Last night my character and his group were outside of a sketchy butchers shop, when they became surrounded by 6 drow on rooftoos. Our group consists of a water genassi monk, a dragonborn, a half ork, a wood elf, and me, a flaming gay male half dark elf changling.

Everyones taking their turns firing their arrows and using fire attacks. I decide I want to fuck with them and turn into a big ass pterodactyl, pick up the strongest one of them, fly 160 feet straight up into the air, and drop this motherfucker so he splats like slime. All i have to do is turn to the other 3 attackers and stare at them while i'm hovering. I have advantage on intimidation so they instantly cower and piss themselves. By their turn they've tucked tail and ran, but we catch and paralyze them. For shits and giggles i wanna check how big they're dicks are cause..you know... also, STILL A PTERODACTYL.

My DM never thought he'd have anyone roll for dick size... he rolled a 5. I got mad and literally dinosaur shit on this dudes face. He took 5 mental damage. Bwahahahah.

Man..... it’s annoying. WotC are bastards and DnD is by far from a perfect system. But like - it’s frustrating when WotC are being such cocks that you have to look for an alternative because like...

I like DnD. You know? It’s not perfect, but I do like it. I prefer a bit of a sanded down and edited version - a bit of house rules on spellcasting and mechanics, some in-campaign rewriting of the shittier bits of lore, if not using lore handmade for the campaign, etc - but as much as I enjoy other systems it’s frustrating to hear ‘just play something else’ because there’s a lot of it I like also!!! I like a lot of the skills! I like a lot of the way you do checks! I like the elemental resistances and strengths system!

So it’s just annoying that WotC are complete dickheads. Like man, I enjoy other systems (I’m in a MOTW campaign right now which I love) but I don’t want to HAVE to find something else when the problem is... a shitty company doing shitty things
