#Peace Breaks out#pbo#wexford#Nick blackburn#genderbent#Wex has totally been growing that braid out since elementary school#Bet one of her classmates/neighbors called her ugly or a boy and she angrily did everything she could to imitate adult women/models#Poor thing#She knows her real strength is her brain#Cotty is probably the prettiest girl (head cheerleader)#But Wex isn't too preoccupied with her looks fortunately just getting revenge on those who insult her#She's just petty like that#Pff guess you could say she's a green eyed monster XD#She definitely thinks boys are gross#Nick is Nick. She got her hair cut short the year before on a whim where before it was shoulder length#Tug was a bit worried about people making fun of her but even she has to admit it suits her better#And everyone likes Nick.#Especially Wexford.#don't you hate when it's the 40s and girls flirt with each other platonically and act super affectionate but you're GAY#my art

Wexford Lou showdown!! (Don't even know that guy but your art's making me curious)
And you don't have to do this one but it's just in my head because of this Brinker/Finny Finny/Gene Gene/Brinker ship game show competition I was thinking about the other day: the main characters of the books competing for best Knowles mc (a prestigious award)
^which I guess is just another showdown so maybe I'm in a trash tv mood XD
Now I am curious though, Wexford's newspaper reacting to and printing rumors about Finny's fall🤔
