Followed by a lovely Valentine's dinner cooked by Matthew ❤️ wore my pretty new dress for the occasion even though we were just at home stuffing our faces and watching tv 😂 it was nice to get dolled up a little though!

Back to work today, it was nice to be back. Did a short little workout when I got home. Felt strong even though I didn't get to do as much as I wanted.

today's workout was not very good in the rdl department....didn't feel my glutes as i should have BUT the squats were great i didn't feel fatigued and i really felt all my muscles working as they should which i was very pleased with

Zmusiłam się wczoraj do wyjścia z do u i dotarłam na siłownię. Zmotywował mnie do tego fakt, że zapisałam się na FBW, a nie płaski brzuch jak sądziłam.
I dobrze! 218 kcal spalone :D to mój rekord.
Wyglądam z tym ręcznikiem jak dziadówa, ale jeden fitness szybkoschnący oddałam córce. No mam tak suchą i wrażliwą skórę, że mnie ciary przechodzą, jak mi się ten materiał wczepial w skórę. Fujka! Coś na zasadzie grzebania szczotką do włosów w kłębkach waty. No muszę mieć frontowy!
Dzisiaj sztangi! Idę! Sztang, pacierza oraz czerwonego wina nie odmawiam :)

Weds 21st August
Off work today to finish packing. We are just about there! Did a load of cleaning this morning while Matt walked Mags, then went shopping for the last few bits we needed. Matt went to watch his brother's dogs, Mags and I had a sneaky nap instead of packing her bags to go stay at his parents' for the week 🤫
Woke up feeling groggy af, but while I was trying to pull myself together I saw our super jacked neighbour outside in his tank top and thought I should probably work out 😂 and I'm glad I did bc I felt so good after!
