Kinda gay to keep a naked man in your greenhouse
#We really don't talk about the implications of the Hatchetfield Ape-Man#like Henry presumably put up some sort of flier advertising for a male actor willing to do full-frontal nudity#and Ted answered the add only to find out that the 'role' was being naked in a greenhouse#and he didn't even have to be naked#Like Henry could've gotten away with saying he introduced the quote-unquote 'ape-man' to pants.#but no#and he gets naked at the end of it so you can tell hes the one who suggested the nudity#like there are so many other ways to fund your musical henry you dont need to keep a naked man in your house to try and woo some rich lady#someone introduce henry to gofundme please#🪓⏰️

"Homophile organization publications had always looked at their more daring physique counterparts with envy. In the wake of the Manual v. Day decision, they had already begun to resemble physique magazines. After 1967, with the threat of prosecution removed, they adopted a similar racy format. Vector, published by San Francisco's Society for Individual Rights, offered its first nude male centerfold in June 1969, and a few months later full-frontal nudity had migrated to its cover. Soon Mattachine Times in New York followed suit, featuring cover images of young men in posing straps...
This tendency to combine gay news, nude images, and raunchy classified advertising continued until magazines sought to attract large, mainstream advertisers. New York's GAY felt pressure early on from advertisers who objected to the use of nudes, particularly on the cover, forcing editor Nichols to moderate their use. Thus began a movement away from a sexual liberation ethos to a more sanitized, corporate look. Like lots of gay periodicals, GAY abandoned its cor gay business in search of mainstream acceptance.
The Advocate resisted this trend at first, keeping its racy classified ads but segregating them to a pullout section. "I like them; their fun," the Advocate's editor-in-chief Richard Rouilard proclaimed. "This is the way gays and lesbians talk to each other worldwide. And if you are going to compromise this community for advertisers or so that your mother can read the magazine, go buy yourself a copy of 'Catch-22.'" But even the Advocate eventually had to succumb to the demands of larger advertising dollars, spinning off its classifieds and naked images into a separate magazine. With the rise of upscale publications such as Genre and Out in the 1990s, the realms of homoerotic imagery and gay news have become increasingly divided. In many ways this represents a return to a politics of respectability practiced by the homophile organizations, a trend reinforced in the twenty-first century as the LGBTQ movement became dominated by the political struggle for gay marriage.
The current bifurcation in LGBT media between the political and the erotic makes it difficult for us to see that the worlds of gay commerce, sex, and politics were once mutually reinforcing. Today gay men go to smart-phone apps like Grindr to hook up but to news websites or an LGBT advocacy organization to catch up on civil rights issues and community affairs. But historically it was the desire to connect and find one another that gave rise to such community publications. It was [gay physique photographer] Bob Mizer's classified ad in Strength & Health that had alerted him to the large reservoir of gay men seeking contact with one another. Gay men had pleaded with physique and homophile organizations to allow them to connect, but the first tentative steps in that direction were met with swift and decisive state suppression. Gay men went to prison and others lost their jobs merely for participating in a gay pen-pal club. But thanks to physique entrepreneurs such as Lynn Womack, the correspondence club was able to thrive and morph into the classified ad, which was soon replaced with phone sex lines, followed by AOL chatrooms, and now hookup mobile applications such as Grinder and Scruff. The technology may have changed, but the business of connecting gay men has a long and rich history.
Today the term "gay power" is remembered as a political slogan shouted at the 1969 Stonewall Riots, but in the beginning it was understood largely in economic terms. Two years before the riots, Vector inaugurated a new column called "Gay Power" featuring information about its advertisers. The idea came from a young but vocal SIR member, Pat Hallinan, who suggested that it was time to invoke "our secret weapon, GAY POWER, upon the economic world." As the column advised, "When you visit our friends and advertisers, tell 'em you saw it in Vector--that's GAY POWER!" A few months later, the founder of the Los Angeles Advocate similarly advised readers, "You can do much to strengthen and promote power in the gay community because you wield the great deciding weapon: The Almighty Dollar." He defined "gay power" as "buying power, selling power, voting power...No dear, it isn't a queen with muscles," he joked.
...
Even when shouted at Stonewall, the cry for gay power was largely about the desire of gay men and women to have control of their own commercial spaces. "Get the Mafia and the Police Out of Gay Bars," proclaimed one of the first pamphlets in response to the raid of the Stonewall Inn. Craig Rodwell called for "gay businessmen" to open bars and shops to create a healthier social atmosphere than bars like Stonewall. And he simultaneously encouraged customers to support them and "Buy Gay."...
For many gay liberationists, especially in New York City, physique magazines also came under attack as exemplary of the negative effects of a gay ghetto. In contrast to previous generations of young men who found comfort in images that glorified the male body, gay liberationists saw exploitation. "These magazines crudely showed men as nothing but sex objects; if they were objects, I could be one too," remembered John Murphy. "That frightened me then, and it infuriates me now," he wrote in 1971. Some worried that the "masculine mystique" depicted in these magazines was so inaccessible and exaggerated that it constituted a form of self-hatred. "Those male idols so worshiped cannot possibly be faggots!" they complained. Following the Black Nationalist, Black Power, and feminist movements, they envisioned a world where gay men and women owned and managed their own, more equitable and inclusive, businesses.
Despite his "Buy Gay" campaign, Craig Rodwell refused to sell "sexploitative" magazines in his own Oscar Wilde Memorial Bookshop, offended by both the high price-tag for nude male images and what he found to be an over-emphasis on sex. He was unaware of how physique publishers such as Bob Mizer were among the oldest gay businesses around and had been created with precisely the same goal of fostering community. But Mizer's crusading mission had waned as many straight and gay publishers had since entered the market with an eye toward making a quick buck. Rodwell and other gay liberationists tarred them all with the same brush. They did not appreciate the tremendous struggles they had encountered in the face of government censorship. They increasingly saw physique businesses as part of the problem of, not the solution to, community empowerment."

Hi! Are there content restrictions?
Hi! Whether this refers to Polyam Shipping Day or Multiamory March, there are no content restrictions except those the site takes issue with (I.e. full frontal nudity in a drawing that might get flagged) (if you want to share said full frontal nudity, may I suggest AO3?)
As long as your work is properly tagged (AO3) or behind a Read More if it's graphic (tumblr, dreamwidth), you can you ahead and share it!

As one post of mine [a twitter screencap from jaboukie about sex in media and a desire to see more non cis straight men directing AND, importantly, given a Hollywood-scale budget the likes of which we rarely see] spreads across the hellsite once more (rip to my notifications) I can’t help but notice that people who engage fall into one of three groups:
1) Enjoyed and understood the post - likes, reblogs, maybe adds some fun tags or additions to the effect of “not for me, but happy for others!” or, “oh man if you like the idea of having lesbian directors and quality queer sex scenes in media, you should check this movie/show out!”
2) Relatively supportive of post’s overall intent but engages in medium-bad faith - maybe reblogs, but is sure to add comments, tags, or additions to the effect of “ugh you dumb fucks clearly forget that we already have [insert one of 3 examples that have come up approximately 4,000 times in the comments as if the limited sample size of nonetheless quality content is not proving the goddam point that we deserve more of this type of media]”
3) Absolutely blatant misreading, worst faith engagement - experiences the utter NEED to comment or reblog with additions suggesting that a tweet calling for there to be more queer and esp. lesbian directors in charge of sex scenes in media means that I’ve somehow demanded every movie to ever be produced now have a lengthy, graphic, full-frontal nudity sex scene and an NC17 rating
Anyhow, delighted to learn that the base of mutuals I’ve cultivated over my years here is almost exclusively the type of people who fall into group #1 with occasional sometimes perfectly understandable forays into group #2 because I’d never log back on if all I got was group #3

It doesn't necessarily clashes tho, maybe they are indeed telling the truth : the sex is mainly tennis. The scenes we saw in the trailer were kissing scenes and implied sex scenes (like starting as a make out then the scene cut to something different but we all know that means they had sex). And maybe it's just that. Implied, not explicit. I'm not saying it def is tho because obviously I haven't seen it, but maybe.
What we do know is that there is one frontal full nude shot which I'm 98% sure is one of the guy's in the sauna scene, and sex scenes in the script but that doesn't necessarily mean explicit sex scenes in the movie. For example Cherry (the book) had many very explicit sex scenes described in details but Cherry (the film) had just a 2s shot of them in bed and a jerking off scene. And that's an example among many lol
So maybe they want to market it as the movie is, keeping the focus on the (unreleased) tension and the tennis which is the main plot of the movie, and not market it like some kind of Nymphomaniac volume 3 because that's NOT what this movie is despite what stupid dudebros who think Z "got railed" or whatever tf they think💀 Or maybe it is explicit and they just wanna keep it under wrap for now🤷♀️ Either way I just wanna see it lol
Exactly, like we only saw kissing scenes so maybe it’s just more suggestive than explicit. I believe the nudity will be the guys as well, idk people get so weird over this movie. Just let’s wait and watch it

✨DnD Update My Beloved✨
after some... unpleasant real world adventure (NPCs dying, party member turning out to be evil, you know how it is), we finally gathered again to set out on new fictional adventures
highlights included:
- Quinn and Hope having a supreme bitchfest for the entire session
- the guy playing the druid getting distracted by the host's goldfish multiple times (it's not enough to merely play the druid, you have to be the druid)
- the DM having a player throw a real ass stone to determine if an ability check would succeed (it did)
- the party agreeing to be stealthy in order to not alert a horde of orcs, thwarted by Hope just strolling along there with a fucking torch out
- Hope wanting to eldritch blast the orcs that Talia put to sleep with magic, only to fudge his roll and wake the up again instead
- Hope suggesting to use a small fire to distract the orcs while the party frees the prisoners, starts a wildfire that almost consumes the nearby town instead
- Hope almost dying because of the wildfire he started
- Hope very surprisedly realizing he has darkvision after everybody nearly died because of his torch business
- Hope also finding out he is resistant to fire damage, after having to roll death saves already because of fire damage
- Hope really had a day y'all
- Quinn clinging onto their sanity by their fingernails because of him
- Talia being the only sane and reliable person in the party that day, all the while being the one who handed Hope the tinderbox for his genius wildfire plan
- a random old lady NPC going full berserk on an orc
- Talia fudging a roll and just cutting off an orc's loincloth instead of stabbing him, resulting in Quinn having to witness full frontal orc nudity
- Lou trying to go on a solo stealth mission in wildshape, only to be captured by the orcs and getting muzzled and put in a collar (quote Lou: "Ohhh, kinky!")
- after nobody being able to deal with the wildfire, Quinn exasperatedly deciding to perform an improvised rain dance, which the DM allowed to succeed under the condition that the player got up and demonstrated it (they did)
- Quinn developing a minor God Complex after their rain dance was actually working
- Hope crafting a necklace out of severed orc ears, nose, and, most notably, a cut off orc dick
- the DM revealing in the end that nothing was scripted today at all, she wanted to experiment with just going along with what the players wanted to do, unfortunately what the players wanted to do was start a wildfire
#it was SO much fun#i loved every second of it (even tho i was pretty anxious about PCs dying several times)#it really had that special chaotic energy you only get in dnd#mwah#i love my party they are the best#and our dm especially we are really putting her through it#dnd#sol on a roll

tried to send message but cut off as I
Tried to send message but was cut off as am using a new desktop and have been away, on Telegram. military men mainly western
I have opened a new channel as most of the military sites are russian based and some south american. I have become impressed and today passed 500 in just 3 weeks.
I am interested in exploring Tumblr for mainly naked servicemen. Have been confused where to search. My request was do you have full frontal pics/videos on your site.
my address is [email protected]
some US sites do not accept Australian emails but Tumblr got through so, hopefully you can too.
Keen to see you site
Trevor
Greetings Trevor,
Thank you for your ask. Currently Tumblr is a non porn site. I do not post nude pictures because I would risk having my blog deleted. As you can see, there are still many adult pictures posted anyway. I suggest a couple of sites, one is Reddit. They allow nudity, and also the former Twitter. I have many nude pics, and I'm currently posting some of what I have on reddit. Maybe some of the guys here have other suggestions for you.

Mirror Cover with Eros and erotic scene (symplegma)
Greek. Late Classical or Early Hellenistic Period about 340-320 B.C. Place of Manufacture:
Greece, Corinthia, Corinth. Bronze and silvered bronze. @mfaboston
The frequency with which representations of Aphrodite and Eros, as well as images of mythical abductions, decorate mirror covers suggests a preference for erotic subject matter. This cover, however, is the only one thus far discovered to feature explicit sex scenes-a man and woman, in the act of making love, are embossed in relief on the exterior, and another amorous couple is engraved into a silver coating on the underside.
Reportedly found in a grave in Corinth, the overtly erotic mirror has been linked with a hetaira (courtesan) named Leaina, who, according to an ancient source, was a favorite of a King Demetrios. Leaina was, in fact, famous for the position, referred to as "lioness," graphically illustrated on the mirror cover.
The images offer remarkably rare and vivid insights into ancient erotic behavior: the presentation of a sexually assertive woman, shown in full frontal nudity, challenges traditional Greek gender stereotypes, in which women were presumed to be the passive sexual objects of male desire.
The box mirror, a lidded container with a mirror as the base, came into use toward the end of the fifth century B.C. The mirror was a cast bronze disk with a highly polished metallic surface; the cover, usually decorated in relief, protected the reflective surface from damage.
Some three hundred bronze box mirrors survive from the late Classical and Hellenistic periods, attesting to the popularity of these obiects among Greek women.

“The View” co-host claims that gay people can recognize one another through scent
Sunny Hostin, co-host of the female-led daytime talk show The View, claimed that gay people can recognize one another by scent alone. She made her comment during the “Hot Topics” segment of Monday’s show while discussing Naked Attraction, a new full-frontal nudity dating reality series on the Max streaming platform. In the series, potential mates are gradually revealed completely naked, from their feet up, as a contestant decides which person they feel most attracted to. Related: “Bachelorette” star Gabby Windey comes out After months of dating her girlfriend, she said that she “could see the future for once.” Hostin said that she and her husband binge-watched the show and “learned things that I never heard in my life,” including what a Prince Albert is. A Prince Albert is a piercing that goes through the underside of the head of a person’s penis. Get the Daily Brief The news you care about, reported on by the people who care about you: Subscribe to our Newsletter She then said that “research” has “found that gay men have different scent attraction” and that “homosexual people have a nose for each other,” adding, “[Gay people] can actually smell under their arms and, in a blindfold test, can tell which person is gay and which person isn’t,” Entertainment Weekly reported. She may have been referring to a 2005 Swedish research study that found that homosexual and heterosexual men respond differently to odors involved in sexual arousal. In the study, researchers “isolated a testosterone derivative produced in men’s sweat and an estrogen-like compound in women’s urine,” The New York Times reported. Both were suspected of being pheromones that affect other people’s behavior. Researchers examined which parts of the human brain responded most to both scents. The estrogen-like compound activated the hypothalamus of straight men, and the testosterone derivative did the same in straight women. The hypothalamus governs sexual behavior and bodily hormones. Researchers then found that gay men’s brains responded like straight women’s. The finding suggested that the hypothalamus’s response was “determined not by biological sex but by the owner’s sexual orientation,” the aforementioned publication noted. However, this research didn’t suggest that gay men can determine whether other men are gay through scent alone. In fact, the study exposed participants to much higher concentrations of both odors than humans are ever exposed to in real life. Additionally, some evolutionary biologists and sexologists question the degree that scent plays in human attraction compared to other animals, as human sexuality seems to rely more on sight than on scent. Other studies have suggested that some queer people may be able to detect fellow LGBTQ+ folks based on other subtle clues, such as vocal cues, gender presentation, and biometric facial features. But these forms of “gaydar” aren’t quite the same as gay people being able to smell one another. http://dlvr.it/SwfDVZ
