really fun mechanics. There were definitely a couple times I was stumped on what to do or was stuck bc I missed my window of opportunity, but I think it worked well since the puzzles were difficulty and you couldn't just immediately breeze past them all. I also really enjoyed gaining missile's abilities later and having to think of the puzzles in different ways. The characters and animations/sprites were really fun. There's so much personality in them without even saying a word. The game also reveals character information in a really good way as you slowly learn more about the mystery of the game yet also feels like you're getting farther from learning who you are. I also just love how this game is just made with so much love for Takumi's real pets and how Sissel ended up being Yomiel's beloved cat... what a sweet ending oh my god. Each level had such a fun and unique design while also adding a twist to the puzzle, like the stealth level or submarine sinking level. The game also has many unlockable achievements to encourage replayability as well as concept art and other illustrations to unlock. There's so much added to this game and you can really feel the love and care the team put into this game, I hope there are more Ghost Trick games in the future or hopefully even a Ghost trick x Ace Attorney crossover -- I wonder how that would play out esp with Maya's spirit abilities. All in all, such a sweet and fun game. Not too long either. Can't wait to replay it to get all the achievements and make fanart!

-summary: i was expecting to dislike this episode as rens downfall but i was not expecting to hate it so extremely. The way they treat ren is so disrespectful that i cannot imagine ever liking takanosuke again without remembering this. Not to mention it souring the rest of the cast. I think i complain a lot about the treatment of women to the point i worry its become desensitized on this blog but this episode left me feeling terrible. Seeing depictions like this genuinely make me feel pushed aside and depowered as they take away my ability to be recognized as a person just because of my gender. An awful episode with very few redeeming qualities and i see no excuse for rens treatment.

Ghostbusters II (1989) Thoughts

Short version: I really enjoyed the movie and I’m so glad they got the original cast back to reprise their roles. I wish the role of Janine had stayed a bit more similar to the character she was written to be in the first movie, but all in all I think it was great!

BnHA Chapter 292: You Say Jeans

Previously on BnHA: Horikoshi was all “well anyway here’s that Touya reveal I foreshadowed like a million years ago, viva la 2020.” Dabi was all “hello world, I’ve killed 30 people and today I’m going to explain to you all why” before he proceeded to explain ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but everyone was so distracted by his tale of child abuse and hero conspiracies that they didn’t much seem to notice. Can’t Ya See-Kun’s Shark Friend was all “IS THIS THE END OF HERO SOCIETY AS WE KNOW IT”, and Horikoshi was all “STAY TUNED”, and then Dabi set himself on fire and leaped off of Machia’s back like the chaotic evil, I-just-bleached-all-my-brain-cells weird little fire man he is, ready to burn everyone to crispy bits before they could even react properly to his whole big revenge speech. Fortunately he did not succeed on account of THE RETURN OF THE JING, THE JOAT, BEST FUCKING JEANIST, back from the dead by popular demand in what critics are calling “the best fucking comeback since Jesus himself.”

Today on BnHA: Best Jeanist snatches up Machia and the rest of the League with his fiber steel cables before you can say “more like BEAST JEANIST amirite.” Dabi gets all worked up and lights Hadou on fire which is a real JERK MOVE, and is all “THIS RIGHT HERE IS ALSO ENDEAVOR’S FAULT”, which, NOT SUPER CONVINCED ON THAT, BUT OKAY. Anyway so then he burns up all the cables holding him which is crazeballs btw, and then he and Shouto start fighting, and so basically the whole thing is a literal hot mess and we’ll see how that goes. Meanwhile Tomura wakes up and summons some Noumus, and poor Jeanist has to deal with those on top of the still-attempting-to-rampage Gigantomachia, and everyone else is all “we can’t help you on account of we’re all half dead”, and so it’s looking really bad. And then -- and I can’t stress enough how much I don’t even have the faintest idea how to segue into this next part -- the chapter ends with Mirio!?! just sort of POPPING UP OUT OF THE GROUND all, “SURPRISE, BITCH”, and it literally was so surprising that I am still just kind of speechless. WELL-PLAYED, I GUESS, lol wtf.

The downtown streets of the city bustled in the bright summer morning. Commuters walked swiftly to their jobs, ignoring the hundreds of thousands of others walking in the same pattern as them. Among the crowded sidewalk, Ben Solo nonchalantly made his normal route to work. His black messenger bag hung off his shoulder as he skimmed his company’s new grant proposal. His lukewarm coffee was in his other hand as he re-read what he was up until 2 A.M. working on. He couldn’t help but grin at his work, it felt like a weight was lifted off his shoulders. Soon, he would be able to finally visit his mom and dad for the weekend. He had felt so guilty putting it off for weeks now, but had to get this done. 

He had been thinking about what flowers his mom would like when a quick and surprising force knocked into his right shoulder, knocking his coffee all over his navy button down…and on his grant proposal. He stopped in the center of the sidewalk, passerby filtering around him, not even caring about what just happened. He gaped at the mess on him. Anger swelled in his chest. He looked up in time to see the culprit who just ruined his morning. He saw the back of a head, tied up in a messy bun. She flew by in an army green bomber jacket with a tan canvas backpack bouncing as she swirled around the strangers of the city. 

With a quick glance to nothing in particular, she shouted out as loud as she could, “Sorry!”

Ben’s heart suddenly became sore. Something ached in his gut and his head hurt like a dream he was trying really hard to remember.

As a lord, Kylo had a duty at birth to take care of his people. He would provide, care and try to give his best to make sure they would thrive for generations. This meant that his life was planned since he was born, especially when a lord overseas had a baby girl when he was ten. The engagement was announced after Kylos father and the foreign lord had agreed that a trade would keep the two lands at peace until the marriage on the girls 20th birthday. 

Kylo had heard of her, that she was born on a stormy day, but the moment she cried when she entered the world, a ray of sunshine broke through the gray clouds into the castle of Niima. Throughout the years, Kylo had heard about Rey through letters between his father and the Lord of Niima. She was a fiery little girl who enjoyed getting dirty, playing in the stables and wanted to learn how to sword fight. Kylo had thought it was unladylike and didn’t pose a good image for anyone in relation to her. Then, the Lord had decided to visit Chandrila to finally have Kylo and Rey meet. At 16, Kylo was a studious boy who occasionally would glance at the young kitchen maids as they passed by him the dinner table. At six, Rey was an adventurous girl who arrived to the castle of Chandrila is mud and sticks. Kylo grimaced at the dirty child and groaned at the thought of having to have her in his company for the rest of his life. She laughed at him when she caught him with a girl in a dark hallway. He scowled at her when he watched her play sword with his uncle in the courtyard. She made his blood boil! It seemed like everyone liked her, everyone but him! She was an annoying, gross, intrusive little brat!

He sighed in relief when she was finally sailed back home…far away from him, until next time. 

When he was thirty, it was time to take over his fathers legacy. Lord Han had passed a few years prior, and Kylo had reigned the land since then. He had been doing a wonderful job, until the council finally aid that the marriage had to happen. He had to prepare for a Lady and soon, heirs. Kylo had wondered what the young Rey would be like at 20. He had hoped she was a reserved, calm young woman who would listen to her future husband, or anyone for that matter. He stood at the entrance with his mother and rest of the castle staff as they welcomed the Lord and his daughter again. 

But when the Lord stepped out with his engaged daughter at his hand, Kylo’s breath got caught in his throat and his body suddenly became very warm.

She was an angel. 

Rey of Niima was downed in a light gray, flowing dress. The summer sun gave her tan freckled skin a glowing radiance that Kylo couldn’t pull his eyes away from. Her petite figure caused images to run through his mind, clenching his fists. Her tight corset didn’t help with his imagination. She was absolutely gorgeous. Thick chestnut locks piled on her head, with loose strands framing her face. Her eyes showed determination and strength. She held herself in an elegant fashion and Kylo could only imagine kissing that smirk off her face. She wasn’t a little girl. She was a woman. She was his bride. His queen. Leia gave a small chuckle and mumbled under her breath, “uh oh.” 

A ball was held that night in celebration before the wedding the next day. The room was filled with food, merriment and cheer. Ale was constantly poured and dancing was non-stop. Kylo was seated at the head of one of the tables, but his eyes grazed over the entire party. He searched for his bride-to-be. He had only heard her brief “thank you” when they had talked at their arrival and her voice was so sweet, he craved for more. 

“I do think there was someone who wanted some fresh air.” His mother started calmly, before bringing a goblet to her lips. Kylo rolled his eyes at his mother, but as he stood to leave, he placed a quick kiss on her temple. 

The young Lord hurried out to the courtyard. The bright moon illuminated the summer night. He felt his heartbeat in his ears in anxiousness as he looked for the young woman. 

“Good evening, milord.” A calm voice spoke behind him. He turned to find the beauty he was looking for. She had changed into a white gown, lace details on her bodice made her look more heavenly than Kylo had ever imagined. The only thing he thought would be better on her was nothing. 

“Good evening.” He stated. She had to feel as strong as he did, right? This marriage would work, it had to, there was no other choice. 

“You’ve grown into quite a Lord.” She hadn’t moved from her spot, her hands delicately held in front of her, emphasizing her chest. 

“A Lord with a future wife by his side,” he eyed her up and down, stalking towards her in the shadows, “You have also grown into quite a woman. I must say, I’m impressed at how you have finally grown out of your childish nonsense. I was a afraid my future bride would be a child fore-“ 

The lord was caught off guard by the woman, pushed into the stone wall of the castle. Her forearm pressed against his throat. His eyes widened at her sudden act that he froze for a moment. 

“You listen here you entitled, ignorant fool. You have been a thorn in my side for as long as I can remember. You were a cold, distant, selfish boy when I was little and now we have to spend the rest of our lives together. I’m not a little girl anymore, I know you saw that when I arrived. I’m not naive either, I’m aware that I’ve been molded for your…desire.” She glanced down his body, her face flushing red, but continued.

“But know this, I care about my people just as much as you care about yours. I will do anything I have to to protect our lands. I will be your wife, your bride, the..mother of your children. However, I am your equal. You will be my husband, and you will aid my father and land in any assistance they require from now until death. We are in this, together. Is that understood?” 

Kylo could only nod. 

She released her grip on him and turned back to the celebration inside. She could feel his eyes on her as she flaunted her figure on her way out. Thank god he couldn’t see her blush.

Kylo had sighed at the image of her.

Ben felt like he just had a crazy dream. He was brought back to the sidewalk like no time had passed. How long was he gone? Where the fuck did he even go? He glanced ahead to the army green bomber that was only a few feet ahead of him. He had to get to her. 

Rey.

Was this the woman in the gray dress? They had the same voice, did they share the same face? The same memories? The same feelings? He felt the dampness of the coffee soak on his skin, causing him to smell like old coffee grounds. But it was forgotten as he hurried to catch up to her swift figure. She weaved through people like she had done it for years. It took him some time to move, thanks to his towering height and bulky body. He groaned as he continuously apologized to passerby…ironic. Upon further glance, he saw her tight skinny jeans and how they hugged her so well. It didn’t take long for the crowd to settle as she turned to a less densely populated street. She picked up her pace, causing Ben to curse as he hiked up his bag, the proposal crumpled in his large hands. He tried to keep his distance, not wanting to look so obvious following the girl just a few feet ahead of him. If she didn’t know him, or got scared of this tall man following her, he would hate himself for the rest of his life.

She slowed down as she arrived at a coffee shop, swinging the door open and practically jumping through the entrance.

‘Jesus, she’s quick on her feet.’ Ben commented to himself. 

He finally caught his breath at the shop. Too eager, he swung the door open too, causing the hinges to reel it back and smack into his side as he gazed into the shop. 

The front of the shop window welcomed natural light from the summer sun, with an exposed brick wall all around the perimeter. The far left corner had a light blue counter with an array of pastries, desserts and sandwiches behind a glass wall. A large letter board menu took up the back, hanging over coffee machines and espresso makers.

He found her walking to the back where white wood booths lined the back wall. She hurried to a table with two other men seated.

He wanted to run over and hug the two, as if they were old friends and they were surprising him. His heart hurt as he watched the three friends reunite, set up their computers and paperwork at the table.

“Come on Ben!” Poe had tugged his much taller friend towards the celebration. The two U.S. soldiers scurried in the NYC streets to the Victory Parade. Thousands of people gathered at the edge to see the floats while soldiers of the 82nd Airborne Division marched down the pavement. The chilly January air didn’t stop Ben and Poe from dressing in their uniforms, proud to show that they fought for their country. The childhood friends stood tall and proud in their green uniforms, hat and tie in all as hundreds around them celebrated the long awaited victory. Poe could see a few women glance in their direction, and couldn’t help but send a wink. Ben however wasn’t feeling as interested in the women around him. Too caught up in the war, he never had much time to think about dating or finding his gal. After this weekend, he planned to go back to London to help repair the city. Seeing it destroyed while he was deployed over seas tugged this heart. He had to help clean it up, and maybe he would go elsewhere, travel. There wasn’t much holding him back to the States anyway. 

“Do you see Finn? He’s with the Triple Nickles out there,” Poe stood on his toes, looking out for his missing friend, “he said he brought a girl over from London. A real pretty thing! Her name was Kay, or was it May?” He shrugged.

After the parade, Ben and Poe searched in the ending parade for Finn and his date. Ben tried to use his height to his advantage and helped find him. 

“Finn! Buddy!” Ben turned to find Poe run off towards a dark skinned man and embrace. He caught up as Finn spoke.

“Fellas, this is Rey!” Behind Finn was the most beautiful woman Ben had ever seen. Her chestnut victory rolls made her look pristine and untouched. Her pale pink button down coat only accentuated her incredible smile.

He’s seen her before, right? He had to based on her reaction seeing him too. Her gaze never left his as she went to shake his hand. 

“It’s a pleasure.” She spoke as if only to him. Her warm, soft hand disappeared into his. He wanted to pull her flush against his body and hold her like they were long, lost lovers.

“Have..have we met before?” He couldn’t help but ask. His deep voice scratchy from not speaking since they arrived to the parade, “Perhaps in London?”

Finn and Poe looked to Rey in curiosity. The young U.S. soldiers could tell something already sparked between the two strangers.

“I…I don’t think so. I don’t think I could forget a face like yours.” She smiled. A blush crept from Bens neck all the way to his ears, poking out from underneath his black locks. 

Oh boy, he was smitten.

Slowly, Ben made his way to the booth. It took every ounce in him not to run and hug them. Her back was turned towards him while the men - Poe and Finn - were seated on either side of the booth. She had a notebook in hand, discussing something that sounded like a potential article story. 

His heart started pounding as he made his way closer. He missed her. He missed her so much. He wanted to feel her in his arms as they hugged, feel her tremble in pleasure beneath him, feel her belly as it grew with his child, feel her wrinkles along her cheeks as they grew old together. It’s like they’ve done it a hundred times and he wanted to do it a hundred times more. He gently placed his messenger bag on the ground as he took a closer step. A crumpled grant proposal sat beside it, forgotten. 

When Ben felt Finn and Poe lock eyes with him from behind her, his breath - as well as theirs - caught in their throats. Poe stopped fidgeting with his pen, and Finn’s jaw slightly dropped. However, even in their confused eyes, he saw some sort of recognition. They knew him, they remembered him. He could only imagine what memories the three friends would make together this time, in this life. He was so excited. 

But that could wait. Now, he needed her to remember.

“Ben!” 

The young jedi would know that voice anywhere. It was her, his other half. She was okay. The redeemed man looked around the ship dock as pilots and resistance members ran around him. The falcon had brought him home, brought him to her. The battle was won, a personal one between him and the now deceased Palpatine. The internal struggle he experienced through years of torment was gone. After Ben Solo was reborn from the ashes of Kylo Ren, he knew he had to get home, to his friends, to his mother, to his love. 

“Ben!” He heard again. Where was she?! He turned and looked up and down, searching for the love of his life. 

Then he sensed her. Gate C, second level.

He saw her hurry down the stairs, practically skipping every step. Her white cloth fluttered behind her as she sprinted towards him. She dodged each person swiftly on her feet, nothing stopping her to feeling Ben safe in her arms. When they reached for each other, the warmth, the loneliness, the need for each other was satisfied. Rey wrapped her arms around his neck, holding so tight, she thought she would choke him. Ben pulled her into his body and finally felt himself take a real, deep breath. A breath of freedom, of love. Her warmth filled him with hope of a future, many futures, together. He lifted her from the ground and held her. The world stopped around them.

He felt a shudder from her as she held back a sob.

“It’s okay, I’m alright. Shh.” He cooed into her ear. Her face was hidden his shoulder. Her tears staining his black tunic, drenched in sweat, dirt and blood. But he was safe, alive, in the arms of his love. 

She pulled back, her bright brown eyes glimmered with tears. Strands of hair stuck to her forehead and Ben thought she was the most beautiful thing when she gave a sweet smile. He sighed when he felt her warm hand against his cheek, and nothing could stop him from leaning to taste the sweetness of her lips. Rey froze for a moment, never having felt a sensation like this, but it was almost like she already knew what she was doing. Her fingers delicately made their way into his hair as she closed the gap between them, desperate to have her heart touch his. She had to feel it beat, to know he was truly here. 

With the chaos of the outside world around them, the two jedi simply held onto each other, never to be parted again.

“Guys?” Her accent had not changed a bit. Goosebumps peppered Ben’s skin as she turned in wonder.

“What are y-“ Her eyes caught his mid-sentence. 

She stopped.

Her eyes widened.

She remembered.

Ben didn’t know what to do. But he felt himself get choked up. He shook, wanting to hold her like the millions of times he had before. He felt himself complete just looking at her. But now, to be with her all over again, was enough to make him cry. 

A tear fell down his cheek when she dropped her notebook and ran into his arms. The force of her impact into his chest was one of the happiest blows in his entire being. Rey’s cries of happiness were music to his ears, his silent sobs intertwining with hers. Her fingers played with his hair at the nape of his neck, just how he liked it. She had done it after he had a stressful day, or after they forgave each other after a bad fight. It had felt so good to be somewhere so safe, familiar. Her arms. 

Ben felt a hand on his shoulder and opened his tear filled eyes. Poe and Finn stared at him in happiness and support at the reunion, knowing that after this, they would have to catch up.

The gang put the computers and paperwork away. Four warm cups of coffee sat amongst the friends as they chatted away on what they were working on in their present lives. 

Poe and Finn talked about how they and Rey were lucky enough to get internships at a magazine company together. Finn had been talking to a TA, Rose and they were planning on going on a date. Poe got a dog after he moved into the city, who he loved more than his vintage leather pilot jacket (which is saying a lot). Giggles and tales of small adventures filled while Ben held Rey on their side of the booth with blood shot eyes and the occasional sniffle into a tissue. His hand rubbed her arm in soothing, slow motions. She would squeeze her free hand into his to let him know she was thinking about him. 

For once again, they had found each other. And they were ready to finish this new lifetime, together.

Summary: Thomas had a wonderful dream he unfortunately forgot about. The sides lead him to the subconscious to search for it with Remy’s help. He finds long forgotten memories of his sides, things they rather forget and threw there. Why are the yellow memories the most predominant? What is it that Deceit wanted so bad to forget?

Ships: platonic DLAMP, romantic Roceit (maybe, still deciding…), Remy is a flirt but he is completely platonic.

Warnings: sympathetic Deceit and Remus (although they’re just mentioned in this one.) cursed words because I’m a heathen. If i need to tag something else lmk.

With Thomas pacing in his living room it was only a matter of time before the sides appeared. The brunette instantly running to talk to them, especifically, to Roman.

“Roman! What did I dream about yesterday!?” he exclaimed, excited.

“Actually, you must have certainly dreamed it today, since you went to sleep after midnight, meaning…” started Logan, being ignored by everyone once he started rambling. Thomas directed his attention to Roman yet again.

“Uh… pardon moi?” said the creative side.

“Is-is that french? … How do you know french? First spanish now french it just doesn’t make sense to me…” murmured Logan.

“Well! I’m glad you asked! Of course he knows them!” exclaimed Patton, his smile make them all prepared for what was coming. “After all they’re ROMANce languages!”

“… Oh god, no.” facepalmed Logan. While Virgil, who had been very quiet let out a snort.

“I mean partly yeah…” said Roman, hand on his chin.

“Wait, really?” spoke at unison the moral and logic sides.

“My dream!” insisted Thomas.

“Oh, right. Sorry for that figurative tangent…” apologized Logan, focusing on Thomas once more.

“Look, I had this amazing dream you wouldn’t believe!” he exclaimed, arms up in the air.

“Oh! oh! What was it about!?!” said Patton, jumping excitedly.

“That’s the problem! I have no idea!” huffed Thomas, now holding his head. “All I remember is me thinking I could make that into a video…”

“Oh… ”

“I hate that” said Roman echoing Virgil who looked at him in surprise, sharing a little smile.

“My best ideas go to waste that way!” continued Roman, looking back at Thomas.

“Do them? Is there no way to get them back?” Thomas sighed when Roman shook his head.

“Well…” said Logan, fixing his tie. “There might be one way…” earning hopeful looks from Roman and Thomas, he coughed. Virgil and Patton looked at him with confusion. Until he raised an eyebrow.

“OH! oh! oh! yesss” exclaimed Patton, realizing what the logical side meant. Virgil was the next one to understand.

“Do we really?” said the purple side, making a face.

“What? What’s happening?” asked Thomas, looking at all of them.

“They want to go to the subconscious now…” grumbled Virgil. “But…”

“But..? is it dangerous..?”

“Not at all!” Roman said making a pose with his arms.

“Well no, but Remy is… an interesting character.” murmured the anxious side.

“Now, now, Virgil, we don’t judge someone for their personality.” scolded softly Patton.

“Remy? Is he another side!?” questioned Thomas, excitement clear on his face.

“Not quite, the best way to call him would be…uh, a function.” said Logan. “He is sleep.” he explained. There was a beat of silence.

“That b**ch.” Thomas said, and Virgil started making sounds of agreement.

“Kiddo!” scolded again Patton.

“We’re not sure how long the dream will stay in the subconscious, tho.” mumbled Virgil. “or if that dude keeps track of them…”

“Nonsense, I’m sure Sleep has an organizing system that will allow us to…”

“Yeah, no.” interrupted, Roman. “I know the guy, he hangs out in the imagination a lot. And believe me when I say…he doesn’t seem like the type.” shrugged Roman.

“Well, what was the word-oh right, sh*t.”

“Language!” shushed Patton. Crossing his arms.

“None of that explains why I need this…” added Thomas, holding up a cup of Starbucks coffee.

“You don’t think he’s just going to help us for the goodness of his heart, right?” answered, Virgil, making a face.

“Of course he would! We all just want to help Thomas!” exclaimed Patton.

“Tell that to my insomnia…” whispered Thomas.

“uh? I didn’t catch that…?”

“He didn’t throw you anything?” questioned Logic.

“No, it’s-” Thomas sighed, massaging his temple. “just forget it.” he said, which earned him frowns from both sides.

Roman and Virgil were trying really hard to hold back their laughters.

When they finally made it to the subconscious Thomas was tired, after many unsuccessful attempts of making thomas fall asleep and almost deciding to just knock him out, they finally made it. Looking around, he find himself shivering. It was empty, everything around them was black, and the air seemed heavy.

“Guuuurrrrl, I could smell that from miles away.” was the only thing Thomas heard before the cup of coffee was taken from from (almost along with his hand). “This is the good sh*t!”

“Language.” automatically scolded Patton.

“OMG, Patty, my gurl. It’s so f**king nice to see you!” said Remy, Thomas guessed, while the guy put his arm across Patton’s shoulders. “I cannot f**king believe how many time has passed since y'all visited, you ungrateful b**ches.” he continued with a smirk, making Patton’s eye twitch.

“Why is my personality so weird?” asked himself Thomas.

“Well, he’s not…” started Logan.

“I’m not part of your personality, gurl. I’m my own kind of weird. Anyway! Thanks for the coffee, it was a nice detail, now If you excuse me…”

“Wow! Wait a f**king minute!” exclaimed Virgil.

“Language…” murmured Patton again, crossing his arms, defeated.

“Geez, of course you wouldn’t come here just to say hi! Y'all are the same, At least Dee-Dee pretends he wants to make conversation…” said Remy, as he started walking towards somewhere. Thomas didn’t know where, since everything was surrounded by darkness.

“Dee-Dee?” asked Logan, pushing his glasses up his nose, where they moved when Remy grabbed his arm. Thomas found his being grabbed to.

“Deceit comes here?” asked Virgil with a suspicious tone. “Why?” Remy just smiles, looking back at anxiety.

“Well of course, same as you.” he answered, putting his head in Thomas’s shoulder. “It wouldn’t be fair if I only let you guys do it.”

Logan nodded, as if agreeing. Patton gave a shivering Roman a side hug while Virgil crossed his arms, huffing. Thomas look at all of them, confusion clear in his eyes.

“I mean, even trash boy leaves things sometimes! But it’s rare.”

“Remus?” questioned Virgil.

“No, It’s Remy.” said sleep, making Thomas laugh at the reference. This made the guy look at him and Thomas finally was able to look back at him.

He had Ray-Ban glasses, he wondered if he could actually see with them on this dark place. His attire screamed bad boy but Thomas had alredy heard him talk, Remy was none of that. Leather jacket and all. The guy smirked at him and winked, at least that’s what Thomas thought, since he couldn’t see his eyes.

Before he realized, they were already walking on a long hallway. He startled a little, making sleep laugh.

“Don’t worry, babe. I got you.” He murmured.

Thomas nodded, looking around, the hallway was as dark as the entrance, or well, the place they arrived into. He wondered if Remy had just made it look into something he would find more normal to make him less nervous.

As they walked, framed pictures started to show up in the black walls, giving them a little bit of life. The more they walked the more frames there were. Thomas noticed the pictures moved, as if it was some kind of memory recorded and put there. The frames too, were of different colors.

“I don’t have to remind you guys not to touch those, right?” spoke the function, pulling Thomas closer to him when the brunette got too close for comfort to a green frame. “I would specifically avoid grabbing those, hun. If even Rem-Rem wanted that out of his head…” he shivered. “Oof, cannot imagine what would unsettled that dude. Knowing him.”

“What are them?” asked Thomas.

“Memories! There’s a bunch of yours too, but I keep those in a different place.” answered Remy, sipping his coffee. He had Logan crouching next to him, walking funny because of the height difference and because he never let go of his arm.

“Also why are you pulling Logan too…? I mean I understand me but…”

“Ha! This hot babe is more curious than you think. I don’t trust him not to try and poke one in the name of ‘science’…” while he said that he made sure he pulled Logan even closer. “He is also very handsome and I rather have him close if you know what I mean.” he whispered only for him.

“I-”

“You are rather cute yourself!”

“I think that’s quite enough!” huffed Roman, making Thomas jump in fright, he had been quiet since they arrived there.

Remy stopped and turned, linking Thomas and Logan’s arms together. The former looked at the logical side for answers, but Logan just shrugged, holding him closer.

“Ro-Ro don’t be jealous!” said Remy, hugging the creative side. “you know you’re my favorite!” despite himself, Roman couldn’t stopped the tiny smile in his face.

“Well of course!” he said, making a grand gesture with his arms.

“After Dee-Dee!”

“Wait, what!?” said Roman, Virgil and Thomas at the same time. Patton only giggled and Logan shook his head.

“He visits the most, of course I love him!” said as he return to his previous position between Thomas an Logan. “You should come to our pijama parties, raven.”

“I’m good, thanks.” was Virgil’s sarcastic response.

“Oh! Oh! Can I come? Sounds so fun!” jumped Patton.

“Of course!”

“Yaaaaaay.” celebrated the moral side.

“Patton!?”

“Oh, come on kiddo, he can’t be that bad if Remy likes him right?” plead the dad side.

“You can’t trust this guy’s judgment…” insisted Virgil.

“Ohoho no, he’s a total bitch.” interrupted sleep. “That’s exactly why I love him.”

They kept bickering and Thomas was getting even more tired. He looked around once more, watching the moving pictures in the frames, almost like Harry Potter’s! He thought, excitedly. He watched closely but making sure he didn’t touched any by accident. He didn’t know what would happen but he wasn’t going to chance it.

As he payed more attention he noticed the frames were not in any specific order, they were also diferent colors and shapes, it certainly made the walls look less gloomy. He also noticed one more thing.

“Are the yellow ones from Deceit?” he asked, stopping the voices, he hadn’t noticed how loud they were now that even Logan had joined them.

“Uh… What makes you say that?” asked Remy instead of answering.

“Well, you said Remus’s were the green ones. I’m pretty sure I saw Roman in one of the red ones, and the purples can’t be anyones but Virgil's…” Thomas looked back at the other’s, Logan was smiling at him while fixing his glasses.

“Great deductions, Thomas, I’m very proud.” Logic said, making Thomas blush and smile a little.

“That makes the dark blues Logan’s and the light blues Patton’s.” he finished, hand on his neck. Remy smirked.

“Yeah, pretty much.”

“But…” said this time Patton, frowning worriedly. “There are so many…”

Nobody had really noticed how the yellow frames took most of the walls, even more so, as they walked ahead. You could almost miss it at the amount of purples and light blues that also filled the other wise blank spaces. But Patton was right. Yellow was predominant.

“Well, I did say he visited me the most, didn’t I?” shrugged Remy, holding Thomas’s hand. “But is whatever, let’s find that dream you’ve been looking for, Tom-Tom, It shouldn’t be too hard since it’s so recent.”

“Oh… Uh, alright…”

So our favorite nerds dropped THIS GLORIOUS GEM today, which is the most extra tour announcement in the history of tour announcements in the form of a love letter about the band itself and I LOVE IT SO MUCH. In fact, I love it so much I made a GIANT LIST of everything that I love and/or noticed, in this video in which My Chemical Romance do not actually even personally appear. So, without further ado...

A LIST OF THINGS I LOVED IN THE SUMMONING VIDEO:

- The fact that they used a MEME as the BASIS of this BEAUTIFUL VIDEO. So extra.

- PANSY. I wouldn't have caught it if not for Frank's insta but of COURSE he wanted to shine a light on one of our fave guitars!

- ALL THE SONG REFERENCES:  NJ Dept of Corrections mug for Prison, the gas mask for Teenagers/Black Parade, the Hotel Bella Muerta key ahhhhh.

- The KILLJOYS jacket on the clothes rack!! THE PHOTOS, omg.  So obviously people they've lost -- their manager, relatives, Frank's dogs, and then did anyone else notice that they included a picture of Dixie, Bob Bryar's german shepherd that died under mysterious circumstances?? (If they bring back Bob I will be the happiest of happy.)  Also the Our Lady of Sorrows and a switchblade there, nice seque towards Bullets-era, esp with Romance playing.

- Didn't Lyn-Z get Gerard a cloak for christmas one year then he called himself a cloak lord?? I feel like that was mentioned on one of Worm's gaming livestreams, that one where they played D&D and Gerard was the dungeon master.  Anyway my point is that cloaks are awesome and I appreciate Gerard's dedication to bringing them back. Let’s all live the cloak lord life 2020.

-RUN followed by the Draculoids knocking, ahhh. keep running indeed!

-THE OMINOUS GUITAR RIFF.  OMG. First of all awesome, secondly, DEFINITELY 'THE HELL OF IT' FROM PHANTOM OF THE PARADISE. (which is awesome and if you like mcr you'll love it, they love it too)

-Then the door to the Bullets club!  RAY'S MEDIC HELMET, awww, and the skull neon light, and all the new wave vampires! ( Does this reference inspirations as well as eras? because there's a heavy vibe of MIkeyway's taste in music and Blade Runner neon here, right?? Plus we all know what an inspiration Phantom of the Paradise is on them). THE GRAFITTI WALL, with the xoxo's and UNLEASH THE BATS and saints... protect her now, and DIE IN THE DESERT (desert song maybe??)

- Sexy vampire action! Vampires will never hurt you, of course.

- STARVED TO DEATH IN THE LAND OF PLENTY sign from the Black Parade video is in the background by the bar!! 

-ahhh now through a new door into the land of Revenge.  I love how the tone immediately shifts from party to funeral, with the Demolition Lovers and the same program as from the Helena video, and then Helena herself! Seeing the Draculoids here feels like such a strange crossover, even though it's the same band. I LOVE that the kid ducks into a confession booth (who else misses priest!gerard amirite) and then the matches say FIRE AT WILL on them, which is one of the best lines of Thank You for the Venom.

-I really, really love that he went from confessional to coffin, that's such a gorgeous transition, especially given that the Black Parade was about the journey through death.  The hospital feels even more stark and clinical after the neon of the club and the muted candlelight of the church, and i love the contrasts so so much.

-The shifting Rorschach test has to be a reference to Watchmen, right, and Rorschach's ever-shifting mask? I just watched Desolation Row last night marveling at how that might have been the peak hotness for the entire band. That video is *chef's kiss* from the giant hole in Gerard’s pants, Frank spitting and bending himself up everywhere, Mikeyway’s face, Ray’s guitar god poses... ANYWAY BACK TO THE NEW SHIT

-THE TRANS AM. man i loved the whole sun-soaked dusty apocalypse aesthetic of the Killjoys era.

-The explosion-- that has to be the band breaking up,right? destroying the old, as the kid throws himself through the new door, into the current era. i love the candle-lit witchy vibes. and i am SO SO SO HOPING THAT THIS SHOWS US WHAT THE NEW ALBUM'S ERA IS GOING TO BE. Revisiting the past, but showing there's still more to come, there are still new worlds to explore, more stories to unfold.  idk I think I am looking too deeply into it but THEN AGAIN PROBABLY SO DID GERARD

-Does an eight-point star have significance? I don’t know enough about witchy things.

- I love that they just had the Ouija board say YES as they show an arena; I have missed their devotion to theatrics so much. Is it necessary to do all this? No, but god, it's so much FUN and they have so much care and passion for what they do.

My experience meeting the one and only Darren Hayes

What a wild ride was the last weekend for me, but now in my home I can recap and share with you all my experience and photos meeting the one and the most beautiful: Darren Hayes. What an experience oh my God! Without knowing him more than through the social media and the times I have been able to talk to him (once on the phone and several on Twitter and Fb) I felt like I was seeing an old friend again, zero insecurity or shyness, well that’s my personality ;)

He is  the most handsome in person, the most attentive, before our hug he kissed my hand, thanked me very much for attended and throughout the night that we spoke several times, he told me 3 times that I looked very beautiful (OMG :O :O)

In the next picture you can see the big smile we both have and it is because at that moment of turning to pose, we both said in perfect sync 'OMG!' which we found it very funny XD. I gave him a gift and a letter from my son, at that moment he saw it and he loved it.

Because we took a little bit longer in our greeting, a professional photographer of the place took us 2 pictures together too, I think I was to the only fan with whom they took a picture like that :D I'm going to look for them to have them. 

Another incredible part of this trip were the fans I met, I add a picture (that I borrowed) with all of them, moments after it was taken, I called Darren who was very close to me, to be added to the photo with all the fans <3 I will also look for that photo because it was taken by another photographer from the place <3

Before going to dinner I asked a photo to his husband Richard Cullen, a great guy and very nice with his beautiful British accent, when I asked him to take the picture with me he says to me genuinely flattered 'oh my God they never ask me for pictures, what an honor' XD I introduced myself to him and told him I was coming from Mexico City, he answered me 'oh I visited Mexico but Chihuahua and Real de 14, but I did not go to Mexico City, I would like to go' <3

The dinner was spectacular, as well as the champagne, and the great awards ceremony which recognize different doctors for their contribution to the Ava's Heart organization that provides assistance and help to patients who received an organ transplant. A very elegant and glamorous event, I also add photos <3

It was time to hear Darren Hayes sing, what an epic moment! he still has his beautiful voice as always, I would say better than in his days with Savage Garden. He sang first "I Knew I Loved You" in a brilliant acoustic version, and he sang too "Ray Of Light" doing an incredible cover of the Madonna’s song 💜💜 I recorded it all of course, you can see my videos touching the song names ;)

At the end of his presentation I had another excuse to get closer to him because I took with me 2 CDs with the intention that he could sign them, when I approached to him, he says to me like old friends, 'oh my God, I was so nervous' - I said - 'but if you were amazing', - he replies - 'thank you but I am very nervous' (Oh god how sweet) then I asked him 'it would be possible if you sign my CD's?', he says 'of course' and asked me how to write my name correctly. He signed the 2 of them, the compilation of Savage Garden ‘The Singles’  and his last solo album which is my favorite 'Secret Codes and Battleships'. While he signed my CDs he said - I'm finishing my musical and hope to release it very soon, I'm so excited' I answered him - of course I'll be there on Broadway when you release it' - ‘thank you so much’ - he replies. After me, several fans came to ask for an autograph and he signed them in the programs of the event.

We the fans sorrounded him again and it was another opportunity to continue talking with him. I asked him if he could send a message to Mexico and Latin America and he did it with great pleasure, the video is beautiful, l also share it here. He handed me my last CD that he still had, and after a while of being with him with all the fans, I said goodbye to him with another hug and a kiss, he thanked me again for my attendance and the effort of having gone, he said 'I know it was not cheap but I'm so happy to meet you' I answered that I was so happy to meet him too and he finally said, 'well, we’ll keep in touch on social media right?’, 'of course’ was my answer :D:D

The place was getting empty, Darren was still there and there were only very few people, of all the fans, 5 girls we had a great chemistry and friendship and we continue adoring Darren and exchanging impressions in a bar near which we went to have a drink more ;)

That night in my hotel I checked all my photos and videos and obviously I almost could not sleep, I'm still in the clouds and I'll stay that way for days or weeks more. The dreams do come true and I have proven it many times in my life so, it is worth to keep dreaming but you have to put a date and a time to make it happen <3<3

Yesterday Darren retweet and replied my message saying “Loved meeting you too, Maru. xxx” <3 I have no doubt that I’m a damn lucky lady and I’m very spoiled by him ;P
